Being a narc over one piece of turkey being substituted for one piece of ham on a kids meal. I'm sure y'all won't go out of business over a single piece of turkey. Employees lack common sense. Employee name was Shell and had to run off the line to ask permission for the substitution??? Sooo weird and then telling my kid excuse me to scoot over because she was looking at the drinks. You can't wait 5 seconds to refill your 5th soda of the day until the customer leaves? Use your Shell of a brain next time.

Came from a job site, had several orders and wanted to ring up 3 separate orders using 3 different coupons and needed 3 different recipes.... was told couldn't use more than 1 coupon ,so do we have to prove that there's more than one order? Should we call in the orders separately? And if we call them in separately then can one person come with coupons for everyone's orders that are called inseparably are does everyone have to bring in their own coupon and get their own food which is defeating the whole purpose i'm having one person coming pick up the food

Well my fiance had a horrible experience with one worker, it was short male with dark hair. He kept on making rude remarks towards his our co- workers and was not professional at all. My finace kept the talking to a bare minimum didn’t, want to Interact with him at all. All the other workers were amazing but him specifically 1 star.

They forgot my husband’s 1/2 sandwich, I called and spoke to a very pleasant person and she said that I could return for the other 1/2 however I had carpet installers coming. By the time I was able to return my husband had to leave for work. I didn’t want it to sit in the refrigerator for a day so I asked if I could swap it. Straight up rudeness is what I got. The person just got rude and told me I could only get the exact same sandwich so it ended up dog food.

After a terrible experience with Wendy's, this was our second choice. I wish it would have been our first.
The ladies that made our sandwiches were very nice, and paid attention to detail to our sandwich needs. Assumably the male who we think is the manager was very courteous and we joked about how we just had a bad experience and he made our visit very enjoyable. The food was excellent. This is the customer service we need in the world!
All three of you enjoy your jobs and make customers visits highly appreciated from my point of view.

Walked in on a weekday evening around 6:30. Place was completely empty, no employees in sight. The doorbell chimes when you walk in so if someone was in the back they knew a customer had entered. Waited around for a few minutes but no one ever came out so I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Everytime I call at night they don’t pick up the phone. And if they do ( on the very slim chance they do) they’ll say 30-40 min wait? What’s wrong with this subway. They only employee 1 employee at a time at night. At dinner time. Makes zero sense. Love subway. But hate this location.

The worst store of this chain in this city very bad attitude to customers. I just waited almost half an hour to make an order, after which they made the order and forgot about me. Unbelievable I always come here and now I will not be coming back. I made an online order and came to the window to receive it. The Manager I believe her name was Dez. Gave me my order and almost forgot a bag of chips ok understandable then I leave heading home I smell my food and open it up realized it’s not what I ordered so then I had to come all the way back to get it remade. I go into the store say this is not what I ordered and obviously I want it remade that the whole reason I came back. No apology what so ever so I said to the lady so no apology or anything and all I’m told is “ well I just remade it for you so why would I”. 1. I had to come all the way back when it should have been correct in the first place!! After hearing this yes I was completely upset and said some words but then I apologized but apparently that wasn’t good enough when she should have apologized first. What has this place come to!

Where to start…. Walked in and employees had attitudes. Soup was old and had unwanted red sauce mixed in. Veggies are frozen and they are out of bread at dinner time. The only customer in the store at the time and the tables are dirty, and employees just standing around will not be back

We ordered chicken sandwiches to go. Our bread was so hard that it was mistaken for being toasted, the chicken was ice cold, and they didn’t cook the bacon. We came to this Subway because it’s the only half way decent one and just walked out of the one at Walmart for putting cold chicken on the sandwiches. (He got rude when I asked for warm chicken, like that was the end of the WORLD) and they had no customers…
All of these Subways are awful. I remember last time we were at Milton Ave, she was so disheveled that the actual act of making subs was too much…
Seriously? This is why people are giving up on going out to eat. Why pay so much for food like this from staff that make you feel that garbage?

I'm not one to complain, but these past two years at Milton Ave Subway they hire questionable people. I don't order there often because of my experiences but I go back in hopes it was just a bad day for workers and maybe they haven't been trained properly. Tonight, I ordered over the phone, the woman who took my call sounded drunk. I repeated my order loud and slowly and had her repeat back. That was accurate. I order 3 subs, very simple. One had mayo drenching the entire sub and soaking through the paper, luckily the kids didn't mind that. The other 2 were all mixed with ingredients on different breads. At the pick up window, I asked to add 2 cookies, she wasn't happy about that. I called when I got home, about the subs. The young lady already had an attitude answering the phone, not welcoming at all. When I told her what my complaint was, she stated "well what was wrong with it? You're gonna have to bring it back here then." Knowing that wasn't the correct response, I told her I'd be there in 5 minutes. "Mm, mkay." After that, I just decided not to go. I won't be returning my business there. The other times the employees looked drugged out and most certainly don't look thrilled to have a job.

