Food is good if only I could see a menu .why do I have to order just to see what's on the menu and then I can't even see what's included on the sandwich so I'm assuming chicken bacon is just chicken and bacon but what about other sandwiches like monster does this sandwich have monsters on it? Online menus are bogus.i can't rate the service or atmosphere because I couldn't order food after searching 45 minutes for a menu we decided to order someplace else

If I could give this place zero Stars, I most certainly would, without a doubt!!! On three different occasions, each one being a different time, I have tried ordering a meatball sub. EVERY single time I got told, " We don't have any meatballs." So then I try to order the closest sub to that which was a pizza sub. The response I received was, " we don't have any sauce.". ...
Are you frickin kidding me???!! Like SERIOUSLY!!!!!????? How can you advertise subs your not even able to make???? I can understand if I came in 10-15 mins prior to the store closing but that's NOT the case!! Not one of the three times I went there was it past 8:00pm. I went as early as 5:30pm. That's dinner time!!! How can there be no meatballs left???? I WOULDNT recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!

I went here around 3, Lady that was working was supposedly mopping. Waited in line for 15 minutes and was up next. Another person walked in while the order before us was being paid for. The worker told us he was going to have to make a delivery order first.
From my own 46 years of experience, you help the people in front of you first. I told him it was unacceptable, then turned to leave. The worker gave a disrespectful "bye", as I was walking out.

Ordered on DoorDash then called the store to ask them for an option not on the app. person who answered was very rude and hung up the phone after saying “K bye” in an angry tone. Once the food showed up my bread was burnt and I bit into a pepper stem in my sandwich. overall would not recommend. I ordered 4 meals (1 six inch meal & 3 kids meals) with the touch screen in the drive thru. After handing me my order, the man at the window informed me that I’m not allowed to place large orders in the drive thru. I do not plan on ever dragging my young kids or waking a sleeping toddler to go into a subway so we will not be going back. When we got home to eat our food, the bread was dried out and stale and several items were missing. A waste of $30!

Most disgusting Subway I've been in anywhere! I don't think they've cleaned the place all week, there were smears of stuff on the windows, floors were crunchy to walk on, and old napkins in several of the booths. Got our sandwiches anyway cause we were too tired to deal with anything else. Bread on my sandwich wasn't even cooked and even though I asked for light sauce he did four whole passes so it was a soggy mess. And the two employees just sat in the corner on their phones the whole time while we ate. Didn't clean the gross tables or door, sweep or mop, stock the half empty chip display or do anything at all. Do yourself a favor and drive a few blocks out of your way to a different Subway, the management and training here is 🤮

So I decided to eat here and I must say I had an amazing experience Mr Keegan and Mr.aarion, they were a great big help and I must say. they had made my day. Sub sandwich was absolutely hands down amazing I will definitely be coming back here great customer service guys keep up the good work. Wish every Subway had people like them. Great work on my sandwich too it was mighty delicious. I recommend anyone to go here if you want good customer service and food. Shout out to both of them workers keep up the good work. ⭐

Hey y’all, I came to the subway on dousman street on Friday the 20th on may, these lovely gentleman Aarion and Keegan helped us out tremendously. They helped us choose the best option for our ideal daily nutrition since we’re D1 soccer athletes. They gave us a good amount of protein, carbs, and greens. Overall a fantastic experience. I would really recommend anyone in the area to try this place out and for the management these guys deserve a raise! They bring value and the needs each subway deserves

I would like to give zero stars. Stopped by 5/9/22 to order 4 footlongs, and Teagan or Keagan whatever his name was had a fit that he had to help make some sandwiches (which is his job). Came out from the kitchen cussing, slammed the oven door, kept cussing, knocked off pizza boxes from counter, kept cussing. So I turned and looked at the other kid and said "he's having a fit about doing his job?" Kid said it's OK, it's OK and I just said no it's not, forget about my order and walked out. Poor customer service. There's been others there that have been great but never had to deal with someone with such poor attitude.

Okay, I understand it's not really "traditional" to order a pizza from subway, but I've never had problems with it. However, I went to this location for the first time today and oh my god. Genuinely have NEVER been given a pizza so revolting. By the way, if you look at the pictures, I asked the guy to take cheese off before this and he did. There was like 3x more cheese on this before I asked! Imagine how it wouldve come out if I didnt. Oh yeah, and there was so much cheese that the dead center of the pizza was COLD. The guy who "helped" me didnt even seem to care at all. Like yeah, I get it, I worked fast food too and it was awful, but he worked SO SLOWLY! It usually takes no more than 3 minutes to get my pizza ordered and finished, but this had to have taken at least 7. Absolutely disgusting, almost threw up multiple times, I will never be returning to this location.

