We live next to this subway and it’s the same experience every time. We’re the only customers, 20 minutes to get 2 subs, 3 people working but only one person assisting us. My girlfriend, who used to manage a subway, has to coach the employees how to do their job. Actually crazy how this store is still running. Jersey Mikes it is.

I requested extra bacon for a foot long BLT and watched the worker heat up 4 strips of bacon! Literally, only 4 and they call that extra bacon even charging me for it. The worker who took the order and started the sandwiches had almost shoulder length hair without a hair net. My daughter found a piece of hair that matched his hair color in her sandwich when we got home. We rarely go to Subway, but this is another reminder why we shouldn't.

I have never in my 35 years, been to a Subway where they do not ask you what you want for toppings, from bread to veggies to sauces, but specifically in this case, the cheese.

My MIL wanted to grab us some lunch through the drive thru and I decided to get the Chicken Teriyaki. It was weird because they had asked me what I wanted for everything else, except for the cheese, so at the end of my order I asked, “Hey, can you please put pepper-jack on that?” Thinking they just forgot. Nope. Not the case. Apparently this sandwich automatically came with American cheese (since when??) and they refused to remake it. I wasn’t going to push it, but it definitely threw off the sandwich for me as I hate American cheddar unless it’s on a grilled cheese dipped in tomato soup.

Like I said, I have never not been asked what kind of cheese I would like on my sandwich until now and the customer service could have been better. I guess from now on I’ll have to make sure to ask for the cheese right away.

I tried to use a subway sandwich coupon on a sandwich today. I read the fine print on the bottom of the coupon that says I could not use it on a couple sandwiches on the menu. I ordered a sandwich that was eligible for the coupon and when I got to the cashier, they told me I couldn't use the coupon. They then pointed to a small list of eligible sandwiches. The franchise owner is creating his own rules regardless of what the coupon says so he can make more money. I ended up paying $13 for a sandwich when it should of been $8.

When we went in here it was unbearably hot (at least 80 degrees) and the service was pretty slow. There were quite a few people in there. It untimely took about 15-20 minutes to get our food. The food was on par with every other subway I've visited.

Yesterday my mom popped in for dinner. I don't know the last time I had Subway... the menu? Lots of new to me options. I opted for the Chicken Bacon Ranch. My mom; the Spicy Italian and a foot long cookie. There were two employees, both working on our order as to get us taken care of faster. I was impressed that when my mom ordered the cookie, he popped it n the toaster so it would be warm! Also new to Me; he told us which sub had which sticker on it! No more, half unwrapping a sub to find out if it's yours! The service was fast and friendly. The subs hit the spot. They also offered drive thru. Thanks Subway!

Waited over 15 minutes at the drive through before they took my order. They continuously said "we are sorry, we will be with you shortly" after 5 minutes I asked why I wasn't being helped. The lady rudely remarked "if you want to be helped you can come inside". I have 3 kiddos under 6 and if I have them all in the van, I'm not going inside. I told the lady this and she rudely answered with "well you will just have to wait til we are done with everyone inside" I do not believe this is how costumer service should be. I felt completely like a burden. And there were 4 or 5 workers working. I should not have been waiting that long when I was the ONLY ONE in drive thru

Worst experience yet by far. We've been having an ongoing issue of no avacado on the #12. However today they somehow got worse. I do not eat pork for religious reasons, and ordered my sandwich with no bacon (per usual), ate a couple bites and tasted bacon.

This is the first time I've had pork in like 6 years and I heavily regret even giving them another chance.

This order was a replacement for the LAST time they had messed our subs up. They did the same thing again, but WORSE.

And of course, it's just high school kids working, almost never a manager.

Went in to order a Double Meat Steak and Cheese Wrap as I have a few times in the past and the Manager (Nate) said he wasn't going to make one like that and if I didn't like it then I could leave (keep in mind he was the last person that sold me one previously). Still trying to figure out what exactly I did wrong, I proceeded to ask for his Manager's information so I could make a complaint about how I was being treated for no reason. He refused to give me any information and then called the Holmen Police department and said I wasn't welcome back to this store. Horrible customer service from a more Horrible Manager named Nate.

Subs were good. I order chicken breast and pepperoni with pepper jack cheese on garlic herb and cheese footlong. They're cookies are pretty good, too. I've had every sub and Flatbread from here. I'll stick to the chicken and pepperoni or the Philly cheese steak. Maybe the meatball, too. Love the food. Sometimes the people are nice, but mostly rude. 😄😄😄🤡

Just had an experience so bad that I felt the need to write this. the worker who made my sandwich made quite poorly and i had to ask him to spread out the ingredients over more than half the sandwich. he then smashed the crud out of it folding it over and it really was what I was hoping to get when i usually visit this subway. when i asked for a meal i was only given chips and then i asked for my cup and he said i had to pay extra and i said i did order the meal he then proceeded to charge me the extra 2$ anyway. honestly pretty frusterated

Basic food handling is a lost art at this location. Other locations around are 100x better than this one. Drive the extra 3 mins to the one near Features. May be owned by same person but the employees actutally care about the way they handle your food. Gloves are required for a reason not for show. Touching everything while wearing them defeats the purpose. 2nd time in a week its happened and same girl (darker blonde curly hair and glasses working night of 3/1/19) so i decided to say something to her about touching equipment then digging her hands in the buckets of ingredients....her response was classic "you could have asked me to change my gloves"... Sorry mija, its not the customers responsibility to tell you how to do the basics of your job you're getting paid to do. Lucky I cant give 0 stars.
