This place is notorious for not letting you use the coupons that you get in the mail. We brought a coupon for a free 6” sub with the purchase of a foot long. The woman behind the counter told me that they did not accept those coupons but they would honor a buy one foot long get one free. When we got the register, the man told us we could not do the buy one foot long get one free, or the buy one foot long get a free 6”, we would have to use two subway coupons- one for a $6.99 foot long and a $3.99 6”. The man was incredibly rude about the entire situation when it was quite hard for us to follow what we could or could not use. Also, a kid pulled up on a bike the same time my family and I got out of our car. The kid came in, filled up a soda, and ran out. The man tried to get my mom to pay for the soda saying that the kid was our brother because we all happened to be blonde. We had clearly arrived in a vehicle separate to the kid on the bike and had absolutely zero interaction with him. I don’t understand why they would assume that he was with us and therefore we would pay for his stolen drink. The portions are also abysmal. We barely got any toppings and the sandwich looked like two pieces of white bread. My family joked it looked like the TikTok viral flattened subway without any of us needing to fall on it. The radio was blaring so loudly in the restaurant that we could barely hear ourselves think, let alone hear what they were saying behind the counter. It’s disappointing this Subway is so close and convenient but so difficult to order from.

Before ordering, I asked if they take the coupon I had. The guy then got weird and mumbled some things, said no, and then was rude for no reason. That's cool if you don't accept the coupon, but no need to be rude after I ask if you honor it. Weird experience overall. The energy in there was also awkward. It felt like eveyone behind the counter was irritated and rushed when we were the only ones in there. Saukville Subway is much more pleasant. Better food as well.

Will never go there again I live in grafton and it's 1.5 miles to our grafton subway and 1.7 miles to the neighboring town saukville subway so I chose to goto grafton to support local businesses. When I arrived I present a coupon I had(buy one and a soda get a sub free) and they said they don't accept subway coupons and I asked why, with a smirk on his face and smile said because we dont get free subs in a very rude manner. Well I left and went to the saukville location and they gladly accepted the coupon so I'll never go to grafton subway again

I was wanting a salad, stopped here to get one... This is what I got for $10.... The bowl wasn't even full.. And I asked for more after it was made they charge you $2 more for a salad over a 6 inch sub, and you don't get much, this was the cheapest salad offered too. It's okay for a Subway. Staff seem kind but there's been multiple mistakes with my orders or my special instructions were ignored. Manager offered free sandwiches for one situation but never followed up on it. At the very least they accept coupons/promotions.

Amazed at the lack of training or common sense for the staff assembling sandwiches. Just witnessed a worker grab a sandwich paper and all and place it on top of another sandwich bread that needed vegetables. The lady complained to the staff worker who essentially ignored her and then place the bread back into the bread storage for the next customer to purchase.

I was shocked to say the least. I walked out and did not order my sandwich. Because if they are blatantly willing to do this in front of customers what happens when the customer isn’t present.

I would never visit subway again.

We were traveling and stopped at this Subway for food. We ordered at 8:45 pm for 4 adults and 3 kids. The staff did not have courtesy to tell us that they were closing at 9. Middle of our meal one of the staff members told us that we have to leave right away as they are closing. I asked him to give us 5-10 minutes to finish it up and he said no and offered to pack our subs.
Subway should teach their staff some courtesy and not just preparing subs.
This was the most pathetic experience I have ever had.

I'm very sorry to write this review, but the employees here are SUPER RUDE. I've been here 3 times and was always treated poorly.... to say the least. They never even looked in my eyes and rudely asked "What do you want" and when I would ask for toppings they would always snort. I also had coupons that expired the day before and they rudely said that they can't except it.... (while every other fast food/subway did), so when I walked out and went to eat elsewhere, they didn't care and did not even bother saying "have a good day" or even waving. When I did get something, they would always rudely throw the food at me without asking if I'd like anything else. BOTTOM LINE, I HIGHLY RECCOMEND TO AVOID IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE TREATED BADLY. I KNOW IT IS CONVENIENT FOR MANY PEOPLE WHO WORK NEARBY, BUT THERE ARE PLENTY OF BETTER OPTIONS.

My mom and I stopped here last week. When we arrived we noticed that there was a deal for $5 if you buy 2 footlongs. We asked just to clarify if this was online only. I also asked the young lady to put my rewards number in. Then I asked how much cookies were. She seemed very irritated as if she did not want to help us.

This is not my first time having this experience at this location with the younger staff! I prefer the Subway in Cedarburg as the staff there are friendlier and provide better customer service. I am sorry for irritating your staff with my simple questions. Maybe they need to learn customer service skills 101?? Just a thought. I work in customer service too, so I understand how difficult it can be. But making a little effort would go a long way.

I arrived at 8 30 not realizing the doors were just unlocked with a bunch of friends after our morning work out. I was surprised to only see one employee working. This woman managed to make 6 sandwiches and ring ya all up within a matter of maybe 3 to 5 minutes. She had a smile on her face the whole time and was very polite/professional. We were greeted as we walked in and thanked as we walked out. I was truly amazed at her ability to multitask as efficiently as she did. I worked at a subway when I was in high school so it’s hard to meet my standards. I will say. This woman ran her store like a boss.

Ate here about 3 days in a row while visiting someone in the hospital up the street. Service and quality was consistent.
The kids here are really nice and they aren't stingy with toppings like every other subway I've been to. Seriously I normally have to ask for more than a sprinkle of lettuce or more than five leaves of spinach. I was starting to think it was some kind of Subway policy to put the least amount of veggies on a sandwhich as possible.
Seating area is clean and bright, restrooms clean. Ample parking.

I like Subway but the steak and cheese 6 inch was smaller than 6 inches and no way as much meat and fixings as a child sandwich. Was this because of location or sandwich choice? I've had that sandwich before and it was bigger at other locations. I've had cold versions here and not felt they were small. Maybe just an anomaly. Also, they don't serve brewed iced tea, you have to buy bottles for extra cost.

What happened to this place . I live in Grafton and this was always my place of choice but has been going down for months. Yesterday ordered two sandwiches. Had to repeat things numerous times. Should have paid more attention as all salt, pepper , oil and vinegar left off . Got home to tasteless bland food. Last visit for me unless changes made for the better. Tried to wait hoping for changes but after a couple months time to find something worthy.

I went in there and the owner working at the register gave me the wrong cookie. I went back up, where she was still working the register, told her of the situation, gave me the correct type of cookie, and then put the one I had just given her BACK IN THE CASE! I told her politely "I think you might want to throw that out..." She simply responded "did you touch it?" As though it mattered, I answered, somewhat in shock by that question, "well, I am pretty sure I did..." So not only is she violating what I am pretty sure is a cardinal health code rule in all fifty states (any food item returned by a customer gets thrown out), but she argues with me in front of ten other people! She claims on her name tag to have 30 years experience in Subway. I am pretty sure she did this to save ten cents, as whenever I have gone in there the staff are cheap on veggies when assembling the sub, and seem to just want to cut corners in general. My question is, who picked their nose before returning the other cookies I have eaten there? Incidentally, she has photos of herself up on the wall with local celebrities, perhaps that is her priority, making herself look good, even if it is in a minuscule way. Never again....
