The poor girl in the store is beyond overwhelmed. There's never anybody but one employee in this store and they are always struggling.. online orders pouring out she's trying to keep up with orders in store. The guy at the counter constantly changing his mind and holding up the entire place.. they need to get more employees in here. This is ridiculous and an ongoing problem. No wonder nobody wants to work here...

Maryann I believe her name was, she is the one who trains and relocates to other subways in the area. she made my sub to perfection, no one has made it that good before. She deserves more then a raise !!! If she is training others to be as good as her there is no reason she hasn't gotten a couple bucks added to her bi weekly check!!! Another company would LOVE to have an employee like her, subway i would cherish her while u got her because people like her dont come around too often. Excellent service.

Today I walked in and the manager was in the back doing. I told her what I wanted and she started putting her gloves on. I asked her was her hands clean and she lifted the gloves… I explained to her that if her hands are dirty and she touch the gloves that makes the gloves dirty. I then explained the steps before applying PPE and she still wouldn’t wash her hands….. 🤮🤮🤦 if she’s there don’t order for the sake of your health.

Placed a Order to B delivered for 7p.m that evening we'll Order went out around 11a.m..
Tried to call the location reguarding the problem(busy signal repeatedly) & come to find out (only cuz this location is attached to a gas station who I called) doesn't have a working phone (& the few other locations I called just rings - no one answers)..HOW MESSED UP IT THAT,so looks like I'll B eating a suggy sub tonight..NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM SUBWAY..

It was a darkened gloomy day, and it was raining cats and dogs. By the time I made it to the door, I was soaked. Upon entering this random location, I observed multiple people waiting to be served. I heard a very kind of voice say. I apologize for the wait. I will be with you as soon as I can. This young lady was working by herself, trying to take care of multiple customers. The entire time, she had a smile on her face and was very kind to everybody. I would personally give her 2 thumbs up. She was one hundred percent completely awesome.

Wed. April 3rd stopped in for a quick to go. Lone employee in the store, multiple orders, out of ingredients. I would be rude too if this is how my supervisor ran my place of employment. She kept pushing the walk in orders back so she could keep up w the online orders. Poor guy was trying not to look annoyed or frustrated but who could not be mad? The employee told the man waiting that that store closes at 8 PM. When on Google that location says it closes at 9 PM which is also why I ordered from this specific location. I tried to order from this location last week and they canceled my order because they closed 30 minutes before I put my food through . This isn’t the first subway that I’ve seen ran like this in Green Bay. Supervisor is a “Carrie?”
Sounds like Carrie might need to find a new job because this one she is not doing very well

I just ordered a plain ham and cheese sub for my son, delivered to his school, and they toasted it and did not put cheese on it. There were only 2 toppings ordered-ham and cheese and they missed 1 of 2. I can’t get there to take it back and now my son will miss eating lunch. Very disappointing.

WHAT IN THE HELL KIND OF SUBWAY DOESNT HAVE BREAD?? 9 am and no bread but flatbread?? EVERY sandwich shop worker knows you make FRESH BREAD EVERY MORNING. don’t go to this restaurant it’s obviously run by people with the IQ of a goldfish. Who runs a sandwich shop and doesn’t have bread? Not worth buying. Go somewhere else.

And a young man was working behind the counter.
All by himself ( other coworker on break)
He had a big line if customers
But he did amazing job

My wife and I stopped in there last night to get some food. There was a few people ahead of us which was no biggie at the moment. As we were waiting in line, which the wait escalated into a over 10 minute wait. We noticed the guy running the place was not washing his hands or changing his gloves between handling customers food. The lady in front of us had a Fly land on her sub and the server did not see it and still sold it to her.
As we ordered our food I had to keep a watchful eye to make sure the flies did land on ours. I did however see them land on some of the food in the food storage holder. The server should not be running this place by himself at all. Speed is poor, attention to detail is poor and common sense is not there at all.
Now my wife was up most of the night with an upset stomach and a bad case of the runs from what she ate there.
I went to speak with the manager this morning and she is not there. I asked to be put in contact with the owner so I could direct this issue to the right channel. The employee told me he is not vey involved with his business. Which baffles me, He owns a business and wants nothing to do with it?
As I was about to leave I could not help but wonder, if we saw a fly land on a lady's sub before us and on the food storage station while we were there, How long was that happening before we got there?
There needs to be a serious overhaul on the evening staff. The owner needs to get more involved in his businesses and how it runs. Believe the the department of health is going to hear about this.
Only good thing was the young lady I spoke with this morning when I arrived with my complaint. She was friendly and very compassionate, that was the only good thing that came out of this.

Went to order online, bogo50, make a steak footlong and get told its not qualifying, never had this issue before prior until trying to order from this place. Then I place my order only to find the store has been closed for an hour and 45 minutes even prior to me placing my order. In an area of Litteraly nothing but houses it's a real kick to the Nards when you walk over to find 1 of the 4 restaurants around is closed and has already stolen your money, don't recommend ordering online from this location AT ALL! They close randomly, the online bogos don't work at this location. It's overall just a very prehistoric location to begin with. It's been a long time where I've seen a subway just close randomly while having online ordering. This location should lose its only ordering all together or just be limited to the time of 7pm since apparently that's when they close on average according to the gas station staff that's connected to the store

Went there the other night. Got there about 13 minutes before 9pm when they close. The young guy working was helping someone else, looked at me and told me they were closed. I asked what time they closed, he said 9pm. I looked at my watch, 8:47pm. I said it's not 9pm yet, he said it's about to be. I said it's not yet. Then he looked at me and said "What do you want?" with a huge attitude. Poor service and rude because he didn't want to serve a customer over 10 minutes before closing.

Same consistent expected quality of taste and ingredients that you’ll find at any quality Subway location. That said, though conveniently located for me, it is not my favorite location for two particular reasons:

(1) About half my visits find me waiting a couple of minutes for a counter person to either appear, or come to the counter after acknowledging that they’ll be “right there.“ I don’t experience this lack of prompt customer engagement at any other Subway I frequent.

(2) I often feel my side elements are being “rationed“ instead of added. Again I don’t experience this at other Subway. In my most recent example, I requested double lettuce and double baby spinach on a 6 inch sub. While both ingredient containers were full, I was given (I kid you not!) a thinly sprinkled layer of lettuce followed by a carefully laid layer of spinach (each leaf barely overlapped the other), This process was then repeated for the “doubling.” I ended up with less greens in total then I usually get in single normal dispersal from other Subway. And yes, I could ask for even more additional. However when it seems obvious that I’m being served less than the apparent industry standard for the rest of the area- I’m just not inclined to resort to my Oliver Twist mode with a, “Please Sir (or Mum), I want some more.”

Very small Subway with no drive thru but very good service. Worker was very helpful placing the order and I had my two year old with me making it hard to carry out my food. The worker helped carry out food when hands were full which was very helpful and much appreciated.
