Twice now I've ordered online at the Eddy Lane store in Eau Claire, they make you wait in line to get your preordered food and then both times my order was completely wrong and then they had an attitude with me when I went back asking for what I actually ordered and paid for, I avoid that store now.

Was told they don't accept cash before Labor Day. Who does this? He made up for it because he had to chase my friend out of the store who was very angry. Then all of a sudden he could take cash? Huh. Asked for two 5s instead of a 10 with a tip it off can't do that.

I had a really poor experience. First, the man making the subs never greeted us when we entered the store. A simple, "Hello!" would go a long way. When making our sandwich, he put on the bare minimum toppings and we needed to request more of just about everything in order to get even a reasonable amount. The worst part, however, was that they prevented me from getting a refill on my beverage. They'll gladly sell you the large beverage, but they won't let you refill it. There are no signs or any other indications that a customer is not allowed multiple refills. When you attempt to get one, the employees will speak assertively towards you that it is not allowed. Really poor experience overall and really bad customer service. I will not be back.

Walked in and my husband ordered a cold cut foot long. The guy made it with only 2 meats initially. When my husband spoke up about the ham being missing the guy argued with him and showed him the gross piece of processed ham he used instead of the normal ham. We bought 3 footlongs and the guy also stated that since we were using a coupon “it’s half meat and less veggies”. He happened to see the coupon in my hand! My daughter ordered chicken with lettuce and jalapeños. The guy added mayo. He refused to make a new sandwich and yet proceeded to wipe it off and say “good enough”. He was rude and disrespectful. I also notice that the nice lady employee that used to work there is no longer working. He was extremely rude to her in front of me once and I’m guessing she had enough which was sad, I went to that subway because she was awesome. We will never be back to this subway again. We used to go at least once a week until he took over and because of him we backed off. But today was the last straw. No more!

The new owner of this subway has refused repeatedly to remake sandwiches that were originally made incorrectly. My wife and I have used this subway for many years and after today I encourage everyone to be aware of his no remake policy. I have also reached out to Subway Corporate center to address this continues issue. This Sub sandwich in the photo was supposed to have only red onions meat and hot honey sauce and it clearly has many other additional topping! Also something white and fuzzy was one of the tomato pieces which appeared to be mold. Please be cautious when ordering and eating here.

Ordered multiple sandwiches and a protein bowl to go . Salad was only half full and had maybe a dozen leaves of spinach, when I asked for all spinach no lettuce. footlong sandwiches contained about half the amount of ingredients that u get at any other subway.
Called to find a resolution, was told I could come back(not happening) and they would add more ingredients. They absolutely refused to offer a refund or even a website credit. I will never be ordering from this subway again.

Stay away from this Subway. The new owner took my order and refused to make our subs the way they were supposed to be because we were using a coupon. He would not put the double cheese on the Outlaw (which it literally comes with) and he would not put the nacho cheese on the nacho chicken sandwich. He said only one cheese per sandwich with the coupon. I've NEVER had that issue before. On top of that, you can barely understand him which made ordering so much harder. We used to go here all the time but will not be back after this experience.

I went in and ordered 3 foot long subs. After they got mine started, another person came in and ordered one. While I totally respect quick service, I felt completely RUSHED. The man who started the subs was nice. The girl who put the toppings on would say, "And?" immediately after I would say one. And she put hardly any of the toppings on the sub. I had planned to get sodas and a couple of other things, but feeling as rushed as I did, I guess I just needed to get out of there. I definitely won't be back there. I wouldn't have minded if they let the man behind me go ahead. I didn't even remember to get a couple of toppings on one of the subs because of this.

100 disgusting I just left subway at 1245pm on a Friday I bought a 6 inchs sub for myself and footling for my husband I was going to bring the food drop off at his work on his lunch break they don't speak good English the guy never changed his gloves and kept wipping his nose with the gloves on after i saw him do that i said can u make sandwhich over they got mad said no and I called the health department on them bc its gross .won't be going back .

Ever since the new owners took over, the place this place went downhill. They don’t speak English very well. They don’t understand how to make subway sandwiches. They are always there and I hardly see my regular people. The guy alone doesn’t understand that you need 8 slices of cheese on sandwiches not 4. I’ve had to tell him the last 2 times I went in there 8 slices not 4. It’s clearly on the menu. This subway has gone downhill ever since they took over.
I will not be going to this subway anymore. Sorry to all the decent, English speaking employees who do a great job. Your new bosses are going to be the downfall of your store.

This is the shop I've gone to since I was a kid. Used to be a great place called beamers better burgers. Since beamer passed and subway took over it's been a great location. Really friendly staff there.

This is the 4th time that I went to this Subway and my order wasn't ready when I got there. This time the the girl told me "it's not ready yet. We forgot all about your order". Then her and the other girl laughed like it was no big deal. I thought that is why you order ahead, so it can be ready when you get there. So once again I was late for work cause my food wasn't ready when I got there. Thanks Subway!!!

Ordered a chicken breast sub with extra American cheese. Received sub with no cheese and double chicken breast. Called the store to let them know and their response was that I could come back in and they would remake it, but that they couldn’t offer a coupon or future sub. I should not have to drive to a restaurant twice to get the correct order. This was their mistake. Super unhappy with their “customer service”.

Lettuce was so frozen and thawed repeatedly that it was not an option, and spinach was wilty looking and again repeatedly frozen and thawed. Sandwiches were not great as a result. Currently in the middle of a remodel, which could be a reason quality was not great.

They are always understaffed and out of ingredients. You can tell the persons in charge are always frustrated with their subordinates. It doesn't look like a very comfortable work environment , you can feel the tension every time. There's no warmth in their sandwiches, not even the toasted ones!

As I’m sitting here at subway Eddy lane the Old lady is training a new kid and he’s so nervous but she was really rude to him in front of all the customers 8 people, the new kid is patient but she’s being really mean to him. In the middle of making my sons sub she stopped to answer the phone.
I only gave 2 stars because her customer service is rude the subs are always good no matter the subway you go to however customer service is everything

Every Time I go to this subway there Lettuce is old and has some dark spots in it because it went bad. Secondly I alwayd for some reason seem to get sick at it. If it wasn't for these problems I would rate it 5 stars because the staff are friendly.

I actually really like subway depending on which one I go to. They're all decently good just some I prefer over others but due to the worker who was visibly annoyed with me coming 20 minutes before they closed ( at 9 now) I decided not to order they had already had everything torn down and almost finished mopping when I opened the door I asked the kid " are u closed " I recvied the answer "yes sorry " so thanks subway for sending me to your neighbor ( hardees)
