My sandwich bread was stale and rock hard. I paid 41 dollars for 2 subs and a flatbread and I think at least it should be enjoyable. I am now done with this subway. I will try the other ones nearby to many bad experiences.

I would give 0 stars if i could. Went in with a coupon for buy ANY 3 footlongs for $17.99. He would not honor it and said I could not do hot meats, only cold like turkey or ham. Not even a meatball sub. I read out loud the words on the coupon on the bottom and it did not say excludes the subs i was trying to order. I would NEVER go to this subway again. I have never had a problem using coupons that came in the mail at any other subway.

We used to get subway from this location every week. It isn't anything spectacular. the order online pickup in store is very nice. However we stopped going because the food was never ready ontime in an empty store, order was often correct yet would be super hard bread or poor quality ingredients. The banana peppers tasted sour and filmy and spinach was wilted.

This place cuts corners all of the time between, bags, customer service, and food quality. If you don't order your hot sub toasted, they'll just give you cold food. Today I didn't receive the food as I ordered it, it came on flatbread instead of a bowl. When I pointed out that I could not eat it because of the gluten, they refused to refund me my money, and just walked away and left me standing at the counter. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody, and I certainly won't be going back

Highly NOT recommended. Will not waste my time here again. This restaurant opens at 8 am walk in at 8:22 no one to be found. Guy walks out saying nothing starts to bring all food containers out of the refrigerator placing all containers in their spots. When he is done asked what I would like, I would like a breakfast sandwich. He said no the toaster was not going to be ready for another 10 minutes. If you are not able to serve food until 8:45 why be open at 8. I walked out at 8:33 no food

Tried asking for easy spinach , they added more and I just said never mind I’ll take it off myself. The guy working said “no English” and I just kept moving on. They also have a steel cover where they add the meats/cheese to the sandwiches so you are unable to see what is being added on that side. Seems odd and unlike normal subways.

Haven’t been to the Jackson, WI Subway in a couple of years. Boy, has this place gone downhill. No acknowledgement when entering building. No acknowledgement that we were standing at the counter. Language barrier. Food was not good. Tasted very off. We all ended up throwing most of our food away. I got a soda, and the soda machine was filthy! Something reddish growing on the overflow reservoir. Will NEVER return to this location. Used to be a favorite place we went when in the area.

They don't know what they're doing ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches turbo oven down, couldn't heat up flat bread or eggs or cheese. They put microwave meat on with everything else being cold, not room temperature and within a minute everything was cold. Would of been fine if they just said can't do it now, but don't hack it together. No pride or proper training in work anymore just a paycheck and who cares.

Employee had "I hate my job" written all over his face and could not follow simple instructions! No garlic sauce in 2 weeks, no napkins given with our food and the restaurant was filthy! Order online, said it would be ready at 1005 went to store, not open, door sign said they were open at 9am. Waited till 1030 tried to call no answer. Finally left, could not cancle order called again once I got home no answer at 11 am. I've never had a big issue with this Subway before, and it may just be a fluke tonight, but it was awful. I placed an order for a wrap online for pick up, go pick up my food, and take it home to eat. When I start to unwrap the paper I notice multiple layers of wrapping, rather than the normal 1 layer, so this already tells me it'll be a little messy. But this was more than just a little messy, I open the wrap completely, after much difficulty because the paper was soaked in sauce and falling apart, and find my wrap almost completely coated in sauce, not cut all the way through, and most of the ingredients already falling out. I can't say for sure that it was already messy when they made it, but based on the wrapping I'd assume the workers knew it was a mess and just didn't care about the quality of the food they were giving away. Definitely won't be ordering a wrap from this store again, and I hope they work on providing better quality food that isn't a total sloppy mess. Subs and wraps are supposed to be easy to eat, no one should have to cut it with a fork and knife to consume.

I visited the Tilly Lake subway on Hwy 60 in Jackson WI on 12/21/2020 at 3 pm and ordered a tuna sub on flatbread and a salad. During the making of my order I noticed the girl putting yellow pepper pieces having the stems attached. I asked her to please remove those pieces because the are inedible and could break a tooth. She replied, Oh Well! I said ... Oh Well??? people usually watch for the stems and pick them out. She the replied, if you don’t like the stems go somewhere else! I’m disgusted and tried to call for a manager and the store won’t give me a contact number. I won’t be back!

Michelle was awesome, very polite, she is the one that took my order.

What was very uncomfortable is the way Julie was making another order (I assume online as I was the only one in line) pretty much pushing her out of the way and being very short with her when questions were asked. Another employee approached her asking her for the store # so he could log on his computer and pushed him aside and said she didn’t have time. She was very unprofessional and super crabby to all the employees.

Decided to go to Subway before heading to college after work. Sat in line for 15 minutes while a young kid took his sweet time making two subs for the gentleman in front of me. Another worker looked like he was preparing a large party order. Neither one of the workers acknowledged me, nor said a single word. I was in a huge hurry to get to class on time and couldn't wait any longer so I left and got something from Culver's instead. The lack of customer service, and lack of speed on the young man's part was very disheartening. There also is no place that I found to contact Subway to notify them of their employees lack of work ethic.
