I had to give a positive review because my daughter spilled her full soda all over the table, and the staff was so kind. She came out and helped clean the table and then washed it down so it wouldn't be sticky. Top notch service. Definitely will stop there again.

I ordered three sandwiches and one came filled to the brim with straight mustard, and a sandwich that was ordered with double meat, my order shows me that i put double. The last one was a wrap that came on flat bread, I understand if thats the way they do it now but she got super snippy. When i called and i felt super bad for even calling because i work in the food industry. The manager wasn’t friendly at all and did not doing anything to fix my order or refund any of the money that just got wasted on their poor customer service. I will not be order from this store again.

I went in last night for a Sub. The restaurant was clean, and the girls were changing their gloves in between using the register and making subs. Everyone was polite, and smiling. There were 2 girls making the subs and They got slammed after I went in! They continued with a positive attitude and smiles, asked the customers if they would like anything else, a bag, receipt, and said thank you. I recommend this Subway.

Online says they are open til 9pm weekly, unless they changed their hours and told nobody then they should stay open to their posted time. 4 cars pulled up to this Subway today and all had to go home bc they were told they closed. Change the hours if you keep closing early. I suggest people go to Jimmy John’s after 7pm because this Subway closes early.

I ordered a protein bowl. Is supposed to have lots of meat and little veggies. I got 3 pieces of turkey and 2 pieces of cheese. The bowl wasn’t full and the bill was 12 dollars. Go to the Jefferson subway. This one sucks!!! The workers are horrible. Too busy chit chatting. I waited for 5 min just for them to go by me and at first they kept walking past. GO TO JEFFERSON SUBWAY. Actually worth it and prices are better and you get more food! They load you up in Jefferson

I picked up my sandwich and when I got back to where we were eating and opened up sandwich I saw it was mostly bread and mayo. I ordered online and chose “more black olives” and I only got a few. I felt like I was eating only bread half the time. Usually I can barely hold my sandwich together but with this place my bread could close EASILY where it looked like it was just bread with a little filling.

Most awful subway I've ever been to. The steak and cheese flatbread was hard and small, maybe a tbls of meat. The currio was awful, a stick would have been softer. I will never eat at this subway again, I have to go home and eat aPB and J, still hungry

This subway no longer accepts corporate subway coupons; there’s a sign up that says they experience losses when they accept them, and that falls on the location, rather than corporate. Kind of disappointing, but I get it. Normal subway sandwiches and atmosphere: Mid.

Didn't care for the place never will go back to that place we'll go to the next place down the road about two or three miles on a right hand side of the road this guy over here they tell you you can add what you want to make the sandwich the way you'd like it and my wife went in there get a sandwich and I told her she wanted a little extra condiments on there and the guy he put some condiments on then he said he was going to have to charge extra to put a few extra onions on there I told her you should say to the guy hey is this the way then you eat it and walk out the door it's a joke it is it's a joke these people there was nobody in the place the place was dead and you can't even make the sandwich the way you like it who's you're paying for it but they want to be scrimpy they think that I don't know what they think but I'm never going back to that place I wanted to walk into place and tell the guy something but it was too hot outside so I just so I just got in the car stay in the car and left I'll never go back to that place again you want to go there fine go there and aunt and have him make the sandwich the way he likes it and you're supposed to be it's a privilege for you to go in there and spend your money the way he likes to make a sandwich okay fine

Guy refused me service because I didn’t want my flatbread toasted. I have came to this location the last 2 days and didn’t get my flatbread toasted and wasn’t refused service. The manager said it was up to the employee if they wanted to not toast the flatbread. I asked manager how I could make a complaint to owner she said she was the manager they didn’t have a corporate. I’ve went to subways all over the us and never been refused service because I didn’t want my bread toasted.

