This is one of the best subways I've been to. The staff are very attentive and the management is amazing. Always clean, fresh, well stocked, efficient, and the staff are so welcoming. They remember their customers. I literally drove an extra 10 miles out of my way just to eat here!

I went in 20 minutes to close to order 3 sandwiches, I get it is close to closing but how the guy behind counter acted was ridiculous. He was slamming the paper you put the sandwiches on down on the counter, asked me what I want. When I said I have 3 sandwiches he got visibility irritated and started slamming doors to get bread out and then slamming bread on the counter. I just turned around and left, don't want any sandwich that guy would make. When I got out to my car he turned the lights off in the store before closing. Whatever, not coming here again

I order the same thing frequently and pick it up. A protein bowl. This is the 5th time they forgot to put cheese on it. It clearly says it on my order. I really am confused on how and why they keep doing this. I have complained several times. It comes up as SHR MONT CHED, It is shredded Monterey Jack chedder cheese. I pick it up and sometimes do not check to see if they put cheese on it. I’m going to have to have them make it in front of me from now on.

The place looks nice and clean on the inside (from what you can see). I only gave 3/5 stars because I’ve watched them now a few times- not wash hands- touching face then putting gloves on- then ringing you out and just going right back to make more food WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON. Disgusting. Then there was an instance where the guy had to keep going to back room while making my subs WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON AND NEVER CHANGED THEM when returning. I haven’t gone back since unfortunately.

Ordered on my phone. Paid on the Subway app. Went in to get order and he said they did not get it. I showed him the order on my phone and he said he could not help me since it was not sent to his system. I asked for solution options and he had none. Felt like I was bothering him.

I asked if he could at least put in the same order for me, which was a buy one get one half off, he said no, that is only if you order on the app. I thought he was kidding, but he was not. I left without any food and had to contact my credit card to reverse the charge.

Worse part? The guy was one of the owners.

Horrible, horrible customer service.

Only one person. Tray of prep was not ready or out . It was in a cart. The person did not wear gloves and was coughing all over. I asked to was hand and he responded with “it’s clean” I didn’t want the sandwich but he said he made it already. I just paid and thru it away. I asked for just a home and cheese since nothing was ready. And from the hour that was posted on the store it was open for more then 2 hours

I ordered a BLT and I get home and it's bacon and mayo,so I called and the middle eastern decent man says that's what a BLT comes with,so I called a different subway and they said it comes with bacon lettuce and tomato. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich was mainly bread. I used the app to order two sandwiches and they were the skimpiest sandwiches I have ever had. I stopped going to ALOT of subways because of this more common problem lately. I used to love subway now days Im very much disappointed. I'm visiting from Texas and pretty disappointed in my visit to this Subway. We wanted to grab some sandwiches for the train ride in to Chicago and ended up having to go buy more lunch meat to finish building our sandwiches. The location is nice and clean, but 1 slice of lunch meat per 6inches of bread is not nearly enough...and definitely not up to Subway standards. Also, the apple juice in the fridge was 2 months expired and it was obvious just looking at it.

Zero customer service as soon as I walked in. I had to ask them how they were along with saying hello first. Was told they weren't toasting sandwiches even though their toaster was up and working, and they still had an hour till close. Got back to my hotel room, which is a 5 minute drive, to find that the meats are room temperature and the toppings were very slim. I am very disappointed in this experience, and I love Subway. I will be getting ahold of corporate for a refund and to report the store for poor quality control. I don't think they understand how bad meat can get people sick.

Subway sandwiches are always delicious and tasty. As it is near Gas station so sometimes you might find wait queue but not too long. Wait time is maximum 5-10 min.

Not that great, but it's the only fast food in Franksville. We ordered a pair of subs, made it over there in about 15min , they didn't even start putting the sub together. When we finally made it home, the subs were missing a lot of the ingredients. My wife sub didn't have any meat on it! $11 for a meatless sub, forget it! I'm sticking with Jersey Mike's....

I called into place a lunch order at 12:55. The person started taking my order and after ordering the salad, he asked if i could call back in 10 min because he had a line of people waiting. Trying to be nice, I agreed. While waiting I decided to just order online. Got all done ordering the salad and 3 foot longs and there w as an "error" and I should 'try again'. Entered the payment info again, and another "error". My cc card was NOT declined, just an error in their system. Meanwhile I tried calling and I could give them the cc over the phone. No answer. Called again, no answer. Called a third time, no answer! This isn't the first time I have had trouble at this place. Asking me to call back tells me that my business wasn't that important to them. Well, they won't have to worry about that ever again. 35 minutes of screwing around and A & W got my business.

I work nearby and is the only place I can go for lunch. The service is slow, takes about 15 minutes for me to get my sandwich. Went to go today and they where closed for remodel. Why couldn't it have been done early in the morning or later at night? Why choose to do it at peak hours!?

The food was good, but I am giving it 4 stars because there was clearly a new employee who didn't know exactly what to do. He was fine, and I actually liked how he asked questions of the other staff members. The reason it has 4 stars is because the eldest member there was super rude to him. He ended up burning his fingers on the oven, and she was really rude about it. Almost like she was annoyed with him not knowing how to use the equipment. I honestly wouldn't expect him to know how to use it because he was new. It is up to the older staff members to teach and guide the newbies, so they don't have accidents like this.

Haven't been to Subway for awhile. Stopped by and had a hot sub. The bread was too soft and there was too much liquid on the cooked chicken. By the time I got home to eat it (10 min at most) the bread had soaked up all the liquid and was mush. I couldn't pick it up and just pulled off chunks to eat. I think I will stick to their cold subs.

Last week-end I ordered 3 trays of sandwiches and a vegetable tray for a shower. When I placed my order I received wonderful advice about how to feed my 36 guests. My nieces picked up the order on a Saturday when the restaurant was very crowded due to a soccer tournament nearby. The crowd allowed my nieces to go to the head of the line to pick up the pre-ordered and pre-paid food. The sandwiches were wrapped, bagged and ready to go. Everyone at our party enjoyed the freshly made subs and veggie sides. Our guests commented on the great tasting sandwiches with the fresh bread. What a wonderful experience and I'd do this again.

Couldn't understand kid on the phone that took my order. He rung up an amount $8 more than expected. He said I ordered footlongs and that was my answer on the phone. I told him he never asked and if he did, I didn't understand him. I said he should just give me both subs. I was told it doesn't work that way. He wouldn't answer what he planned on doing with the extra sandwich. He blew me off telling his coworker he was going to go in the back. Eventually, i got rung up correctly and left with two 6" subs.

I rated 2 stars because other than the horrible experience I had today, the other days were good. I order every every Thursday for a pick up on Friday. When I got there today my pick up was not made. The employee said she had no idea there was an order for pickup. I had to wait for the manager to get there and start making the order. My employees received their lunches late because of this. Also I made an order for myself, while the order sat there after being toasted, the employee took another customers order. This is very disappointing as I order from this place every week.

This place has ants crawling all over the soda counter, by the straws and lids, all over the chips, the checkout counter etc. Several customers have complained and an employee has told the owner about this problem after having customers complain and the owner refuses to take care of the problem.

went into the subway April 16, 2016 at around 9:30 pm we ordered 2 separate foot long subs and we share them but we wanted hot peppers on half. cody was very helpful, patient and respectful did an excellent job making our subs and cut them in half and marked them and double checked to make sure the peppers were only on one side and he bagged them separately we took our subs home and loved them very much and never second guessed which one had the peppers . it is very apparent that at least the subway in franksville, hires quality employees. we will return and recommend this subway
