This Subway doesn't accept coupons. I wasted gas going to 2 Subway and both locations didn't accept coupons.

Never accepts their own coupons, always out of things, either fountain machine is broke or out of ice or out of soda and they charge you and don't tell u. Today they were out of all fountain soda, and wouldn't give me a bottle for replacement yet stoll charged me for a fountain soda!!!. Will just go to another location from now on.

I used to come to this subway all the time and pay for double meat and double cheese was great. Now for 19.99 I get one serving for the price of double.... not cool at all.

Spent over 6.00 on my 6" sandwich and I'm still starving! Bread was rock hard so I ate the measly inside. 4 thin slices of turkey, 1 piece of cheese, 4 pickles, tiny bit of olives, few peperocini, nasty very very over ripe tomato ends and unappetizing lettuce. Kept telling him I wanted mayonnaise, he waited until it was all made and then sqirted very little on top of everything so most of that was on the wrapper. This is the worst sandwich I've ever had at a Subway. They charge way to much for what you get.

Just terrible. Worker couldn't get cheese to separate so she picked it and put fingernail sized pieces on my sandwich. Tomatoes weren't ripe. When checking out she informed that there was no ice so I enjoyed a warm Diet Coke. Honestly I've never been more disappointed by a trip to Subway (and that's saying something.)

That way is a wonderful place to get a submarine sandwich but when I visited last there was only one where the rest of the staff didn't show up and she was running around a lot so it's located inside the Walmart in Germantown and the food is delicious

I AM TIRED OF GOING TO SUBWAY STORES and they don't accept coupons never going here again. They skimp on vegetables and won't accept coupons. Only go here if you want a ridiculously priced footlong, seriously how do they expect me to pay 14 bucks for a footlong when I can go to cousins get 3 more inches and it doesn't taste like a dumpster fire.🙄🙄🙄

I have been to this certain location quite a few times, and each time I go, I have a negative experience. I can never understand what the employees are saying. My milk was expired one of the times. Today I asked for an Oatmeal Raisin cookie. They gave me chocolate chip, even though I knew they had what I wanted. Sub tasted fine, but was very thin for some reason.

i have gone to this subway many times for the past several years last week i bought food not just for myself but a couple family members too and there was a bug in one of the subs when we called the manager she failed to understand what the problem was and refused to do anything the new management is horrible most likley wont be going back unless i see some major improvements

Employees we very friendly. I'm giving a low score because the bread was pretty much inedible. It was so dry it crumbled and fell apart while eating it. I would've gotten a different one but I took it to go. I've had issues with quality before at this location but thought I'd give it another try. I wont be going back.

I generally have good luck at this location, friendly employees, everything is clean and stocked. The caprese sandwich on ciabatta bread is phenomenal! I got one this afternoon and although the worker was there alone, he was kind and efficient, and my sub was delicious!

Wish I could leave a no star rating employees are lazy caught one on her phone face timing someone and then sleeps in the back I've even had employees give me attitude extremely bad I've caught customers yelling at them cause of them messing up orders several times . Will never be going back to this place again...

The lady that was making my steak and cheese salad was fairly polite along with a tall boy who was working the register, both were very nice especially the boy. The only thing that really dissapointed me was my salad. It wad carelessly made. They put the steak and cheese on the top and did NOT mix it in not to mension the poor amount of meet and cheese that was put on the salad. Not comming back.
