I really like subway subs. This location was very clean. The service was excellent, courteous and patient. I wish they offered outdoor seating as I saw none. My sandwich was great.

If I could I’d give this place a 0 but there is no option for this. The person who put my sandwich together did not add a key ingredient but I was still charged the premium price. When I called to inform them they argued with me saying they did put it in. Back and forth. Then Bo got on the phone and also treated me like I did something wrong when all I wanted was a correction or my money back. Bo asked what he wanted him to do? I said my money back. He gave me such a terrible attitude once again treating me like I was in the wrong. I just thanked him and hung up. I tried to find a corporate number but they’re impossible to get a hold of. Avoid this place.

No mayo? Based on other reviews, this location is ran like shit and runs out of all sorts of stuff. And how the heck is a simple ham, cheese and lettuce foot long with nothing else over $11? Bought for a friend, have not been to Subway in years and now I know I will never go to one for myself for many, many more years. To think gas station food is cheaper!

No lettuce, spinach, chips, etc. Why have the store open if you can't make an order. I got charged for my order even though they couldn't make it and then wouldn't refund me. Said I had to contact customer service through the app. Did that and still no refund a week later.

No lettuce spinach and other items available to build a sub. Service was apologetic but how can you make a sub sandwich without vegetables? Apparently this has been a long standing issue. Jimmy John's is across the street. A grocery store is less than a mile away. Shame on the Regional manager!!!!

I live close by and order from here often. I'm not going to anymore. Every single time my orders are wrong. I order ahead and there never done on time or there cold. Everytime I'm missing ingredients. I've had 3 refunds from this place now. Clearly it's too hard to make a sub now a days.
-went here again. Was better than the last few times I've been, but still way under par. The bread had not been cooked all the way. Meat balls were basically spaghetteos. Hard small and no flavor. They arent the big saucy ones they used to have. The marinara was bland as well.

Ordered 4 sandwiches on the app for pick up. The plain ham sandwich was duplicated and the tuna sandwich was missing. I went back to retrieve the missing sandwich. I found a hair in it. I won’t be coming back to this subway.

I waited in line and then placed my order. I get to the checkout and hand him my coupon. He says to me, "did he tell you that the coupons may or may not work"? I said no. He went into a long story how corporate prints the coupons but they don't work this time. Ok, not his fault, he was polite about it, but they still should have honored the coupon. Then I get to the soda machine. Tried getting ice out and nothing. I asked if it was empty and he said yes, they apparently drained it to clean out or something. Nothing better than a warm Dr. Pepper. Staff was good, experience was horrible. Good thing Jersey Mikes is the same distance.

Me and My Wife Went Here several times. This is the third time this has happened to us. We order our food get up to the check out. And pull out our coupon they scan it and say it’ doesn’t work. When the coupon is not expired nor are the sandwiches excluded for the meal. I feel like I’m being scammed I went there based on the coupon only for them to tell me after I order food I have to pay full price. Crappy way to do business

Stopped in for the first time w friends from out of town. The first person had 2 orders and before they even finished up her orders, me and another person were asked what kind of bread we wanted. Yes, we were all together, but it was a cluster to have all 3 of us up there trying to tell them what we all wanted. They forgot the spinach on mine and the turkey. They didn't heat up the meatball sub for another and forgot to ask the third if she wanted any sauce and had to unwrap it because the worker never asked if she was done ordering. We asked for pricing on additional items and they were guessing the costs instead of looking.. the bread was super dry like it was a few days old. They were so confused and had 2 people talking and putting stuff on all subs at one time. I basically just said...yep to whatever she asked me because we were all crammed up by the glass to see what was being put on our sandwich, but they couldn't get it straight with who had what. I won't be returning. We all ended up throwing the subs away after a few bites.. nothing in it was fresh... very disappointing... no one was behind us, no rush was needed like that.

Picked up a online order of3 subs. A Ham sub- missing about everything and has stuff not didn’t ask for. A meatball sub without the meatballs also with the wrong ingredients, and overall everything was just lacking. Tried to return for refund, but they don’t refund online orders and wouldn’t take them back. Only remade meatball sub for me, not the ham. no coupons - nothing. Unimpressed with this location, and will not return.

i placed an online order and when i went inside to go pick up my order i noticed one of the workers making the subs was checking customers out at the register with their gloves on (touching the computer and cash) then without changing their gloves, they then proceeded to put their hands in the veggies to make other subs WITHOUT CHANGING THEIR GLOVES. after watching this happen many times while only being in the store for about 10 minutes, the worker then answered the phone with those same gloves on. they once again did not change their gloves then placed their hands back in the veggies to make subs. although the workers were nice, this is very disappointing and disturbing considering all the germs.

I placed a online order went and picked up, and the store stated never received the order, after the woman telling me she had the order. Come to find out it was NOT my order, she continued to make other subs, while I waited. They would not cancel my order, I was told to call customer service to cancel the order as they could not. This is the second time this store has failed with online ordering. Now, I have jump through hoops. Never again subway.

Two weeks ago my wife had picked up a catering order for her mom and there was a mistake and the order was already paid for but they still made my wife pay for it. After they had realized their mistake they said they would get the money back in her account. But still the money is still not back and we have called corporate and they are just as bad and wont give her a call back to rectify this. We should not have to jump thought hoops to fix this when it was your mistake. Update: She has gotten her money back now, but will never heard back from corporate or the manager of the store.

This used to be my favorite Subway location, since staff was on the ball and the shop seemed well-kept. More recently I'm seeing staff are not wearing (and mis-wearing) masks, despite the requirement to wear them. Since such a simple guideline is being skipped, with the potential for others to be skipped as well, then I can't recommend this location in good faith.

worst subway experience of my entire life. I have been to a subway in over 40 countries around the world and this one takes the cake. We walk in with a group of people and there is 1 girl working, THATS IT. there was a huge line and I asked her if there was a manager in she said that she was the only person there. (super savage owners in my opinion to let a younger girl work by herself at those hours). This is the first review ive ever made about any restraunt ever. was so frustrated I just had to write it.

Extremely rude, I walked in and was treated like a burden. I already had a long day and accidentally ordered a footlong when i meant to get a 6", they were understandably upset but it was an accident and I was then treated like an annoyance. Nothing but good service for the guys behind me, and they rung me up without asking if i wanted anything else (I did) and i was essentially ushered out the door with attitude. I come here sometimes for work (I'm a delivery driver) but you bet I wont if i dont have to.
