The Subway at the address of 10320 75th St, Kenosha, WI 53142, has absolutely terrible customer service by the female manager, specifically. My sandwich was made upside down with the cheese being put on first, then the meat, and when I requested it be made normally, on the bottom bread, meat then cheese, I was told it was not policy. The young girl then began to pile all of my ingredients in the middle crease of the bread. It was so badly and messily made when I got home, it was a complete mess with my ingredients falling out of the sandwich, and the bread was tucked inside itself from the way she wrapped it. I then went back up to the store and showed pictures of how it was when I unwrapped it and I was told it was my fault because of the quantity of pickles and mayo I got which I admit is a lot but I order it the same everywhere I go and it never completely falls apart, it was because of her not putting it on one side of the bread and wrapping it sloppily. She then got the manager (a Caucasian heavyset lady with glasses), and I was told the sandwich was made perfectly and that it was my fault, and that I couldn't get a refund even though I brought back the food untouched and had to have it remade. When she was putting my meat and cheese on, I kindly asked that she put my meat first, then my cheese on top, how it is normally done, and was again told it was not policy and was lectured about how everyone else is doing it wrong and why she makes it that way. There were times she flipped the bread, and I told her it was the correct way, and she flipped it back and argued more. After about 4 minutes of her complaining, she put it the way I requested. Even though the manager was extremely rude, when I unwrapped the sandwich, it did not have the problems she claimed were my fault the first time; I got the same amount of pickles and mayo. The manager was just very rude and unprofessional; she was constantly argumentative and combative, and constantly talked of a policy no other subway seems to know of. She was also arguing with my mother because of her trying to tell us why she makes it the way she does, instead of making it as requested. I just wanted a refund. I love Subway, but with this kind of management, I won't be back.

Just left the hospital across the street from a family emergency. I placed an order for a sub. I realized my debit card was missing. The employee was very rude, unprofessional and condescending. Told me I should of checked before I came in. Continue to tell me that it would be waste after I was even apologetic about the situation. She continued to carry on about it was disgusting behavior. She wouldn't give me her name and I will never return to this location.

Do not use this location for your subway orders. Another order cancelled. This is the second time this location has cancelled the order even though they are listed as the "Participating Location" on their website. I don't know if the owner/manager of this location is trying to make more profit by not honoring the offers (coupons) and deals, or if there is a miscommunication between them and the corporate. Either way, I will ask the corporate again to look into this matter. Customer shouldn't have to find out their order is cancelled until they arrive to pick up the order.

I didn't give a review after my 1st visit as I always feel somebody can have a bad day but now I've given them 3 chances and the main lady is rude, slow and slowly! Rudely asks everyone to speak up and you know it's bad when even the food isn't good! 7yo child said the footlong cookie tasted like bad chicken! That was putting it nicely! Honestly the worst subway experiences in my entire life were ALL at this same subway!

The older woman who was possibly a manager was inexplicably rude and unhelpful with our order. I think she might have regretted her behavior before we left the store, but among other things she actually yelled at me when I requested (politely) that she wear gloves to handle the sandwich—not good. I don’t usually leave comments, but the yelling and huffiness was too much.

The lady who closed last night was extremely Rude while taking our order and was rushing us out the door. She told me the dining room was closed and that I couldn’t sit down and eat my food so my daughter and I had to sit outside and eat. Not very polite or professional. I own a small business that has employees and if my employees ever acted this way towards the clientele or customers that would be an automatic fire. Don’t work with people if you don’t know how to properly treat them.

Placed a mobile order with a coupon. Show up to pick up my order and the employee gives me lecture on why they cannot honor coupons and how they would be out of business because of people like me using corporate provided coupons which comes out of their pocket. Completely baffled. If you don’t want to accept coupons, tell your corporate rather than haggling with customers.

