First time at this subway, not good ordered a roast beef sandwich pay $13 for it. I left a dollar tip got home not enough meat completely taste nasty. Don’t even taste like roast beef. It’s a shame. Taste like something you can buy at a store and put it in the microwave👎🏻

I'm extremely tired of purchasing a sub loaf of bread loaded with a salad. The sandwiches are nothing like you see. Order sandwiches for 2, and pay 30 bucks. When you get home and see that there's no meat on the sandwiches, then you throw it away and never go back. To any subway anywhere. That's how horrible this corporation has become. Almost as adept as a McDonald's at ripping off the consumer. Sickening. Stay away from overpriced horrible sandwiches. Never again

Prices are going way up and the amount of meat and food you get has gone way down. I remember when the Philly cheese steak cost way less and you got way more meat of higher quality. Shrinkflation. Very bad! I went in ordered my food the Manager was taking money thru and touch my sandwich. I had to tell him to wash his hands, he then put on new gloves without washing his hands. He then rubbed his nose with his arm. In this era people get sick very easily and things like this can contribute to this. Everyone in the restaurant walked out! As a manager he should have known better. He needs more training on hygiene!

They made my take out sub to go with the least amount of ingredients.
Shame on you Court street subway.
Believe it or not I actually went back there a week or so ago due to time restraints .Sub TO GO is a big mistake! What I got was stale bread probably from the day before.
My advice is to Always tell them it’s for eating on site. That way you will get fresh bread, then when they start to wrap it up tell them “I changed my mind I’ll have it to go”.
Needless to say I will never go there again!
Well well well, just found out Cousins Subs is building a new store just a couple blocks down the street. They really know how to make fresh subs, and more importantly they know how to treat and retain customers.

On June 6th, at 6:30pm the employee Seth deserves kudos for his outstanding customer service. There was a line to the door with online orders while he was working alone. He had impeccable customer service skills and apologized for the delay. Seth never lost his composure!! The store should have more than 1 employee for their sake and Subways reputation during this busy time of the day.

All I have to say is a few of the girls need attitude adjustments and the manager needs to hold the employees accountable for their behavior. If I spend my money I expect to be treated with respect. Lots of people don't give reviews that's why these youngsters don't have no respect. I demand it my kids don't disrespect me so I wouldn't let nobody do that. Get it together and the app has been acting up get it fixed.

I had ordered a sandwich online for pickup. When I got home and opened up my sandwich they had made it wrong, so I called so I could get it fixed and pick up a new one. The person on the phone with me was very rude and told me this is what I ordered and this is what I get. I told them something must have gone wrong on the website and asked what to do and they said that’s what I ordered and that’s what I get then hung up on me.

This store offers delivery through DoorDash. My order was cancelled after the estimated delivery window had passed, and they would not answer their phone so I could confirm my payment would be returned. Previous visits included being belittled by staff and watching employees get into verbal altercations with people they know outside of work. We have options in Janesville, so I’ll be choosing somewhere else to eat.

Rude employees and manager, overcharged me on sandwiches on 2 separate occasions now. This time instead of just paying out the difference attempted to ignore me for almost 10 minutes until finally I told them to either give me the overcharged amount or refund me this was meet with stammered excuses and loud voices, finally well after I've lost my appetite I get the overcharged amount and employees loudly commented on the situation, all and all incredibly improper customer service. If your menu has the wrong prices fix it don't take up my day being mouthy.

Unfortunately, despite a long lasting love of subway, this store in particular has made me swear off the brand entirely. I came in during a slow morning, but still didn't receive my order properly. They hadn't baked any of the bread I wanted. The preparation work was poor, and I wasn't treated nicely by the workers. It's just unfortunate.

We order two 12"steak subs one with peper jack cheese and one with provolone cheese and both with green peppers toasted. One sub had no green peppers at all and the wrong cheese and the other one had so many peppers that is all I could see and smell on the other one. Very disappointed

Ordered 2 6inch BLT'S with extra mayo for my kids, only to come all the way home to bread, mayo, and bacon. So I call and tell them they didn't put the tomatoes or lettuce on the sub. They respond with "well we don't have the authority to re-make the sub." I then tell them I wouldn't mind them giving me the tomatoes and lettuce on the sub or on the side, they then respond with "well we can't do that either its a contamination issue." REALLY? Giving me tomatoes and lettuce in a side container/dish is an issue!? Though this lady did not have the "authority" to correct/remake my SUB SANDWICH, she did have authority to refund/reimburse my debit card for the bs subs I payed for, then had taken the subs back. Crazy how a sub as simple as a B-L-T can get so complicated. I then asked for a manager, they said they could take my name, number, and ADDRESS [yes, address] to give to the manager and she can call me. I didnt care much about not having subway for dinner, but my kids were pretty set and excited for their BLTS. I've never been so disappointed in Subway. I get mistakes happen, I know we are only human, but as a business, its your JOB to make it right! this could of been a simple fix, yet STILL hasnt been fixed. bravo to court streets finest 👍