Just got off the phone with the rude manager. Picked my sandwich up and noticed it tasted kind of bland and was missing flavor? Basic CCC Italian herb and cheese, with cheese, lettuce Mayo, toasted, etc. I took a bite and noticed something was wrong. Put the sandwich down opened it up and didnt see cheese on it (at first) and it didn’t look toasted. Called subway and as I’m on the phone noticed it’s not even on the correct bread. Was suppose to be Italian herb and cheese got regular Italian. So anyways, manager was out for a minute so I left my name and call back number. As I’m waiting for a call I start pulling apart the sandwich more and come to find out there is cheese but wasn’t in the first bite. Right as I’m washing my hands the manager calls back, seemed annoyed and immediately states that the sandwich does in fact have cheese and was toasted. I responded and told her yes it did have cheese, I actually found it after I got off the phone. It wasn’t in the first bite. But that the bread did not look toasted and it was still not the correct bread anyways. I live in whitewater, 18 minutes from THAT subway and would be like a refund for the incorrect sandwich. As I’m not driving 18 minutes for a $7 sandwich (apparently it was $8 and she rudely let me know I said the wrong price based off the tone of her voice) She became completely rude and said it was toasted and with cheese and we can’t zoom our camera into the sandwich to see what bread was used. I offered to email a picture of the sandwich to her. She again rudely responded with yeah you can do that and we can bring it to the owners and see how they want to handle this. I will not be refunding you $8 for a sandwich just because the bread was wrong when everything else was correct. We had exchanged a few more words. She was rude most of the phone call. Told her I will give my business to a better subway and hung up on her. Problem did not get resolved instead the sandwich has now gone into the garbage.
Call me crazy but doesn’t the bread MAKE the sandwich??? Like it’s not the correct sandwich if the breads not what was asked for. It gives the sandwich a completely different flavor… the breads that are asked for MAKE the sandwich for that person. Apparently the customer isnt always right, even when it comes to THEIR OWN FOOD. Smh. Poor serve, don’t recommend, go to a better subway.

I typically rate Subway as a 4 but I want to share my opinion on something. I'm happy that the mask mandate has been lifted however I feel that all food prep employees should continue to wear a mask while preparing food. I am bringing this up in my Subway review since it was most apparent to me during my recent visit. When a subway employee is preparing your food they are standing directly over it and all of the toppings. They need to ask you questions while preparing it and in doing so may express saliva while talking, especially when aspirating the letter T. Hold your hand in front of your mouth and say the word Topping or just the T sound. Do you feel that? So, while I am happy to see people's smiling faces again and it's comforting to know that many people have been vaccinated, I do not like the idea of someone's spittle falling on the food I'm ordering. This isn't just a Covid thing, but any germs and viruses that may cause illness I would prefer to avoid. Food prep workers used to have to wear hair nets or even beard nets. Yes, it's a bit gross to find a hair in your food but only because you can see it. Now think about all the things you can't see from someone's saliva. Please, consider having food prep workers wear a mask while preparing the food we eat.

Upon entering the business I was struck by the cleanliness and attention to covid prevention
We were greeted promptly by by each employee and didnt feel rushed to make a selection.
The ingredients and bread were very fresh and appetizing. I noticed that this was a franchise location which speaks highly of the owner and his dedication to the company. I wish more Subway locations I have visited were of the caliber as this ...Great job

One of the best subway restaurants in Jefferson County. Clean, takes precautions for covid seriously and they know how to make a sandwich! I've visited others in Jefferson County and let me tell ya, the bread is often hard enough to cut in croutons. Not to mention the others often skimp on the meats whereas this subway gives the correct amounts. Keep up the great work 👍

The worst service ever. Went to your store about and hour ago. The employees were rude and didn't seem like they wanted to be there or didn't want us there. My boyfriend stood for almost 5 minutes waiting for someone to come from the back,so he could get a new cup for a refill. No ever came out to help him. My mother went yesterday, October 10, 2020, telling me how uncomfortable she was while getting service at this subway. The lady who was helping her gave her attitude while my mother gave her order, would be rude gestures and left to go at the back to stop giving her service while her other coworkers gave my mother proper respect. Worst Subway I've ever been to. The staff is rude. Went in one week ago and ordered three salads. The guy was swearing under his breath the whole time. It was such an uncomfortable situation I really didn't want to go back and when we did I was going to get something easy for them to make just to not have to go through that situation again. This week we went in and the drink machine was over watering the lemonade.The cashier refused to refund my money for the drink and argued about the drink being over watered. Go to the Subway across from the Fireside Theater, it's much cleaner and the service is always good.

A normal Subway. They have a drive-through but the staff say they do not like it as much as when people come in. I've not used the drive through because I like to see the portions and how it is made before buying it.
Someone wrote that the high-school girls that work here ruined it, but I'd rather have a cheap sandwich with known good ingredients instead of marginally better service at a higher price.
