The absolute worst subway sandwiches I’ve ever had were from here today. Ordered a pick up at 11am. Got there early to make sure the subs were being made due to the app not updating its progress. I walk in at 10:50am to a completely empty store and my two subs sitting on some rack by the front door made way too early and were cold. Not to mention the bread was so hard and old it was flaking away. They also didn’t toast the sub that was asked to be toasted. The cheese on my meatball sub wasn’t even melted the slightest meaning those meatballs and that sauce put on the sub were not even warm. I can’t believe the total lack of effort that was given on this order. Do better.

So the little girl with glasses and bad hair dye got quite upset when I asked her NOT to reach across pans of uncooked bread she sat by the veggies to put veggies on my sandwich....this place is unsanitary and their attitudes suck. She also thinks 10 seconds is enough time to thoroughly and properly wash hands! Nasty little child! Customers shouldn't have to train employees

They were cleaning the icemaker and it’s filled with mold. Ceiling tiles are caked with grease. Doesn’t look like anybody cares about the facilities worker is wearing gloves while using the POS system and handling money and then immediately comes to make my sandwich without one changing gloves or two washing their hands. Gonna make someone super sick, but it’s not gonna be me.

The first employee was fine but than the “manager” came out with immediate attitude and was incredibly rude. She did not toast our sandwiches correctly the cheese was hardly melted but I didn’t say anything cuz she was clearly annoyed and unhappy with her position in life and letting it out on any customer possible. When I paid I said thank you have a great day and she told me to never come back. Now since this is the first time in my life I’ve ever stepped foot in there and I live no where near there that won’t be a problem but after I asked for my receipt for my records and her response was “I am the manager” - ok cool but I still need my receipt. Worse customer service I have ever received and from the manager no less mean while the other employee who probably doesn’t get paid half as much was very timid but pleasant. From what I saw every other employee there deserves a raise for having to put up with that managers attitude. She did all this in front of my children and another elderly guest. Not very professional. As I left she told me to have the day I deserved - which I’m sure she meant as an insult. However turned out to be a great day! Turns out I did have the day I deserved as I’m sure she did as well.

Found a piece of meat even after telling them and writing in special instructions that I am vegetarian. Noone even cared to apologize about it. This is by far my favorite Subway in the area. The younger guys that work here are always super personable and seem to enjoy working together. They also make great subs, and don't skimp on ingredients which is typical for most Subway restaurants. The only thing I'll say is that the last three times I've visited, the lettuce has been brown and unappealing, but it's lettuce, which I know turns pretty quick...
It's connected to a gas station but they seem to keep it as clean as possible. I saw one of the guys with a fly swatter, murdering every fly he could find, which makes me happy knowing they're not landing on my soon to be consumed food.
I highly recommend this Subway out of all Subways in the area.

It’s is 4/11/23. 3:00pm I ordered two subs. The 3 teenage boys rolled their eyes at me. Some sort of drama going on between the short heavy set one and taller one with black hair trying grow facial hair. One was holding a trey of bread mad at the other one for taking gloves off to spread cheese on bread. Customer service extremely bad. Not sure if the 3 of them were having a bad day. However, they should have supervision or retrained on Customer service etiquette.

Wrap Chipotle Southwest Steak & Cheese is the bomb! The flavors just melt in your mouth and after you finish the favor just invaded all your senses. I loved it!! I ordered online through the Subway app ready in just 20min. The employees are very nice and polite, the service here is very fast since i ordered outside the store. Cute restraunt, very clean. The employees are always nice. This is one of my favorite subway locations. They're really good with taking care of "difficult" customers. Always done in a respectful manner.

This is the messiest subway I’ve ever been so. So gross. Flies everywhere, the food is cross contaminated with every other bin. There was tuna slopped over the side into the beef! Soo nasty. All the veggies were mixed up with each other. The staff is rude as it gets, they didn’t even acknowledge the people who were waiting before me or myself for an awkwardly long time. Very careless people. There was one there who you could tell was actually trying though.

Generally visit this place at least a cpl times a week. Go today during a very busy lunch time, order my sandwich and get ready to pay. All i had was a 50, some girl says we cant take over a 20.
