Ordered online like I always do. I come and sit down and wait for my subs. I watched multiple times now that in the process of making or even wrapping my subs that they will stop and help everybody else instead of just finishing. Then it takes forever past that point even past when the app says Order would be ready. Then I leave with cold subs and a half baked sorry.

Last two times going here:

Ordered online, waited in line behind two people in front of me getting their subs made (no issue). Get to my turn and tell them I ordered online, guy just points to where the food is sitting on a random ledge by the register and looks at me like I'm an idiot.

Next time, order online again. Get in and sit down because I see that there is no order sitting ready to go. Sit there for like 20 minutes, while the employee proceeds to make 3 or 4 people's sandwiches. He finally decides to talk to me and asks me what I am doing. I tell him I am waiting for my online order from what is now 45 minutes ago. Order was never even started, so I have to sit there for another 10 minutes while he makes it.
Fast food that took an hour, absolute shitshow at this subway, would not recommend; I hope they are closed permanently and not just temporarily right now.

This is a nice clean Subway. Went on 7/20. Didn't appreciate the staff asking me if I wanted my change. I had already placed a tip in the tip jar. You should allow the customer to determine if they want their change always assume they do unless they state otherwise.

I went there a couple day ago and ordered a wrap and 2 footlong subway club sandwiches. No extras just basics with veggies. They were each 15.99. I kept thinking about how expensive that was and it didn’t used to be. So I looked up the same menu items on a different subway and they were 12.99 each. So just be aware they don’t only overcharge but also will not value your coupons.

Poor portion for the salad! Very small bowl - only 1/4 bowl had lettuce. 2-3 of each topping I asked for and no more. Salad was only 1/2 of bowl when finished. Expensive for the portion you receive!

What happened to the nice salad portions that used to be given out at this location? I will not be back!

My family and I mobile order from this Subway all the time. Has to be the best Subway I have ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot across the country while traveling.)

They make the sandwiches so well, nothing ever falls apart. The bread is always fresh and so are the toppings.

The staff is always super polite and helpful.

Went in and bought the the same sandwich I get every time and always ask for more toppings. The guy prepping my sandwich had an attitude and told me "if you want more, just tell me you want extra everything" and then proceeds to tell me he's going to charge me more since im adding more toppings. When he was done prepping my sandwich with all my topping that I requested, I asked him to squish my sandwich and he basically said no because "he doesn't like to change his gloves" since he didn't want to do it. When I said "well you can just change them" he seemed to
have an attitude and said "no I don't want to do that".

This location doesn't accept ANY official coupons and rarely staffs all of their posted hours.

Last time I was like...fine ..but then they used bread that clearly should've been tossed on all four sandwiches we ordered. Don't waste your time.

Very disappointed in the customer care aspect of this location. One of the main reasons customers eat at Subway is because they have the liberty to pick and choose options on their customized sandwiches. I'd like to preface my concerns/disappointments by adding that I know restaurants in particular are feeling the financial crunch of the pandemic. But, when a customer politely asked to not be served the end portion of a tomato on a mini MINI tuna sub, why does the male owner have get nasty, by saying that, "he will have to start charging more due to my request?" Is it that serious? At the end of the day he is still making a profit from assembling my sandwich and me choosing to eat at his restaurant. Customers should never feel under appreciated or devalued when they make a polite request. Since I generally go to this location several times a week, have the same sandwich every time, have to make the same tomato request every single time, and have to hear this male owner speak broken english to protest my request, I've had enough. I will not be returning.

Customer service can make or break an establishment. And unfortunately distasteful customer service has ruined this subway experience.

There have been four times over a period of about a year that I have gone to this Subway during their posted business hours and no one has been there. The worst was when I put in an online order, the website said it was ready for pickup, then I got there and the store was closed. I tried going there twice in the morning and they were not open during their posted operating hours. If they updated their store hours on their website to properly reflect when they were and weren't open, I would not be giving them such low stars. I'm sure they are nice people but there's nothing worse than getting excited to order a sandwich and arriving to an empty store...

The man that works here doesn’t know proper customer service and must think the customers owe him something. WE ARE paying your bills and don’t owe you anything. If you don’t have the patience for questions then you shouldn’t be operating a business. The man called me greedy because I wanted to use a coupon. Coupons are for saving money, who the heck wants to spend more money on something if they don’t have to? Very unprofessional and disrespectful owner.

So i love the veggies and guacamole they are all kept allot fresher than most subways. I love that the red onions are sliced right and are not to big portion wise. I didn't like that there was only one person on staff and how slow it was. But im passing threw so this may not be the case all the time. It wasn't the cleanest. The tables hadn't been Whiped and the one we sat at had a big spider web on the window next to the booth i was sitting in.

I was just at this location last week and ordered a sandwich not on the menu there but on the menu at every other subway. My husband went tonight and tried to order that same sandwich and they refused to make it for him. So now he has to make an extra stop in this cold weather with my kids to get me something else. 3 subways in my areas have recently closed and now I understand why. I just started frequenting Subways again after a 10 year hiatus. Now I am rembering why I stopped going.

Foreign owned and operated. They are extremely cheap owners. So cheap, that I've seen the lady owner drop bread on the floor and say it was just fine. Also, saw her take food home and if she didn't eat it, would bring it back the next day to sell. Reported her to food safety people. Don't eat here! Also, she is so cheap, she won't even use soap or sanitizer half the time to wash dishes! ALSO, IF YOU LOOK AT THE PREVIOUS 5 STAR REVIEWS, THEY ARE FROM THE OWNERS AND THE OWNERS FAMILY. THE “Patel’s” and all their Indian Folk.....

The staff really seems to struggle here accurately taking your order. They also will rush you through questions about your sub (cheese? toasted? veggies?) but then they almost instantly forget your answer and ask you a 2nd or 3rd time. Ingredients do not seem as fresh as other locations. I would say it's 50/50 whether you end up with the correct order and whether it is good or not.
