Upon placing order in Subway app I selected for my order to be ready 9/23/25 @ 11:30 AM. When I got the order confirmation email I noticed the app did not save the date and time I had entered and placed the order for 9/22/25 @ 6:30 PM. Upon realizing this I attempted to call the location numerous times and only received a busy signal. Today, 9/23/25 I went to the location and explained what happened and that I tried calling them and they didn't answer. They said they have no working phone number at that location and the only way to contact them was to physically go into the store. They then lied to me and claimed my mother had come and picked up my order for me since I was out of town at the time (my mother is 2.5hrs away so this is impossible) and there is nothing they can do because I didn't drive 50 min to Green Bay and tell them what was going on on 9/22/25 when the order was placed.

Extremely well-mannered, thorough doing his job, he stacked that sandwich beautifully and carefully, and made it a superb experience. He seriously deserves a raise. Subway would take a huge L if they lost him! Really appreciate you. I haven't enjoyed subway for quite some time but when you made my sandwich, I could taste the love. Glad I got your name so I could write you a review because whatever you set your mind to, you can definitely do and do extremely well. Best subway sandwich I've had in a long time. You didn't just throw it together. True sandwich master. The proportions were spot-on. I never thought I'd be writing a subway review but here we are because of this awesome individual. :)

basically cant order after 4pm, after that its either all bread or cat food. cant order at all for pickup or delivery unless you wanna eat garbage that has the wrong ingredients. workers are always awful to customers, havent been treated like more than an inconvenience any time ive been here. asking for an add on is treated like asking for wagyu beef. place feels so dirty. they let a homeless woman pee her pants last night instead of using the bathroom because she couldnt buy a sandwich at 1am. management didnt care at all either. obviously a corporation that has no care for or place in our community. close this store fr.

Im a little late to the party but I can not stress enough how bad my encounter was. I walked in to a happy group of workers who were smiling and happy (about 8 pm) and ordered. As im waiting for my sandwich, someone who i will only assume was the manager walked in and screamed at these workers. Not small or like a manager should. But more along the lines of angrily screamed at these people. One of the females broke down in tears and the others tried to comfort her. I cannot begin to say how sorry I feel for them that that's the manager. I've worked many jobs. I've never once seen that level of blatant disrespect or disregard for others in my life. Subway needs to get its shit together because I would've been calling the owner. I implore you to get better management.

Ordered through the app for delivery to St. Vincent hospital. Ordered 3 sandwiches, all relatively simple orders. Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap made traditional, 6” oven roasted turkey with lettuce, tomatoes and extra black olives, and a Boss (meatball sub) with extra pepperoni and deluxe meat (3.50 up charge). I get a text from my driver that they’re out of meatballs, so we call the driver and requested the meatballs be swapped for teriyaki chicken. Driver confirms and tells the sandwich maker. We get the sandwiches, the turkey sandwich has no olives at all, and the “Boss” is just bread and chicken.
When I went to the restaurant to receive at least a partial refund (the difference of the boss with the additional fixings and what I got) I was met with a hostile worker saying that it was DoorDashes fault the food was incorrect. And when stating they made the food and as the merchant are the ones to give the refund told me he didn’t give a shit. Refused to give me a managers name to speak to the next business day, and refused to give a number to contact corporate instead. If you’re thinking of ordering here, cut your loses.

They messed up my order. I made a second trip to get the order fixed. The manager said she wasn’t going to charge me. I did get charged, so I went back. Apparently she meant she wasn’t going to charge me for the second sandwich she made to replace their mistake. Well of course, that goes without saying.

At least they offered to give me a discount on a new order. These people need to learn to read an order and how to communicate clearly. My receipt clearly said “no jalapeños please” when Colton made it with jalapeños. They also didn’t give me any utensils to eat their nachos the first time. The second time they game me a spoon to eat nachos, which was not easy to eat. They were out of forks at 6:00 pm.

I will use different locations from now on where the service is better. I felt like an inconvenience to them.

The app won’t let me use the balance on my gift card and pay the rest with a debit card. They said I have to call corporate. Fine.

They were so understaffed that I waited with two other couples for about 30 minutes for them to serve customers who came in after us and were ordering at the counter. The rest of us were waiting on mobile orders that they clearly had been unable to make.

