The negative reviews don't lie. This place is dirty and the old woman here is beyond unfriendly and really should find a better job if she's that unhappy. Never again!

Dirty store and service slower than molasses on a winter day. I was greeted rudely by the older woman working the counter, "How many sandwiches are you getting?" Inflated prices and wages have resulted in POOR customer service across the board at so many businesses. Sad. I'll pack my own lunch next time I'm in town and save the headache.
Nothing has changed at this location since my last visit a year or so ago. I can see the online orders create a lot of grief for the employees and customers unaware of sandwiches being prepared when there's only a couple of people at the counter ordering food.
Also note, outdoor trash can near the entrance was overflowing. Such hard task taking out the trash and maintaining a clean store. I made a lot LESS per hour without credit card machines asking for a tips working for Subway back in the 90's providing FRIENDLY, lightning speed service. Times sure have changed.

No one answers the phones here. I placed an order for the wrong location and immediately called to cancel. I've been calling for nearly 20 minutes now and haven't been able to speak to anyone.
Edit: Nearing an hour of attempting to reach this location... Subway needs to seriously consider adding a function to cancel orders in the application.

It's Amazing an employees attitude can ruin the experience. This young lady has a lot to learn about customer service. We let her know we were here to pick up our order, and she gave us a bad look. Then when we went up to the counter she wouldn't respond or acknowledge we were there. She actually laughed at us. The place was clean, but very warm. Note to self, to put tip on app. Tip people after the service.

Ordered a 6" and footlong on the app. When I got the order I noticed I had 2 6" so I went inside to get the other half, I wasny even mad, I could see how that mistake could happen, but the woman inside looked at the receipt, scoffed, & said "I'm only making you another 6 inch" as if I was scamming *her*, and she hadn't just scammed *me*.

The enviroment at this subway is by far the worst i have ever experienced! The lady is always cranky and doesnt have good customer service everytime i have visited this subway! She is rude to her coworkers and belittles them infront of customers and this is unexceptable! I get it if you are having a bad day but this is everytime i come to this subway! I will not return!

This location is not taking Covid-19 seriously. Not one single person wearing masks, not even the workers preparing the food, and when I questioned this, they rudely told me there are “exceptions” to the mask mandate. I left without getting anything.

Sorry, but I felt the staff needs more training. Two people were working. I was asked 3 times whether it was to eat here or to go. There was no one else waiting to be served. The sub is fine, but it was not closed like other places do. I noticed the one person in front of me had the same thing. Toppings and the interior of the sandwich were left open at the top. My sandwich was wrapped, well sort of, but one end was still open. This was on my route and I needed a quick bite before my next appointment.

Tyler and Jorge provided EXCELLENT service. There are a few subways in the area I refuse to go back to due to dirtiness and poor customer service. Tyler and Jorge went above and beyond to make the perfect subs, and the store was very clean, veggies looked fresh. Thank you for the amazing dinner, I was not disappointed!!!

Incredible out going place to go. My wife and I got caught in a scary and dangerous thunderstorm. We took shelter there and Anessa was our hero during all this. Let us in, gave us water and gave comfort during a scary time, she deserves a raise and a promotion for outstanding customer service and care !
