They are litterally out of bread. 4-5 people working and no bread, thier excuse, "OH we were busy". Really! This is litterally your only thing and you are out of your main ingredient! You dont need 3 people, 2 making sandwiches and 1 just running the register, behind the counter. 2 of these people could of been making bread. Zero excuse you can give me to justify this. Horrible service and the manager needs a stern talking to as to why this even happen and why it should NEVER happen again. Especially with more then enough people here to make shure it's done.

The mixed kid that “assisted” me was completely useless. 1st off he mumbled and I could barely hear him. He had no idea how to fix a salad. He didn’t give me a cup or instructions as to where to get one. Ask if I wanted my receipt, he printed it then walked away. I grabbed my receipt then left. Completely useless employee!

Rude employees. We got scolded for throwing garbage into the “wrong” garbage can. The woman making the sandwiches acted as if we were inconveniencing her. Also when I had a question about my order, I was told to “look at the picture on the sign”. Won’t come back. I can’t give it a zero so I have to give it a 1.

Worst subway I've ever encountered..
Just know they work when they want, no matter the posted business hours. If you’re lucky enough to show up while the business is open, you only have to get past the disgusting “cleanliness” of the place. Then after you get past that, you have to deal with attitudes of employees almost as disgusting as their facilities. Lastly, your outrageous bill for a sub par sandwich and disrespect. Close this place down!! This so called business should not be allowed to serve the public in the manner they get buy with! Skip “Loves” in general, i feel bad for the truckers

Came here since it was only a few minutes away from where I was staying said they were open till 11pm get there at 930pm all closed up. This wouldn't have irritated me as much if I hadn't been up and at work since 3 AM and had the craving. Will not be adding this as a favorites place for me.

This subway was extremely dirty the serving counter had hard dry cheese, couple day old dry sauce, littered with old food place hasn't been cleaned in days. The girl working did her best all by herself. My 15 dollars philly cheese steak gave my husband diarrhea the next day. 3 stars for service girl. Zero stars for the store. Never again.

Printed sign on the door says open until 10pm. Google information also said this location was open. We came here from the highway because of this, but they are completely shut down.

Maybe shut your sign off and the rest of the lights off if you are going to lock your doors and have the gas station entrance roped off.

We rung the bell for service and when the girl came out to serve us she gave the impression that she was annoyed to have to come out front and serve us. She wasnt outright rude i guess but my husband and i were both pretty uncomfortable. The sandwiches were the same way; not really bad but definitely not good. Once upon a time, this was the best Subway in FDL. Currently, it's the worst of the 6. The last 5 times I've been there, they didn't have any of the bread options I like. The 2nd to last time I was there, they only had flat bread and wraps. The service is slow. It took 30 minutes to get my food. It seems like all of the training happens during the non rush. One of them didn't know what Sub Pice was, and that's a product they ate pushing with the advertising on the windows.