I've been here a couple of times after work to grab a sub and go. I've realised third shift staff are considerate, they like to have a laugh with you, ask about your day and that's okay as they do have professionalism with this too. What I'm disgusted by and wish I could put 0 stars for is management. The lady I've witnessed had no respect for her staff, shouting at them in front of customers to then argue with the guy in front of me about his sandwich, shouting at him while the guy was trying to explain calmly. From what I've witnessed it's just not a healthy or positive work environment being enforced from management. I just hope this is picked up on In the future.

If I could give this food 0 stars I would. I’ll start with the fact that when I opened my sandwich I was greeted with a digesting mushy sub. The toppings looked expired, and the sandwich was ripped halfway through not cut. I was crying a lot so I looked in the bag for a napkin only to find AIR! Not a single napkin, I had to wipe my eyes on the bag. Very unsatisfied do not eat here period.

Ok apparently people don't understand how to be real adults so im gonna explain this. If you go in and ask questions, the employees explain that there is no store phone because people call and harass constantly when they did. Next is at night they don't have meatballs some nights because so many people come in and crowd lobby. It's the ONLY 24 hour subway so people have some leniency. The 3rd shift is exhausted. I've come in before and 1 person is doing the work of 2 or 3. But customers come first so alot of the time we can't expect 1 guy to make all the food, serve everyone and make everything they need to in the back. They aren't superman. I've walked in with a full lobby before and there was 1 man making easily 8 9 sandwiches at once. He was trying his best but he was alone and we need to understand that. It's not the employees fault for the little amount of help they have.

I didn't even order to be honest. We walked in, the guy with the longer hair was just sitting at a table in the lobby. No one said hello, he hesitantly got up and walked over to put on gloves. I asked him about the Italian herb and cheese bread and whether or not he had it, "well it appears not". I don't think I've ever dealt with someone who just seemed and acted as miserable in their life, literally ever. I looked at my husband and said can we go somewhere else instead of spending $30 at a fast food place where the employee who is the face of your company, acts like he'd rather be anywhere but there helping us. I'm so disappointed. It's almost as bad as the Walmart Subway. If you hate your job THAT much, quit.

I'd avoid this place outside of the type of hours people work 9-5 would go. Even then it's kind of sketchy but you'll get what you expect.

Open 24 hours means you can come in and get food and be treated with loud music from the employees, bad/slow service, and anyone else in the store makes you feel like you want to leave. You'll be better off going down the street.

Parking is fine, defiantly not kid friendly, menu is subway. There are few Subways that are any good nowadays, this is one of the many.

Worst visit ever. I have been going to this location for about 8 years. This was my worst experience. Staff initially had a little attitude. I ordered 2 foot long subs, I asked for steak, said he had enough steak for a 6 inch sub only. I then asked for half steak and half roast beef then, said he cant do that cause I am using a coupon and roast beef is more expensive. I went with all roast beef since he wouldn't accommodate. If roast beef is more expensive than steak then why didn't he do it? I feel there was some serious dishonesty during this interaction. Also on one of my past visits I was told I couldn't use a coupon on steak as the Manager told them that. I do not trust he was actually out of steak, why would I trust them at this point. I think he just didn't want me to get a steak foot long and use my 2 for $13.99 foot long coupon. Next I asked for rotisserie chicken, he said he was out of that too knowing I had a coupon. I did a google check and it shows that roast beef and rotisserie chicken are two of the more expensive items at Subway, here is the google quote "In 2020, Subway made the unpopular decision to stop selling both roast beef and rotisserie chicken, reportedly because they were the two most expensive meat toppings on their menu. The menu cuts were a big flop, though, with angry franchisees and customers flooding Subway with complaints, 27, 2023 " I then got to the vegetables, he said they were out of lettuce. I think they should have signs up saying we are out of these items temporarily, otherwise this seems like a horrible experience for customers, to get through their sandwich building and being told, hey we are out of lettuce (one of the more important items on a sub sandwich), Couldn't the manager or franchise owner go and buy some lettuce. I have worked in retail for over 30 years and I would buy stuff if we were out to be able to take care of customers. This was my most horrific experience with Subway. The employees gave excuses saying they didn't get their shipment yet and they are very busy as they are open 24 hours. This seems like a huge miss for customers.
I was a District Manager for a company and I had let Managers go for that level of incompetence. You would think whoever is in charge of ordering and they run out should be fired or disciplined as this can cost you customers and lots of money. I will not be going back to that location ever again. I will find a new one. There are lots of subways, cousins subs, Jimmy John's and Firehouse subs around. At the end of this horrible experience, the 2 employees were a little better, however they didn't try to make the situation better.

