They are out of half of the main meats which as a past manager I understand sometimes things happen but can’t you guys barrow some from Siren or Frederic as they are owned by the same person? Seriously out of meatballs, chicken, pepperoni , and they said a couple other things. The past 3 times I’ve been there, nobody’s at the front counter. I love me some subway but this was disappointing after a long day. Had to fly to Siren to get our subs!

Very disappointed in our order tonight. Out of 4 subs not a one was right. The first sandwich with extra pickle and extra mayo had three pickles and was very dry. The second had two of the three veggies ordered on it and only had two slices of green pepper and onion on the entire footlong and was also missing the sauce. The third sub had no cheese and incorrect veggies. The fourth sandwich was the only sandwich not messed up. None of them were complex or loaded full of things.

I am not here to complain BUT was just there getting food for my family of 9. Mike the person helping else was very stressed so we don't blame him at all but there was a manager there i believe his name was austy? Had his kids in the back and would only come up front to check on the meat being sliced. At one point he asked the kid helping us how many subs we had and what they were. Did NOT ask this poor kid if he needs help with anything. There was 3 people prior to us getting in line that left without ordering anything. There was multiple bells for mobile orders and most of the meats and veggies were out or low. The counters were gross. I've never had such a problem at this Subway. Very disappointed.

This location has really gone down hill in the last year, I don’t order often because of this. Very sad because of our limited options here. Order online because of convenience. Been here a bunch of times and haven't had a bad sandwich, but I haven't had a great sandwich at a Subway since Pre-Covid. They have good workers that are friendly. It is unfortunately in a gas station that doesn't have very much seating. Don't bring a crowd with you, and use the online app to order ahead.

Usually the staff is so rude and unfriendly but today I went and besides the toaster being broken the staff was amazing. I didn’t catch her name but she was working today December 26th 2023. She was friendly didn’t seem annoyed with me and my sandwich was perfect. I’ve never had a good experience at this subway but today I am giving it a 4 all because of the girl working. I had a coupon for buy one foot long get one free. One sandwich was originally $12 and the other $11. I was charged $18. (I’m rounding off to the nearest $) How can that be buy one get one free?? The line was extremely long so I paid the amount after asking repeatedly a few times how that can be. The worker just shrugged his shoulders each time. I won’t be back!!

Employee made me wait while she talked about all the work she had to do for 2 minutes. Very unprofessional. In 30 seconds she expressed who her manager was, what she was doing, and why I had to wait.

When it was time to pay she instructed me to do something (no idea what it was) while she helped another customer. I tried my best to pay while she was helping another person. She said something that I didn't catch.

I gave up. I wanted to spend money. It was a chore to spend money. I left, if it is hard to give money to a business means stay away.

I love Subway. Excuse me if I’m wrong but isn’t there supposed to be ingredients in the sandwiches and wraps? It is one of my favorite places to eat. But I have had so so many poor experiences at this store in Grantsburg. Ordered some for my family tonight 24$ for a sandwich and wrap. This is my wrap! Literally just ate tortilla. I always online order because it’s convenient for me. I usually order on my way home from work or the gym so I can grab and go. This is not the first time I’ve been ripped off with this store in grantsburg and I find it hit and miss with nice staff. One time I went to pick up an online order and I was like 2 minutes early and the worker sighed and stated “GOOD THING I DECIDED TO GET STARTED ON THIS EARLIER.” Like sorry for my business. This is my last straw I will no longer be order. 24$ for this? No way.

My daughter went to pick up an order for her sister (who had called in an order). My daughter decided she wanted a sandwich for herself and a surprise sandwich for me. The one sandwich was already prepared and paid for but the manager who waited on her complained about her asking for an additional couple of sandwiches. She literally threw everything on the bread and they were falling apart as she wrapped them up. My daughter said this person was rude and very upset about being busy. It was lunch time, but my daughter wasn’t in a hurry at all, and other customers were waiting and didn’t seem bothered about it. If they need additional help, hire people! Don’t be rude and mean to your customers!!! My sandwich was such a mess, I had to reassemble it once she brought it home. I don’t understand how we paid for a meal and made it ourselves!! Will be a long time before I order Subway again from this store!!!!

It's a hit or muss when it comes to subway. It all depends on the experience of who's working that time, but if you stand back and watch for a minute, you'll see the newbies easily. Very poor customer service!!! I have contacted the owner twice and as far as I am concerned he doesn't care. I would if eaten breakfast here 3-5 times a week, but I give my business to the one in Siren which has way friendlier employees and has fresher ingredients.
