Trust me I gave 1 star because there is no Zero star option!
This SUBWAY SUCKS!!!
I was there last night and purchased 2 subs. I was shocked at the lack of meat / cheese they put in the sub. When I noticed this I asked for more and he said it would be an additional 3$. I just started laughing…I’m so mad I didn’t just leave!
I asked the guy if they could possibly slice their meat and cheese any thinner!?!
WHAT A JOKE! Seriously, your sub will have NO PROTEIN in it. I wish now I would’ve also taken a picture of my sub once I started eating it, it was ALL BREAD AND LETTUCE! You could NOT see the meat! 😳. And I got the BMT which is 3 MEATS!!! THEY SLICE THEIR MEAT SO THIN it is all SEE THROUGH! DEFINITELY DONT EXPECT YOUR SUB TO LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PIC ON MENU!
Won’t be wasting any time or money on this Subway!

Also a customer left a review a few down from mine, he had a picture and stated he did not get his EXTRA HAM that he ordered! ……NO, THAT WAS THE EXTRA HAM!!!! …..which remember he had to pay extra for that! ….so if you don’t pay for extra meat, you will not see meat.

Ever since new management took over a few years ago this place has been great. New employee working this weekend has customer service skills that need to be fine tuned. First time having a problem in years so I will be returning, just lucky it wasn’t my first time there otherwise that man would have changed my mind about returning. Otherwise the workers I have encountered are wonderful. Hopefully he gets a well deserved break. Was complaining the whole time about working close and open. Not fun, but we’ve all been there, just gotta push through 🤷🏼‍♀️ he also went and hid in the back and was nit-picking the board when he returned. 15 minutes later (being the only one in the store) he began my order. Was then upset when I didn’t give him a tip after he didn’t accept my coupon. His right but also I’m not tipping you sir.

Got the entire order wrong.. it’s like he couldn’t understand or didn’t try.. I asked for toasted with extra ham no onions or tomato’s. I got a sub untoasted with onions and tomato’s. And no extra ham.. which I paid extra for.

guy that works nights needs to get fired. Two times now he has gave me and my bf terrible service. First time we get there 20 minutes before they close 20 !! I have worked in sub shops before where I’ve gotten people 2 minutes before closing and we still make them food that’s what being in the customer/food industry is. If you can’t be respectful towards customers then find a job where you don’t interact with them. Anyway the first time when we came in 20 minutes before closing he didn’t even let us look at the menu before he tapped on his wrist as if to tell us to hurry up and get out. Then a couple weeks later as in tonight my bf goes in to get a sub and the guy refuses to serve him saying “they’re out of bread” when there was clearly bread. But apparently all that bread was stale then why hasn’t it been thrown away or why haven’t you made fresh bread. It doesn’t matter what time of the night it is there should always be fresh bread even enough for some to be left over for the next day. This time it was 2 hours before they closed. How do you have no bread 2 hours before you close!? Just terrible customer service.

This is the best Subway in the area. Both employees working are so friendly. You could tell they really care about their customers. As we sat there eating, multiple people came in and they called them by name, asked how their day was. Just very friendly. Plus the bread was fresh and the subs were delicious!

The girl that was working today is great! This is the second time we have been there on a Sunday morning and she has taken care of us. The last time we were there they were getting slammed and she handled it all with a smile on her face and was also helping her coworkers who seemed to be new. Keep up the good work!

We were in the middle of eating our subs and as soon as the clock struck 9 which is apparently their closing time we were told they close and 9 we have to go outside to finish eating they have to lock the doors. I thought that was a bit extreme and out of protocol. I can see of we were finished and then just chit chatting and hanging around bit we were quiet and eating. Just got all of our subs 10 mins before. The whole lobby was empty ot was just us not seeing why they couldn't just do all their closing work around us and then just have our one table left at the end to wipe down quick. I have never at any restaurant been asked to leave while eating.

In my 25 years of living I have never been greeted and treated so well by a sandwich artist at Subway until I walked in the Hartford doors today. I was greeted by Chantel (I think that was her name😅) who was sporting an adorable Subway headband, and she was so amazing! I wouldn't have wanted my sandwich made by anyone else! Just when I thought I was going to leave a raving review off her customer service, her coworker (didn't catch her name but she has Grogu in front of the display case) was absolutely delightful too! I normally rush in and out at Subway but I stayed for a few minutes just to talk about Star Wars with these wonderful women! I just started a new job in Hartford and I am thrilled that I have found a Subway I can go to and receive amazing customer service! Thank you again ladies! ❤️

I tried ordering online, website charged my card but I never got an order confirmation. Called the store, talked to someone who said I would probably have to call my bank and cancel the charge because nothing came through on their end and this was a known issue with their website. So took my computer down to the store to show what I ordered, and talked with the woman who I spoke with on the phone, who claimed to be the store owner. I asked if the subs I ordered could please be made since I had already been charged for them. The owner laughed at me and said no, it wasn't her problem and that I would have to call my bank and cancel the charge. This is obviously terrible customer service and I will not be going to this Subway again

This Subway is one of the not so good ones. Their bread ALWAYS taste stale and their veggies look like they've been sitting around for 2 weeks. I don't understand why the owner doesn't do something about it, maybe she feels mediocre is acceptable? I can tell you, many have stopped going due to the decline in quality. I used to eat Subway 3x a week, now I refuse to go.

Waited around after I went to the gym till The subway openedBecause the subway that opens first in this town is located in Walmart and constantly has flies crawling all over the food. Went inside the young lady took my order and made a great looking sandwich Was very courteous but when it came time to pay I attempted to use my credit card because that’s all I had on me and due to the system being down I cannot pay for my food they were not willing to do anything to resolve the issue so I walked out of there essentially without My food simply because there was a problem on their end excepting payment

Horrible owner last time me and my husband went in the workers started talking about us under there breath wrapped our subs up so horrible that we couldn’t even eat them when we got home because they were twisted and smooshed. Also charged me for 2 drinks that we didn’t order and refused to refund us. When I called back saying they charged us for drinks. Also in last had charged us for additional food and would refuse to refund.

I love this subway and go here all the time and I can tell the kid was new, but I just got home from ordering a half and half sub for my boyfriend and I and the sub was cut, but defiantly not in half, the worker just needs to take more time so he can make sure the sub is in half and not in 1/4 and 3/4. Luckily our toppings weren’t too different so it wasn’t that big of an annoyance.
