I'm giving 2 stars because the place was clean. I came in and ordered a foot long meatballs with extra sauce. When I looked at the meatballs she put on, they were lacking. Lady was like well we kinda ran out. I told her I would have ordered a 6 inch then instead. After her hesitation she finally said I'll only charge you for the 6 inch. Well Thankyou. It seemed like I was inconveniencing her somehow. I finally got home and handed my hubby his footlong. It had 3 meatballs. Wow. If you know you are running out of something, next time maybe offer your customers another option.

I ordered the Ultimate BMT, Toasted. There is no indication of the sub being toasted. I’m able to tell mostly from the provolone cheese. This was a take out, so I couldn’t tell until I got home. Also, there was no warmth to the bag whatsoever.
One other thing. I can’t order dressing anymore because you no longer carry the sweet onion dressing. It’s sweet onion with teriyaki. NOT the same! Please have both options!

This location is getting worse every time I go in there. You walk in and I feel like I am bother these people from what there are doing. Not friendly at all tonight. The chicken is dry, no longer have the fresh mozzarella cheese,
lettuce was brownish, cucumbers were going bad already, & there were no tomatoes out. The guy that started my sandwich put it in to warm it & had to cash me out right away. It was like he had to see if he was going to get a tip so he could grab it. I won't be going to to this subway anymore, so disappointed as we don't have many food options in Jefferson.

Started ordering online, now I get less meat! And they also claim I'm getting the double cheese I'm paying for, there's no way. Been going to this subway daily for over a year and as soon as I start ordering online for the 20% discount, amazingly my double meat/cheese was portioned down to maybe just over regular sized instead of double. Guess my daily subway is done. $9+ for 3.1oz of meat and cheese? Nope, not this guy.

I have been in the location once, the one employee at that time was friendly, and it was clean inside. Food has always been what you'd expect.
HOWEVER - do not bother ordering delivery from this location. You are better off going in store. Two orders ago, we were missing an entire sub...contacted their customer care...got a response from the owner...and when I asked when I could come in for my "$10 refund" he simply never responded...and then my most recent order, they left out a drink, as well as one cookie from the cookie box.

Little things and lack of communication, however it goes to show me that neither the owner or employees care or pay attention to detail. I will never be ordering food from this location again, and would never recommend it either. Take your business to a location that gives a damn.

Go into Subway on Thursday, order 5 over priced sandwiches.
Fly #1 lands on bread. I have to tell the employee not to use that bread. Uh, that’s gross. She was super annoyed I didn’t want to use fly bread.

Now, the fly they have made no attempt at removing, lands on fully made sandwich and proceeded to walk all over the fully made sandwich.
I tell unpleasant Subway worker I do not want that sandwich, her reply- “Well, there are flies in here”.
Yes, there are. That doesn’t mean I want a fly on my food.
Watch a video of a fly landing on food and what it’s actually doing.
If you’re okay with flies on your food, and landing in the veggies of your $16 foot long, be my guest.
However, they are definitely not practicing food safety. Install a fan over the door, that keeps flies out, keep the veggies occurred when not in use. Watching a fly take off from the cucumbers, not for me.

If could put zero I would. Two days in a row this location has completely messed up my order. Today I sent my boyfriend because I'm working to order two salads. The cali Turkey and the cali steak. I wanted them with all the veggies advertised. The girl told my boyfriend that she didnt know what was on them so she gave us two salads with just the meat, cheese, avocado and lettuce. What is that? And then yesterday I had place an online order to be delivered by doordash. I had ordered 1 footlong wheat with steak, bacon, egg and cheese toasted. Nothing else on it. I was delivered a footlong on flatbread with literally just egg. And the sandwhich was cold. I wish i could add pictures because the salad looks terrible there is brown lettuce in it and it's just a disaster. I dont think I'll ever go back.

As the food has gotten more expensive here, the meat portions have gotten smaller, the quality of work has gotten worse, and the overall customer experience and satisfaction has dropped.
For example, I paid $8.50 for a foot long tuna sandwich. In the last three visits I've seen it go from 5 scoops to 4 scoops, to now, 3 scoops of tuna. Also, they used to suggestive sell chips, soda, and/or cookies. Now, they ask what kind of sandwich you ordered and tell you what you owe.
