I always make sure to stop at this Subway location in Hillsboro in spring and fall when I'm hunting or if I'm just up visiting friends in the area. Always have friendly service and the folks working here always take great care to make you a delicious sandwich. If your passing thru Hillsboro and need a quick sandwich to go and you want a good one stop here you won't be disappointed.

New staff. More attentive. Napkin dispenser is a nice addition. Food was fresh. Dining area was really dirty. With only two workers in the building they could barely keep up with the orders. They need a third person to clean while the other two serve the customers.

We ordered online my husband went to pick it up it took him 10 minutes to get the girl's attention he was even in the store and then when he told her we were there for a takeout she just said oh it's over there but there nothing else.. My husband could have done somebody else walked in and taken our order and they never would have known and our order was paid for on line. Nice to know anybody could have gotten the food and taken it that we paid for

Got lunch there 2 hours ago.....bacon is raw. They won't answer the phone. Wondered why it tasted so gross finally got frustrated and tore into it. All bacon raw. Disgusting. Now I remember why I stopped doing business there. Gonna have sick people coming after you Subway for hospital bills for food posioning.

Only had one person working when I went in mid-day on Sunday. There were at least 5 people in line and I think I waited about a half hour. I was mid-way through a road trip and was starving, so I waited. But you should put more workers on the schedule for lunchtime on weekends.

This is easily the best subway around for miles. The managers are very nice and patient, and they really know how to make a sandwich taste great! They don’t sit there and count every slice of olive, they make sure you are going to be full and satisfied. This place is consistent every time I go there which gives me a reason to keep coming back. They need a raise!!!
