It would help if you didn't have people who don't speak English, run your front end. What a joke of a place. I've been going here for 2 years and now I won't go back. I got charged $16 for a basic footlong and the associate who doesn't speak English told me I was wrong. Like I said, I've been getting the same sub for 2 years. What a freaking joke...

They have become way over priced. Also never get extra of anything I ever order. Being that they are now pretty close to the same price as all other sandwich shops why would anybody go there? The reason subway got people to go there was because of five dollar foot long.

Walked in to an overpowering wet dog smell. Rap music was blaring over the loudspeakers. The seats and table were sticky and filthy. The bathroom stunk and was dirty. I’ll never return here.

I've been there twice. First time they didn't have the bread I wanted. The second time they didn't have the bread or even the sandwich type. I don't know how you can stay in business if you don't have anything that you say you have.

Sandwich maker was not very engaged. I think he was annoyed because we interrupted his break. Never really spoke to you throughout the order process and acted as if we asked for free food when asked for a little more cheese ( and then only gave a small pinch more like he was doing you a favor).
Bathrooms dirty, Windows dirty. Sneeze guard dirty.
He treated everyone as if they were a burden. I would tell you his name , but surprise. No name badge. I think that might be by design.
Sorry I stopped there today.

Was just here for lunch. Lettuce was brown, female worker was very slow to make my subs, and the only bread they had was italian. If she would have said sorry for the inconveniences or something it would have been better but nope.

We ordered for delivery got charged and I called the store they told me they don’t deliver. I asked how to correct my order and the girls answer was she couldn’t help me call another store. Call another store for what? My order was placed at her store and I’m going to have dispute the transaction with my bank. If they don’t deliver then it shouldn’t be an option and they should have contacted me as I put in my phone number for questions or concerns( the online ordering makes it mandatory). Secondly they should know how to process a refund and cancel orders.poor customer service. I will not be going here again.

The young sandwich artist is just that an "ARTIST" . He enjoyed making our sandwiches and was very positive and polite. I will be promoting this Subway to everyone I know and talk with. Not only does this young man work here but so does his 2 sisters. Great work, keep doing what you are. I will definitely be back

Both of the workers were zooted. I watched a worker pour chicken on to a wrap but missed. Half of the chicken fell into the lettuce. She then picked the chicken out of the lettuce. My sub was good af but man. It took forever.

We visited this restaurant at around 1am on Thanksgiving. We're night owls. The restaurant was incredibly clean ... but the sandwiches were poorly made, sloppy and not very fresh. On top of that, the sandwich artist behind the counter was less than thrilled that he was working on a holiday night. He started the conversation with telling us how he thought the whole restaurant should be shut down for the holidays and how upset he was that the manager was at home sleeping while he was there working. Then explained that he is disgusted with the amount of money he watches people spend on fast food. He said that he would never eat fast food and doesn't understand how lazy people are to eat out before or during a holiday. He continued to say the amount of food people order is ridiculous and thats why Americans are obese. He then asked us why we were there and if we were having Thanksgiving dinner. He told us that he cooks all of his own food and would not spend money eating out. For someone working in food service ... he sure doesn't believe in selling the experience or ensuring a returning happy customer. On top of all of this ... the sandwich was soggy af and the BBQ chicken was no good. We love subway and will be back to the franchise, I'm sure. However, this location is off of our list of options. Do better. 👏

I don’t live too far from this Subway at all. I have been going to this location now for a long time. The place isn’t ever really busy and it is always clean. Today (2/25/2020) I went here for lunch. Everything was fresh.
I got a Spicy Italian and my g/f got a Steak and Cheese.
We had a coupon so we stopped. Otherwise, I think for the cost of what we got if you paid regular price the Steak and Cheese would have been around 9.25 and the Spicy Italian would have been around 7.35 (both in a footlong). In all seriousness I think u can get a better sub for your money at a different Sub place. Long gone are the days of the $5 footlong. I used to go to Subway all the time. But I just don’t think they are worth the money and the quality is not there.

Also, I saw a negative review concerning technology and that someone got to this establishment one day and was told they had to pay in cash -OR- they could have written down his credit card # and charge it later. I agree with that person on their review. I would never have anyone write down my credit card # either. I also have experienced many times where I have gone to use my Subway application on my phone and it won’t work right and no one really seems at the store(s) to know how to really work the application or use it . You would think there would be training for that on their own store application? I have found this to be a common theme at a lot of Subways I have been to. The scanner isn’t working and the employees don’t know how to fix the situation.
Or the employee can’t explain why my application won’t scan.

So I can’t give this Subway 5 stars. Based on their issues at all Subways and technology and the prices vs- quality of food, I can only go with a 3 star rating.

I used to go to Subway a lot until the price hicks. I am lucky if I maybe go now once every 3-4 months.