I'm batting a 1,000 today.
I started at the Greenbay location. Where the food was made wrong, due to a language barrier unfortunately. However moot point since I didn't take said food with me becuse of technology issues. Had a digital gift card, QR code wouldnt scan, no way to manually enter the information on their end and Help Desk was less than helpful. I was told to print out the QR code.
I go to this location. Food was made correctly, yay. Once again I find myself unable to pay with the digital QR gift card. I add the gift card to my subway account. Manager can't bring up the gift card on their end when I enter my account information, the app does not produce any information other than the card exist in my account. Manager tells me to print it out and then they can try to scan it again or they can then enter the numbers manually; said numbers are already under the digital QR code but they apparently can't enter those numbers. I'm once again told to print it im also told to call customer support. Staff making my food were quite nice, the manager on the other hand seemed disinterested in finding a solution and asked me if i could pay another way. Beyond frustrated at this point I ask for a discount for the inconvenience. I'm told no becuse none of this is their fault because the app and the gift cards are a third party system. I pay with my debit card and leave becuse I've now dealt with this for an hour and a half.
Once home I go online to find a customer support phone number. That does not exist, I didn't however find an email but I have this feeling that that will also be useless. In hindsight I should have also tried using it as an NFC but my efforts have been fruitless thus far.
In-between all of this I also tried using the app to order. They do not allow split tender on the app. I would have to add more money to the digital gift card in order to pay with the gift card at all; which I've already been having issues paying with so I opted to avoid adding more money to it.
I will update this review to see how the email situation pans out.
Update: tried using the gift card on an order the next day along with an in app coupon, got a call saying they don't honor the coupon at their location and that they canceled my order. No where on the app/coupon does it state its subject to location (photo).
Re ordered from the Greenbay location, they took the coupon. Food was made correctly, super friendly staff over there wheile dealing with the whole situation.
Moral of the story Subways gift card system blows, and the location on 75th is trash avoid it at all costs.
Also I did find some numbers... and I recieved an email that as assumed was useless.

Great place for a quick sub or a very limited salad. It’s not a place you’d take a date unless you’re a teenager, but they do make good sub sandwiches the same atmosphere as any other fast food restaurant.

Their menu prices are several dollars more expensive than other local subways. They also do not accept coupons and will refuse to accept your subway mvp reward balance. We came here to order 2 footlongs and had $10+ in subway mvp rewards to redeem and before ordering we asked if they take rewards to which they replied yes. After making our footlongs when we went to pay they refused to accept our rewards and said at most they could do is $4. We declined and they kept our sandwiches and left. The worst part is they scanned our rewards anyway and it debited the full amount from our reward balance leaving us with nothing. They scammed us and we didn't notice the rewards were gone until after we left. Attempted to call the location multiple times with no answer. It was Easter Sunday and it was not busy and appeared to be the owners/managers working. They weren't very rude about it but they weren't exactly friendly either. Whole headache could have been avoided from the beginng when we asked if they take rewards. Their store looks nicely remodeled but that is probably the only positive thing I can say about it. I would recommend avoiding this location.

I wanted to redeem $16 worth of reward points but was told I could only redeem $4 worth. I thought that was reasonable and left. However, the owner still decided to take my reward points. I lost $16 worth of points and left without a sandwich. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Please be aware that you can't redeem coupons OR rewards above $4 here per order and if you dare try to use more they will take them without giving you your food. Some sandwiches on the menu also cost way more compared to other locations near.

Honestly you can't say anything bad about this subway. There is this one Employee there that does my sandwich everytime I can't remember his name but he is very kind. All the employees are very clean and change their gloves between each sandwich. I recommend being nice to the employees so that they will be nice to you I have seen so many reviews saying how the employee said something rude. I rarely get subway but If I do get subway this is the subway I go to all the employees are so beyond respectful!!!👏

This is the best Subway I've been to in a decade. Staff was wonderful. They were nice to my kids. They worked together well. The bread was fresh. And not over cooked. The cookie was not under cooked. Ingredients were fresh. Did not over salt. Did not under mayonnaise. Store was clean. Just a great subway. Unfortunately I'm here visiting family and can't make it my every day subway. The reason to come here is the employees. They do not accept coupons immediately, making them pretty low on any subway ranking system. And as someone married to someone with ulcerative colitis. Any business that would rather let a potential customer s*** their pants rather than let them use their restroom is immediately a no-go zone for me. I appreciate the service today. I feel like this Subway price gouges! Everything is like $1.50 more than on the app. Sandwich says by $10.79 they sell it for $12.39. Veggie is usually $6.29 they’re selling it for $7.89 if you go in the store. It’s cheaper to just get it on the app. Has anyone else noticed this? They won’t take any coupons. That doesn’t make any sense.
But the service was really good and everyone was super nice and friendly. I just don’t understand why the price is different on the app than in the store.

Very spacious. The staff was excellent. The eating area as well as the restroom were very well kept. It's a pity that not all locations can be like this.

Lunch is always a little busy but they do a great job! Veggie patties are great for subs but sometimes are overbaked. However they work with you to make the subs and food to your liking.

They pre cut your bread and do a very bad job I got 2 sandwichs for 18$ and the top part of my bread was cut so bad it had holes and almost no top they need to cut bread more even
