This is the second time I've come in, in the evening after ordering being told, you can't eat in here we are cleaning getting ready to close. I have to take my food elsewhere. I call BS!
I looked on the door before entering because of this situation last time. Sign on the door had "new updated hours" noticing that they close at 9:00pm I thought perfect, plenty of time to eat with my child, being it was 8:00pm.
I was told again I could not stay because they were cleaning. I would take 5 min to eat the sandwhich. They/he was clearly NOT cleaning the dinning room at the time and clearly hadn't been cleaned yet!
If you are going to post hours of operation I would think that you would post take out only!!!
I would really love to speak to owner/manager! Are they aware of this?

Both of the males working at 1623hrs on January 26th should find different places to work, that don’t involve customer service. Very rude atmosphere. As if they didn’t want to even be working. This location is right by my work so I frequent it often. Gabbi (I might be spelling that wrong) is an Incredible worker! She makes great sandwiches, and half the time is basically running the line nearly all by herself and is extremely quick while still making good sandwiches! Her customer service is thru the roof! She always has a smile and she will ask how my new job is going or about my day, my experience is always so much better when I see she is working!

The African American woman that works there after 3:00pm is so rude. Half my order was missing, realized it and came right back in and interrupted her drug deal. I tried to tell her, the sandwiches were not made correctly. She said the f word and asked can't you just take something, dude? That didn't even make sense. I see others have complained so the managers obviously don't care. Drive to River Falls, they are awesome there!

I was there Friday night. This is the same gal that helped me before. I tried to make small talk thinking she was having a bad day but she never replied. She clearly does not like her job. She is un friendly and just throws the sandwich together. She is definitely not happy working there. Very poor customer service. She slammed the tops of the vegetable containers. If she thinks it OK to act like that there's something wrong. Very rude Not to mention They were out of bread! One kind left. Wow this is subway isn't it?

Twice now I've been to this subway and been given trouble about the veterans discount. The first time I was told I needed to pay separately for my sandwich and my husband's sandwich for him to receive his discount and today we bought one sandwich to split and the woman, after requesting proof of his veterans status, complained that only the person purchasing the sandwich could receive the discount. So in other words a veterans wife cannot be the one paying for the food.. disgraceful!!
Then there was the food.. the bread was stale and soggy.. what happened to fresh at subway.. definitely not In Hudson colorado!!

The staff didn’t make eye contact, communicate to each other, or greet . The machines for fountain drinks were open for amusingly no reason that made it a hassle to get drinks. The worker didn’t understand my coupon, but told me it was applied. If I could give a 0 star I would.

My family and I spent over 50 dollars at this subway for bad service and very little food. In our order we got salads that were not full and had more dressing than meet. The ratio of meet, to cheese, to dressing was not even and was very disappointing. One of the lady workers with green and black hair was very rude and and one point raised her voice at a family member.

I eat a lot of Subway, the sandwiches here stand up to par and done perfectly. What sets this one aside is the staff, always courteous, prompt, efficient. Generally some good jams playing at a respectful level. I refer to this one as the cool subway and recently will go out of my way to patronize the location. Keep it up gang, you rock!

Made an online order and i got charged but it didn’t send to the star. So i called a a man answered. He was nice on the phone saying he would call me back if they get it. i wanted an hour for them to call and they never did. I decided to go to the store and ask and the guy was rude. off the bat, i can’t wear a mask for a medical reasons and when i walked it and talked to the first person it was the man who was on the phone with me. I asked him if he could make the sandwich i payed for and i was willing to show i was charged and he told me if he remade it i would have to wear a mask and point the box of mask on the contour. I told him i can’t wear them due to my medical condition and it makes it harder for me to breath. he said either i put on the mask or i can get my card refunded. i had to struggle and wear mask while he made my sandwich. when i went to the next lady she was way nicer. she apologized to me about how he was acted and they let me grab the rest of my meal. also when i was leaving the store i noticed there was two men getting food not wearing a mask. this is fat out unprofessional and fat out rude.

I usually order on the subway app, and I love it! Very convenient. When I get there to pick it up, my order is always ready. Everyone is so nice that works there! Placed an order online. Went to pick it up. 4 people sitting at a table were playing music so loudly it was causing the tables around them to shake. The employee didnt seem to care at all. Also very rude and tried to fight with me about having meals with my sandwiches (he looked at the receipt and realized he was wrong) very rude. Will not be coming back to this location.

3/23/19, 6:25 pm. Stopped in to pick up a sub.4 people in line. 1 gentleman working all by himself. 20 minutes to get my sub. 14 people came in behind me. Some walked out after seeing what was happening. The worker said that 3 employees had quit last week plus 1 today. Was told that this type of service has been going on for a while on Saturdays. The 2 stars I gave are for the worker for doing a great job for the situation that he is forced to work in. Hope to see improvements soon otherwise this shop will not last.

I always have a good exprience till tonight. I go in order my food and i get up to pay. I was around 7.50 so i handed the cashier 20.00 dollars, get my change and leave. When i get home I check my wallet and realize i was only given 7.00 dollars and some change back, I lost t dollars. Plus the person who checked me out was not friendly, never said my change, and did not say out lound my twenty. This to me who much this employee was paying attetion and how much he cared, wont go back again.

Ordered a 6 inch sub and only got 2 little pieces of onion, 3 green pepper slices, 4 pickles, 2 1/2 tomatoes (very small ones) and when I asked for more of the veggies to be put on they wanted to charge me extra.... I will never go to subway in Hudson WI On creastview trail again! That was a terrible $7.00 I spent on lunch!!

Look, even in a hungover state at work I basically never eat at Subway. Unless somebody else is paying, obvs. Some of the vegetables are fine for human consumption, but the gargantuan, black hole defying bread tastes like a yoga mat with some burnt cheese glued on. Giving your money to this company is like giving your money to child rapists (Catholics should know how that feels), except instead of raping poor altar boys it's the earth and everybody loses. Avoid at all costs. The second star is there simply because if you pile enough pickles and mayonnaise on your sandwich your brain might confuse you into liking it for a moment.

My last experience at this restaurant was very poor. The woman that was making my food paid little to no attention to me or other customers and seemed completely preoccupied with socializing with her coworkers. She numerous times made mistakes in the making of my sandwich, which would be understandable if she at least seemed like she was trying to do a good job. Also, my first sandwich was burned and when i politely asked her to make sure not to burn my sandwich when I went back for a six inch, she gave me a smart remark and blew me off. I was disgusted at the way I was treated at this restaurant. I felt extremely disrespected, (Perhaps it was my age, I'm a teenager). Whoever the shift manager is at this place needs to have a conversation with the servers about their attitudes, I don't plan on coming back to this Subway.