Had to wait long enough that the toasted sandwiches got cold. The older lady tried to put a customer's sandwich in the microwave because it sat, and then was waving it over the counter for the customer to "touch it." Three people working, and kt was clear the two younger girls were either brand new, or totally uncomfortable working. I watched one of them grab her hair in the middle of making a sandwich, then continue going; didn't switch gloves in between sandwiches, or wipe the cutting knives. The prep area was a mess. The older woman was extremely passive aggressive, and edged to rude a few times while slapping food around and making faces (with us and with the few customers before us). They weren't prepared to handle more than one person or task at a time. And, they were running out of stuff. I will be sure to not head in there during this shift for a while.

So I came in tonight and wanted grilled chicken and got rotisserie style at first ( they had the thing up and I couldn’t see over it cuz I’m short) so had to have her start over cuz wrong type of protein. Then when it came to putting sauce on I specifically asked for just one line of ranch. However the sauce bottles weren’t label and she ended up putting on the four lines of some garlic sauce( it looked kinda like ranch DEFINITELY didn’t taste like it) so when I got home to eat my sandwich all I could taste was garlic, a ridiculous amount of garlic it took over the whole sandwich and I could really eat it

I am writing this literally RIGHT after my visit. I gotta say I have been to many subways, and the service at this one today was fantastic. When I walked in, a younger gentleman was cleaning everything spotless and getting it clean as could be, even cleaning the drain tray of the fountain drink dispenser. Behind the counter, a young girl with red hair took my order, and I have never seen a subway worker make my sandwich so fast and so clean. This was so amazing that I hope this goes through the right channels, and these workers are commended for their professionalism, speed, and cleanliness. Definitely will be stopping here again for such a stellar service.

Used website to order an $8 sandwich and paid using paypal, however the store said they didn't receive my order when it came time to pick up. I wasn't about to pay twice for a sandwich and went home hungry because they wouldn't resolve it until their manager was in the next day. Took my name and number and never got a phone call or refund. Highly recommend NOT using the website to order food from here because they will take the money but it's a crapshoot if you will get your food.

Worst subway in Janesville! I just stopped by, there were two female employees. They didn't even greet me, one of her was cleaning something, she didn't even said "I'll be right with you" nothing. The other one was taking out trash. She kept cleaning for a minute and then came to ask me, what I was gonna get. Also wearing a hat in a place like this is a MUST. Definitely not coming back. Worst customer service ever. As a business owner I know how important the customer service is. I won't spend my money in a place where people treat you poorly.

I go here pretty often, but a few weeks ago I called ahead and ordered a sub. When I got home with my sub I realized the whole sandwich was wrong. I called and they said they would take my name and number for the next time I came in, so I could get a new one. I came into today to get my sub, and the “manager” looked at me and said we don’t do that here. I asked him what I should do and he just shrugged at me. Why would someone Take my name and number just so I could walk in and embarrass myself. Very disappointed.

Rick the manager helped me out big time after i had trouble with their subway App. Hats off to Rick for restoring my faith in Subway. On the dowside Subway needs to get their act together on the app.awful online experience.

Placed order online, said it would be ready 9:15. Got here at 9:15 and waited for 7 mins for someone to come to window. No one came so went inside. At this point it was 9:22. My order wasn’t even ready so now they’re making me wait even longer in line to build my sandwiches. Really rude and my order should have been ready by now as it was place an hour ago almost at this point. Thanks for sucking subway on Milton 👌🏻

This particular one always screws up the order. We addressed a problem with one of our orders weeks before & after that, the continuously mess it up. We like Subway for the online ordering but we will order from a different location.

Horribly slow tonight. I waited in the drive thru for an online order for twenty minutes, a full fifteen pay the scheduled pickup time. And when I pulled up, they're just finishing my sandwich and still had to dispense my drink.

Ordering online would not go through. Had to call twice to get someone to pick up. When calling, I was told by a manager, “yeah... a lot of people tell us that” about the online ordering issue. Was then told that even though their website didn’t work, they could not honor the online promotion. Terrible customer service.
