DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! They will not answer their phone, nor is it even set up. You will be immediately sent to a “Cannot connect to the call”
My order went through and I had no way of canceling the order after it went through. They are pretty much scammers at this point.
If you are visiting Wisconsin for a Packer Game or some other event near the stadium. Go to a different Subway, this location is not worth giving your buisness too and I for sure will never recommend this place to any customers or guest at my workplace.

Me and my fiance are regulars at this location because of their consistent phenomenal delivery, except for one or two visits with someone else but that is out of the 20-30 times we have been here. Braxton is one of the many great employees here who always goes out of his way to make our experience a great one.

Management please look into this. Around 8:45 pm on 3/24/23 my family and I had a disturbing experience. We are from out of town. Our family was at a presentation in Green Bay and hadn't had dinner. We stopped at this location and ordered 3 pizzas and 3 subs. Admittedly a big order, but we planned to tip the young man working. At the window, we could hear him inside yelling. We assumed he was angry about the order. He continued to yell while he was making the subs, until we heard him full on screaming. He came to the window and said, "I'm sorry. I can't complete your order. I just threw my phone into a bucket of water. I can't do this." And he closed the window and walked away. He didn't even give us the subs already made. He continued to yell, and as we drove away, we could see him having a complete meltdown through the window. It was intense. Hopefully the people in line behind us had a better experience.

Closed before 7pm and, drive through wouldn’t even open the window to say anything…. I’ll be happy to send corporate once this review is replied to. 6:45pm and neither the lobby nor drive thru open…because she looked right at us, while sitting there playing on her phone and proceeded to sit down on the floor and text. Not a holiday folks nor a storm. Get off your phones and do your jobs.

We came to have lunch here after moving into our new apartment, and neither of the two kids working could have been over 18. When we walked in, one of them was standing at the end of the line on his phone while there were customers in the drive-thru. The second kid, who looked at most like he was 14, had to ask us both three times what we wanted, and I had to order an entirely different sandwich because he kept saying "Which one? It's the exact same as the chicken bacon ranch". While making the sandwiches he kept pausing his process to stare at us. Our entire ordeal took about 15 minutes, and the entire time the same car was still waiting for their sandwiches at the window. Mind you we were the only ones that came in to order physically the entire time we were there.
When we sat down to eat our sandwiches we immediately heard them start to argue. They must've thought we had left instead of staying in, because one asked the other "how trained are you? How long have you been working here? You don't know anything". The other said "Why? Do you think I'm bad? Horrible? Who trained you?" they talked very poorly about management and other staff who had trained them, and one in particular kept swearing and yelling, and even took a personal call while cars kept coming through to the window.
The receipt feeder must have malfunctioned because about 40 receipts printed all over the floor and they began walking around the lobby with them dragging them on the floor ?? This situation prompted the younger one to comment "some manager, huh?" Not sure if that was towards his coworker directly or another offhand comment towards management.
If I was management at this Subway I would severely reconsider both the age and capabilities of the younger people I hire, because two customers at a time seemed too much for the two kids today.

Absolutely horrible service tonight. Came in (noticed the door was locked but not correctly so people can still get in and out) and waited for twenty minutes, no one to be seen. Me and the other customer walked out, then he came forward and “unlocked the door”. I used to work for Subway and I’m concerned about this behavior.

Will boycott until they get rid of ordering through their kiosks. I've had a year, plus of no social interaction. I must say that the customer services was really good, I wish I would've got the lady name that helped me. 11/03/2020 7:00am was when I stopped in, she was just unlocking the doors so I take it as I was the first customer of the day. The place was very dirty the tops to the mayo, oil etc had food that was stuck on there. The window that they close to lay over the food was dirty it didn't like it was wiped down. The sodas didn't taste like soda they were very flat or had a very strong type of taste. I'm not putting this on the lady that was helping me she seemed to be there alone and I know that NIGHT SHIFT/ CLOSING SHIFT is supposed to handle most if not all of the cleaning for the next day. I've worked at Subway before so I know how it goes. Just try to do better keeping the place clean.

The workers there didnt seem to care, they were out of alot of things and did not seem trained well i used to work for subway and ik they DO NOT make them correctly. They also wrapped my sandwich terribly and its "guts" were falling out into the bag. When asked to fix it they simply added stickers. How hard is it to unwrap and rewrap it properly! While i am sure i will be going to subway again i will go out of my way to go to another location!

Have had multiple times that I went through the drive thru, ordered my food, and when I got home, they completely messed up the order. Also stopped in today (to return one of my messed up orders) and noticed the quality of the "fresh" vegetables... the peppers were frozen to the container, the cheese was all hard and dried, there was tons of cross-contamination of most of the vegetables. Needless to say, I will never be stopping at this location again.

I ordered a 6 inch seafood sub on Italian bread with light may, lettuce, tomato and cucumbers. I received it on italian and the bread was cracked and coming apart. It was oozing with mayo. It had lettuce tomato and black olives on it. I also did not receive any napkins to wipes all of the mayo off my hands.

Wish I could rate 0 stars. I went to the drive thru August 5th at 3:15pm.. I got a footlong tuna, worst sub I’ve ever eaten in my life. If you could even call it a “sub”, All I could taste was mayo. Slow. Lacking customer service, and the general understanding of the flow of a dinner rush. If you're scared to talk to people and don't have anything planned for the rest of your day, this is the perfect place for you to grab a bite to eat. Touch screen kiosk at drive through is extremely loud. Said kiosk is also absolutely useless and doesn’t have basic menu items such as wraps, certain condiments, and rewards options.
Luckily the humans working were kind enough to take my order via face to face communication at a perfectly reasonable volume. Humans good, touch screen rude and incompetent.

Been going to this location a lot because it is near my work and a drivethru is more convenient. Am going to have to stop because I have repeatedly gotten wrong orders. Not sure how their drivethru works but I always order the same thing and regularly get veggies I did not ask for or are missing some. Today I asked for mayo and got mustard. Very disappointed. Nice people. They want for you to enjoy the sandwiches that they make for you. I like my footlongs cut in thirds. Extra toppings, cut in thirds, wrap your sandwich pieces separately? Every reasonable request is granted. Sure, not everything always goes your way, even these great people sometimes have a bad day, but I would still give them 10 Stars if I could.