I don’t blame the kids working I blame poor training and management I asked for a footlong Italian BMT I went through drive thru I asked for bacon they forgot the ham and bacon and when they handed me my sandwich and it looked like a 6 inch so I waited at the window and kindly said i don’t think this is my sandwich the kid was really polite and explained he rolled it so the stuff wouldn’t fall out. And I didn’t want to give him a hard time so I said ok and then I got home I realized. They had put my meat vertically on one side and then the veggies on the other half and rolled it vertically besides doing it horizontally through out the bread. Please make sure they get the proper training so this doesn’t happen again.

I visited the subway on Dousman and went through the drive thru. As I got to the window to pay I noticed the girl making my sandwich had a mask on that only covered her chin. Once I got my food I could smell the guy at the window and smelled like b o really bad that I lost my appetite. As for the food the spicy Italian footlong was the worst sandwich I ever ordered from Subway. The bread was too doughy and not tasty at all. I will never go back to the Dousman street Subway. I normally go to subway on Shawano and I will continue to order thru them, I just thought it was convenient to go to Dousman but was the worst experiences ever.

I frequent this location ONLY because it's very close to work. There has never been a time when I have gone without having a minimum of a 20 minute wait. Considering the fact that I order online for pickup with at least 40 minutes notice, this is unacceptable. More often than not I will sit at the drive thru speaker at least 10 minutes before I'm acknowledged, if at all. I usually have to drive right to the window to be noticed.
Today, per usual, there was one single employee working for the lunch hour. He was polite, as fast as he could be and the order was made correctly.
This location is always understaffed.... Always! Honestly I would never go here if it were not so close to my job. So sad....
The establishment and management gets 1 star, the lone employee working today gets 5 stars.
The franchise really needs to do something about the management at this location.

Worst Subway around. Employees take 20 minutes to complete an order. I ordered a footling sub and my wife ordered a cup of soup, a salad and chips. Needless to say the employee there mixed my wife's salad out of sight. Took the bowl around the corner, then came back with it in a container. Once he got back he asked "do you wantdressing with that?" my wife told him what she wanted and he opened up her container, looked at his hands, saw he wasn't wearing gloves, looked at the glove box, looked back at his hands and shrugged. He then began adding dressing to the salad. This kind of attitude and gross behavior is unacceptable and is not sterile. My wife told him to put gloves on and he glared at her. Not ever going back.

The employee there was very rude. My sandwich was made vey sloppy and incorrectly when I went thru the drive thru. I told the lady you don't speak to customers this way. She was very disrespectful and I was very disappointed in the whole situation. I will never go to this subway again. The other west side subway is the only one to go to.

Great Job to the guy working alone 2:00 P.M 1/12/2017... Busting his butt to get the job done. Lady ordering in front of me was a goof, I was next in line, 2 people behind me and a car at drive thru. Employee handled it all, with patience and a smile. My order was correct and tasty as usual. Excellent employee!

Whats the point of having a drive thru if the people working dont know how to use it? Sat for almost 10 min waiting for my food. Would have just gone inside if i didnt have a screwed up knee. Horrible. Wont be coming back here.

Do not use the drive through! Ordered two 6" subs and asked for a "little bit" of SW sauce on one and a "little bit" of salt and pepper on the other. The SW sauce was so thick on the one that it was oozing out of all the open sides of the sandwich. The other one had so much salt and pepper it was inedible. It was a tuna sub and the top of the tuna just looked black from all the pepper.

Customer service is not good. Personally, i refuse to spend my money on a place that has employees who cannot offer good service. When arriving the guy seemed annoyed that we were placing an order. When proceeding to order, in an annoyed tone he asked, " are you sure...." So I responded, "why" already annoyed with how I was being talked to. He says, "that's going to be really expensive..." No dipshit, I ordered it because I didn't want it. Isn't your job to make money for the company???? Obviously you didn't want to make three subs because it was an hour before close! Terrible service. Worked in the food industry for 5 years while going to college and I would never talk to customers like this. Any who, I said "yaaa never mind" and left. Not giving my money to lazy workers who have no respect