If you are immune compromised in any way, avoid this place! I ordered a Cali club toasted. Employee made the meat and cheese part. Placed in the toaster, took out, laid on the counter, and proceeded to make three other sandwiches partially. This took him about 5 minutes. After he did finish my sandwich I took a couple bites and got nauseated. I threw up within a couple of minutes. I complained to the staff that the sandwich sat too long, and one of the employees tried to accuse me of lying. I simply want my money back. I will never order food at this place again. They do not understand basic food safety. I kept my receipt and plan to talk to manager when I can and get a refund. The employees claimed they weren't able to.

I am not sure who is the manager that runs the night shift. But I can tell you that I and many other people have had more than one issue with this lady. Not to mention she likes to close early when obviously. It's a 24 hour Subway. She has 6 people in line. Customer comes in to use the bathroom and to order food. And she tells them that they have to order their food first before they can use the bathroom. I am 55 years old and have a hard time holding my bladder. Therefore, I was going to the restroom first and then I was getting in line for my sandwich. She refused to do that. I will never, ever come to the Subway ever again. It is the worst Subway in Green Bay. Not only that, it stinks like the meat is rotten. And it is dirty

Went here on Sat 6/24/23 around 12:30/1pm.

I have not been to Subway in a long time and it was a very hot day and I was helping a friend work in her garden. We had to run some last-minute errands and just thought we would stop in and have a sandwich and dine in.

What I like about the subway is well first I noticed it’s open 24 hours a day. I also noticed it was well staffed, and the inside of the store was very clean.

The staff was fast and efficient and both employees made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it made.

Plenty of seating, located on the inside easy access to parking bathrooms were clean. Everything looks spotless on the inside.

Food was all very good and fresh. I had a spicy Italian along with a glass of ice water and a bag of chips.

Staff was all very professional, wearing clean uniforms and very helpful because like I said it’s been along time since I’ve been to a subway I would highly recommend this one. It’s very clean. It’s located in a great spot where there’s a Lotta food choices but if you’re in a hurry, they do have a drive-through as well and everything was very fresh.

Updated, got coupons from Subway in the mail after I paid full price for my sandwiches the other day. I had to go visit a friend of mine that lives near the subway, and had to grab some sandwiches and had to dine in again… Or two people working there were doing a great job stocking up the two lines for sandwiches. I ordered a foot-long meatball and then I’m Italian sandwich bowl foot-long I had a coupon for buy one get one free with a drink so I sat down and ate half my sandwich why I was here place is still spotless staff that is working very friendly just as it was on Saturday. It’s a good restaurant very clean. Very polite. If you want a little extra toppings or you need to clarify some thing they’re very patient and kind

I ordered a sub today and my sub was absolutely disgusting. The workers do not care about the presence of their subs, the sub did not look appetizing. There was a pound of sauce on the sub, all I tasted was sauce. I took a few bites and threw it away. While the sub was being made, the sub was man handled and squished. My sub was also not even fully cut. The service was also very poor, will not be visiting this location again.

I just left there and I will never return. 4 employees, 3 on a break all at once. The place was filthy, not a single clean table yet everyone is on break. I watched the one young man continue to go sit down, use his phone, handle his pockets, his face and hat and then go to wait on customers each time after doing that without once washing his hands... All the while popping gum while making sandwiches. In the middle of my order prior to this he stopped what he was doing just to visit with another associate. Why are they even there working? Lazy, disgusting, rude.... What a disgrace to the brand. Never again. Oh and thanks for giving me the wrong bread too.

My boyfriend and we’re trying to order food with the associate (Ecocate) and him and I couldn’t tell what was wrong but she was definitely drunk or on something, she was making no sense with her words, she couldn’t grab the food without looking like she’s going to topple over. At one point I thought she was going to fall. My boyfriend asked for his to be warmed, she was having trouble trying to put the sandwich on the warming tray and when she turned around to put it in the sandwich slid off because she couldn’t walk normal, she was flopping all over the place. She caught the bread but everything else fell. She continued to try and make our sandwich’s and even the guy checking us out seemed irritated. I’m not sure what is up but something needs to be done about this. A mess.

