One of the workers was a old guy he was rude he said there was to much sauce on my food and that there is no need to have that much sauce mind you I got a salad bowl and he started commenting on my eating habits ps it wasn't the new guy

I ordered 5 sub's. Every one was wrong. The B M T had vinaigrette NOT HONEY MUSTARD THAT WAS ORDERED. # 22 HAD NO PEPPERJACK CHEESE AND GOT PROVOLONE. #23 CAME WITH NO CHEESE. THE BEAST CAME WITH NO VINAIGRETTE, HAD LETTUCE AND TOMATOES ADDED TO THE SUB AND NO PEPPER JACK CHEESE AS WELL. LASTLY THE VEGTABLE SUB HAD ALMOST NOTHING ON IT. I waited for this order so she had ample time as no one was waiting. I paid $63.00 for this order & want some feedback . This was beyond UNACCEPTABLE.

I placed a mobile order for pick up on 3/13/25 and when I got there they told me that they did not have an order for me even thought I showed the receipt to the worker and confirmed the location. She said I don't know what to tell you I don't have anything in the system. She told me to contact Subway (which they don't have a phone number) for a refund or to purchase another one. I left frustrated and with no sandwich. I contacted Subway but no answer. So they charged me for a sandwich that I didn't even received.

Didn't even get what I wanted for a pick up order. Completely messed up my sub. Didn't get half the vegetables ordered. They put on the wrong sauce. Every subway I go to always messes up my order.

Went in before they close, got told they were closed lol if your going to close before 9pm shut the gate so ppl don't walk into you sitting there with earphones in waiting to leave turning away business before 9pm

Come between 1030 and 11 and there is always one person working and a line...order ahead say they are ready and they are not! When you only have 30min for lunch and you wait 15min just to get help!

Go to a different subway. The subs were horrendous. Put together with no care in the world. We ordered curbside and the gentleman tossed my subs at me. I mean take a bit of pride in your work and customer service. What a horrible worker to represent the Subway brand.

I work next door to this location. I've been going here multiple times a week for 2 years now. This place used to be great. Now they have associates who don't understand English. I was just charged $16 for a $12 sub and this isnt the first time. I just walk out when the associates don't speak English. Its really a shame to see how far they've killed their service here. Even their co workers have problems due to the language barrier. I'm all for equal hiring opportunities but this is just bad bad bad. Hope things get turned around here....

The employees did not know anything about gluten-free options at Subway (despite their sign stating some Subways have gluten-free bread). I ordered a spicy Italian on Flatbread with mozzarella and was told their is an additional upcharge for mozzarella. I changed to provolone. Before I could stop her, the server started putting my sub into the oven. I had to shout over the loud piped-in music for her to stop! She never asked me if I wanted it heated! Then she scraped the last of the pickles along with a tablespoon of pickle juice into my sub. Yuck! I paid and got out of there! Never coming back to this Subway in Walmart again! 🤢🤮

We don't eat subway often, so the smiling friendly guy making our sandwiches really made it a great experience! We appreciate the genuine happy service and fresh foods offered. In a world where every 'fast food' place lately is full of poorly cooked sub par food that we literally waited 30 min for recently (and then the order was wrong) this was a very welcomed experience! Thank you to the guys working Saturday night!

Worst Subway I've been too. Ordered a 12" online. I ordered extra lettuce and a half order of jalapenos. I got neither. And the veggies that were there were half portion at best. And let's not talk about the meat. If I wanted a 4" sub, I would have paid for that instead.

I try to avoid this Subway but it's near my house. there never is more than one person working. 1130 on a packer Sunday, and one person working and line out the door. Had same thing happen at noon on weekday several times. Took me over 15min for one Sub. Not the first time it's happened either. Used to manage Subway and its embarrassing how understaffed they always are.
