Went to grab a late lunch today, waited for five minutes while staff talked in the back and sliced meats. Yelled hello when we thought they didn’t know we were there and the girl made eye contact with us and just kept talking and didn’t come to help us. I thought she just missed us still so I finally called the phone. Phone starts ringing, girl looks at us again, doesn’t answer the phone. We walked out. Never again visiting that location.

Came here on Monday with family before a fun swimming/outdoor adventure. The service here was wonderful, however the chairs were all up when we showed up after 11 a.m. and they were out of many veggies as well as other things. Might have been a shipment issue, yet it still didn't make up for the atmosphere. Will not be coming to this Subway again.

I ordered online to "skip the line". Order pick up was at 1:10pm didn't get food until 1:45pm. The manager Julia decided to leave at 11am leaving their employee alone for rush hour lunch. For the GM Allie to approve this is obviously displaying that they don't put the customers interest first. Definite Agency conflict. The employee that was left for the wolves was very kind and respectful and did their best with the situation given

So, on 1/25/25 we placed an order at 10:55 and walked in at 1105, the pour girl working all by herself as customer after customer kept coming in, not allowing her to get the opportunity to make our 4 subs. It's not her fault at all, but bad management in this situation. We really felt bad for her.

I was purchasing sandwiches at a Subway in Fond du Lac Wi, Fond du Lac Ave location, on 12/14/2024. I was overcharged by around $14.00. It was very clear that neither employee had a clue as to what they were doing. When I pointed out that I was overcharged one employee hid in the back room and the other one just stared and wouldn’t talk to me. I have never in my life experienced such a spectacle, nor experienced the disregard of a customer. She claimed she didn’t know who her manager was and refused to refund me. She completely ignored me to the point that I was ready to call the police. They completely scammed me out of money with no regard of rectifying the problem nor paying me back. I am just looking to get refunded back my money that is rightfully mine. If you please could contact me to let me know who to contact it would be appreciated. I do have the receipt and a photo of the sandwiches that were ordered. Thank you.

We just got door dash. 1. You labeled the sandwiches wrong. You had the one with cheese marked as no cheese. 2. These are the worst 2 sandwiches I’ve ever had from subway. It tasted like the meat was cooked directly on a Burt on grease that’s been sitting there for months. Is there a way to have door dadhers not pick up from this subway. It’s terrible. I would have tipped you another 10 bucks just to not have you pick up from this one. Friggin awful.

Just got my order delivered by doordash, however I ordered through the Subway website. The receipt is attached to the outside of the bag, it says a meal with coke, yet when I asked the dasher he said that subway told him there was no soda. They don't answer their phone when I try to call. This type of customer service is why I don't eat at subway anymore. I haven't had a good experience at any of the stores in my area in the last few years.

This the most ghetto subway I ever been to in my 48 years of living. That’s saying a lot having lived in Gary Indiana and the South side of Chicago. The bread was very hard and stale, so when I got it toasted it was like biting into a rock! Then the guy threw our sandwiches on the counter by the register and kept bringing up the “Tip” button was available on the screen during payment options. I call that begging for tips. I avoid that subway like the plague. We have 6 subways in fond du lac, the best one to go to is on EAST Johnson, the food is good and fresh and it’s so pretty in there, the ambiance is beautiful! Great service at East Johnson location.

Been getting a lot lately because it is on my way but the food is always super messy cookies are soft in the middle but hard on the outside I went there almost an hour before they closed and they were out of meatballs and choc. Chip cookies. Went there this past Sunday in the morning was standing in lobby for 15 minutes and nobody came out to make food.

Each and every time I go into this Subway it's a disappointment. Either my sub is EXTREMELY sloppy, poorly made, bread is over cooked OR under cooked, the staff doesn't know what they are doing, or they just straight up don't have the food item I wanted, that is considered a NORMAL product (i.e. personal pizza). They are poorly trained there, and do not seem to know what they are doing, or how to interact with customers. If I could give a negative star review, I would. But one star is lowest I am able to give. Take the drive to just about ANY other Subway in town, it's definitely worth it.

I stopped there in the afternoon and was greeted with a smile and good customer service, however... after asking for my herbs and cheese bread, i could hear the knife cutting into the bread... no doubt it was stale. i thought for sure she wouldn’t make me a stale sandwich? but she continues, so i give it a shot, i didn’t wanna be ~that~ customer... it was awful.
also, i’d like to point out she was touching her employers with her gloves on.. and moving them into place, i’m unsure of relationship but she seemed like the one in charge. overall, i wish the sandwich was as good as the costumer service.

I ordered a six inch sub from this subway using Uber Eats, and when it arrived, they had given me a footlong. Subway is my favorite place to eat and I go quite often, and it was an amazing surprise. There were two people working. Neither seemed to know what they were doing. Most of the fixing you select from were mostly empty. Lettuce and tomatoes were yellow and awful looking. One guy kept wiping his nose with his sleeve and plastic gloves. I almost walked away.

Seemed understaffed and service was backed up. I was glad I did a mobile order until I tasted my sandwich. It was obviously made well in advance and then put in a refrigerator. Not the best thing to do when someone asks for the bread to be toasted. If you've never eaten toasted, refrigerated bread - don't... it's absolutely horrendous and completely ruined the entire experience.

Horrible experience. Out of Italian bread at 5pm, WTF. Get a hold of fiance and agrees to try Italian Herbs and Cheese. Get back up and the one they put aside for me was there last one. Well i love subway, but Id love to know why every time i go in & get the same exact meal consisted of: 12inch turkey-bacon on wheat, light on lettuce, spinach leaves, pickles & cucumbers & mayo, the price always changes.