On google it says they are open with confirmed hours and on their website it says it would close at 2am tonight. I mobile ordered and showed up 15 mins later at 12:30am just to find that the doors are locked. They let me and someone else in and they did not make my sandwiches until I arrived. It’s like they thought I wouldn’t show up 🙄 then when other people walk in they shout “WE’RE CLOSED” & when everyone says they have an online order they make it anyways. I don’t get it. I had to wait another 15 mins in store but my sandwiches were ok. The managers need to decide on operating hours.

I stopped this morning 11/8/21 at 0638 lights out no one in the store and door was unlocked. Opened the door yelled 3 times no one answered and no cars behind the store. If you cant get the help, the franchise owner should be there especially if the store hours both on the door and online show open 24hours a day 7 days a week. Maybe next time I will just make my own sub amd leave the money on the table. What a joke.

Clowns working here. Online ordered two subs, 6:52pm on 10/29 pick up for 7:10pm. I arrive at 7:15pm, no subs….. wasn't packed at the time. One guy making subs another hiding out in back. Had to sit and wait another 15 min for my subs to be made, ridiculous! As i waited, I see a workers sub and drink awaiting him on a side table, only fuels my rage at this point. Two girls come in as well at this time. Guy in the back just keeps on not helping. Girls waited for about 10-15 min before even being acknowledged. Never again will i be back to this Subway. I feel silly writing this, but i wanted to go full management on these yahoo’s to make them understand this is not rocket science. Customer satisfaction drives return business.

Ordered a footling steak and cheese through DoorDash, bread was stale, steak was cold like it was pulled from the fridge and never heated, and they forgot the cheese. Overall a very poor excuse for a sandwich and whoever made it should be extremely disappointed in themselves and retrained. The location is great. They just got a small remodel and it shows. Staff is friendly and attentive. Problem is the customers usually found here are infuriating. Can't blame the staff when the people ahead of you are trash.

Edit. "The store has chosen not to accept special requests." A simple request like like light mayo is not okay? Maybe it is not the customers but the owners/managers that are infuriating. Subway is the easiest place to run, why can you not even do a simple thing like special requests right? I know you have to cut tomatoes while there are no customers but maybe realize you are in the customer service business.

Where do I even begin?!

We placed our order online and was given a time to pick it up. I arrived and waited patiently in line because there were a few people ahead of me and because I was under the impression based off the email confirmation I received that our sandwiches would be ready for me to pick them up, I didn't mind waiting a couple extra minutes.

Boy was I greatly mistaken.

An employee asked me if I was there for an online pickup and when I said yes, he called me by the wrong name and I was told that someone else must have grabbed my bag by mistake.

Now, I completely understand that people make mistakes, and I was even able to overlook the rudeness of one employee who asked me to remove my mask because she couldn't understand me when I had to replace my sandwich order, (although to be honest, that upset me because I felt more comfortable with the mask on and felt like maybe others around me would too) but there was no mistaking the conversation that I heard between the employees about how if the person who took my sandwiches brings them back, they would just keep them and bring them home.
I don't know Subway protocol when it comes to that sort of thing, so I didn't pay too much attention to it. I just wanted to get the sandwiches I paid for over an hour ago and feed my own family.

The employees were very apologetic and it was greatly appreciated, but I must point out that on one of the sandwiches, parmesan cheese was requested and the employee informed me that she had put it on, but in reality, she didn't. We overlooked that missing ingredient, but in the process of making the same sandwich, green peppers were asked for and she put jalapeño peppers on it instead and when it was brought to her attention, she made the comment that they are green peppers.

Yes, everybody makes mistakes, but my goodness, this experience was by far, one of the worst I've ever had.

I went at 1:30 am, there was a few other orders for pickup being made but that does not warrant this behavior. Have fun getting your order. They are possibly the slowest sandwich makers I have ever met in my life. A man with no arms and legs could work faster than them. Any sandwiches they make are a mess as well, with sauces carelessly sprayed all over the edges and exterior of the sandwich.

Online orders are impossibly slow. For example, when you place an order with ubereats, my estimated delivery time was 2 hours. How in the hell does it take TWO HOURS to make a SANDWICH?
