Shannan and her employees ARE THE BOMB!
You will not regret coming here. They truly live up to “the best Subway in town.”
The employees are super friendly and always make the best sandwiches. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. And the bathrooms are always so clean, you could literally eat food off of them.
I’ve never been disappointed with my sandwich in the past 15 years that I’ve been coming here, and you won’t be either.

This visit was great . Friendly staff. Clean store . Ethen and Maris where happy and helpful. Did a great job working together. There manager Shannan, was also helpful. She helped me get unsweetened tea. Thank you for still carrying the tea . I don't drink soda , that was a nice treat .

This is the only subway in fdl we go to! The staff are awesome! They are very accommodating, polite, and a few of them even know our order (4 subs) We have always been very pleased with the cleanliness of the store and the fresh food. While I was at Subway getting food, I was standing in line and happened to look down at the food in the prep area. I noticed the container of tuna looked very unappetizing — it was mushy, runny, and had a watery consistency that didn’t seem fresh. The appearance made me concerned that it might have been expired or not stored properly. It didn’t look like something safe to serve or eat.

decided to give subway another chance since the last time i had it was in 2020. This was by far the best experience ive had at one. Yeah the prices have gone up overall but if you use the app its cheap. The restaurant was CLEAN the presentation and taste of the sandwich was amazing. This isnt just good for subway standards, this is great in comparison to anything else. Thumbs up

I recently tried Subway for the first time at this location, and I have to say it was a letdown. After a long shift, I was looking forward to a nice dinner, but my excitement quickly turned to disgust. As soon as I took a big bite of my sandwich, I found a long black hair in it! It was absolutely revolting! I know for a fact it's not my hair, as I have short hair and it isn't black.
It’s incredibly off-putting to find something like that in your food, and it really made me question the cleanliness of the place. I expected better from Subway, and this experience has definitely turned me off from ever ordering from this location again. Disgusting!

Having the solid metal cover over the meat section was disappointing, i couldnt see what meat i wanted to get. I asked to get my sub double toasted, and it was only single toasted. The prices seem to never come down, and they still ask for a tip on the credit card reader... its not a sit-down restaurant with table service... overall, the ingredients seem fresh and my sub was delicious as always. They also didn't have any footlong cookies premade so i had to settle for some normal cookies. 😔

Got subs and salads, when we got the food the bacon was barley cooked. Called to complain and the lady said "I made that myself and it was definitely cook, I put it with the chicken, for 38 second". My fiance likes floppy bacon and won't even eat that. The only thing she said she could do was free cookies 100% unsatisfied here. She had a rude attitude too... Never ordering from that one again!

Both the ladies working 5/4/23 at around 3pm were absolutely killing it with the customer service. They handled the pressure of the rush extremely well. Honestly I felt rushed by the by the line myself trying to order. But they made me feel not rushed. In all 5star service, my food turned out amazing as expected give them a raise!!!

2022 Update: Whitney and Neveah are great, Whitney has my sandwich memorized and Neveah is fast at getting the orders in. These are good sandwiches. My complaint is that in an era where pleasing the customer is the ultimate option, sometimes I just want to say "give me that sandwich" and not have to tell them what cheeses or dressing or vegetables I want on it. But that is not just the Subway restaurant, it is every sub sandwich restaurant now. Subway does not make what I consider to be the best sub sandwich, however the chain that sells the tastiest sandwich is also owned by a maniacal Big Game Hunter and I refuse to give them any business.

I was going to my brothers wedding on a delightful Saturday on may 30 2016 when I walked into this Subway. I walked in and ordered a blt on Italian bread when the so called "sandwich artist" asked me if I wanted to have my sub toasted. I replied with a "no thankyou". He then asked me if I wanted the bacon toasted and I said yes please. He the replied with a snarl ok, and threw it in the dirty microwave with a forceful thrust, also being as rude as he could the entire time. This subway was located by a Loves gas station and yet they must not have learned too much, at least not the ability to care.
