I walked in as a girl with big black glasses was clocking out, and the other girl with short hair was just making such rude comments to her. Talking about how she was doing bad in school, and how shes not gonna graduate. It was weird and unprofessional. On top of all this she acted so in convinced to do her job. Hope management says says something to her cause, if i saw one of my employees acting like that they would be done.

Overall experience was not enjoyable. Rude employees, the bread seemed like it was at least a day old. Crumbled apart in my hands could barely eat it. Bathrooms locked with no sign or notice. Dirty tables, drink station and full garbages.

I tried to order the foot-long dipper, and the staff stated they did not have the bread for that. Then I had asked for the hot honey Sub and once again, the staff has stated they did not have that either. For the third time I had asked for the Foot-long nacho cheese And for the last time, they stated they did not have it. Either the staff that were there didn’t know how to make them, or didn’t care to make them or they really did not have inventory.

Was just there, me and my boyfriend got two subs. One hot shot Italiano and one elite chicken bacon ranch. Both were kind of a mess. On one side Mine was messy and only like half cut lol. Veggies almost all not there and mostly in the wrapper. On his he had sausage stuck to the bottom of his sub and mind you it was a chicken bacon ranch? Also messy. You don’t get sausage on that. Very difficult to communicate a simple order to them with a “huh” or a “what”? They were kinda rude, dry, and kinda had a tude. I mean if you’re going to hire high school kids, at least show them some quality control to make it look like they at least care about their job some what

First let me say that I've been going to this Subway for a few years and it has always been good. I went to subway last night (1-7-2025) ordered two sandwiches for my wife and I. 1 was perfect and the other was a foot long BLT. got home, 5 miles away, and no bacon on one 6 in. side and two pieces on the other 6 in. side.
Ok, mistakes happen. I called but it kept going to a filled up voice mail which did irritate me. I drove to subway and both of the boys were nice and polite and offered to make me another sandwich.
During that time I find out their BLT sandwich only has two (2) Pieces of bacon on a 6 in. or four (4) on a foot long for almost $13.00.
It used to be 4 pieces of bacon for 6 in. and 8 pieces on an 8 in
wow... enough said... won't be back after years and years of enjoying Subway.

I would like to share my experience yesterday. There was a huge rush of people and there was only ONE employee. He was younger && he maintained his composure when most wouldn’t have been able to. He was kind even though he was overwhelmed. We were talking to him and making sure we understood the wait and that we’re all very patient (props to those in front of us who were also kind and patient to this young man). We were talking to him and it was only his FOURTH shift. I honestly felt terrible for him that management would put him in that position but I also know that the volume of people that came in may have not been anticipated for a Wednesday night too. There was another employee that came in for food and was able to jump in and help this young man. He was kind, caring polite and professional… well done to both of these young men!!

My husband came there and got two steak sandwiches. He did not want them toasted however he wanted the steak heated up. The associate said they could only toast the whole sandwich they can’t heat the steak up we called another location who stated that they in fact can heat steak up without toasting whole sandwich.

TERRIBLE!. Ordered online. Wasn't ready at the stated time. After 20 mins went in and they hadn't started the order. While waiting for ours the employee was starting new orders even though we were waiting for ours! When confronted the employee said " let me just take care of this order" being someone that just walked in. Priority given to people walking in? Then our order would never get done. Love the subs but this is my last subway visit.

Ordered two veggie patty subs for pick up. When I got home I discovered the order was incorrect - there were no veggie patties and they included jalapenos. I called the store to inquire about the mix up and was told I could "pick the jalapenos off and unless the order was majorly messed up there was nothing they would do." A truly baffling and disappointing interaction.

5/1/21 - what an awful experience. Ordered a Cheese steak. Warmed, not toasted. When I got home and opened it, It was completlly cold. It never was warmed. I called the store and there was no manager. The kid that made them said they cool off quickly. Are you kidding me? Then he said, since they put cold veggies next to the meat, that is why. Once again, are you kidding me? We are talking out of the cooler cold. I know the difference between room temperature and cooler temp. He finished th conversation up by saying .......There is nothing we can do about it. Find another Subway!

Google said they were open until 10pm. We drove by and the the posted hours on the door said open until 10pm Saturday but the Open sign was not lit up and the door was locked and it was 9:02pm Saturday. I made eye contact with the worker as he was standing behind the counter. He made no move to come unlock the door..

The store has one person working, making subs and checking out, line backed up. Understaffed for people on lunch hour or 1/2 hour. Not the workers fault it's a poor manager under scheduling.
