I started at the Greenbay location. Where the food was made wrong, due to a language barrier unfortunately. However moot point since I didn't take said food with me becuse of technology issues. Had a digital gift card, QR code wouldnt scan, no way to manually enter the information on their end and Help Desk was less than helpful. I was told to print out the QR code.

I go to the 75th location. Food was made correctly, yay. Once again I find myself unable to pay with the digital QR gift card. I add the gift card to my subway account. Manager can't bring up the gift card on their end when I enter my account information, the app does not produce any information other than the card exist in my account. Manager tells me to print it out and then they can try to scan it again or they can then enter the numbers manually; said numbers are already under the digital QR code but they apparently can't enter those numbers. I'm once again told to print it im also told to call customer support. Beyond frustrated at this point I ask for a discount for the inconvenience. I'm told no becuse none of this is their fault because the app and the gift cards are a third party system. I pay with my debit card and leave becuse I've now dealt with this for an hour and a half.

Once home I go online to find a customer support phone number. That does not exist, I didn't however find an email but I have this feeling that that will also be useless. In hindsight I should have also tried using it as an NFC but my efforts have been fruitless thus far.

In-between all of this I also tried using the app to order. They do not allow split tender on the app. I would have to add more money to the digital gift card in order to pay with the gift card at all; which I've already been having issues paying with so I opted to avoid adding more money to it.

I will update this review to see how the email situation pans out.

Update: tried using the gift card on an order the next day at the 75th location along with an in app coupon, got a call saying they don't honor the coupon at their location and that they canceled my order. No where on the app/coupon does it state its subject to location (photo).

Re ordered from the Greenbay location, they took the coupon. Food was made correctly, super friendly staff over there.

Moral of the story Subways gift card system blows, and the location on 75th is trash, avoid it at all costs. Go to the Greenbay location.

I don't usually order from this particular subway. However, I was on the app. It was buy 1 get 1 at 1/2 off. This location was the closest one to my location, Lesson learned. First, the good, the app was easy. The food was ready at the time I requested. What I didn't realize until I got home was. The 1/2 off promo that was offered was in the meat in the sandwiches. Throughout my lifetime, i've had plenty of subway sandwiches, and this was by far the cheapest sandwich i've ever had from a Subway or any other sub place.

I should have just listened to my gut in the first place and gone to Jersey.Mike's far better subs all around.

Dirty, dirty , dirty!!! Bathrooms were disgusting. I watched the woman behind the counter prepared a sandwich, then it's my turn, I asked her to please change her gloves, she acted like she didn't hear me, I said it again, ask her reply was we don't have very many gloves left. Thought to myself wheat if someone is allergic to something she puts on my sandwich,, I just got out the line and walked out. Never again!

This was supposed to be a meatball marinara. There are two meatballs on burnt bread and no cheese. When I reminded them that the sandwich was supposed to be toasted with cheese, he tried to put this BACK into the toaster. Horrendous experience start to finish. Worst location I’ve ever experienced.

Ordered subs from this location just to get home and open the bag in which my sub was in and a fruit fly was crawling all over my sub. Just nasty and I had a taste for subway. Never ever again will I order from that location. Beware....FYI...My sub was a in a paper bag that they placed it in.I guess that is how they do they new melts subs and I opened the bag to see the fly crawling on top of the sub bread...

Absolutely terrible!!! When I walked in the lady working had her kids behind the line and one sitting in the bread cabinet. Actually inside the bread cabinet. Not to mention the store was filthy. She then proceeded to tell the customer in front of me that the cheesy garlic bread was not a type of bread they have when it clearly is. I places my order with her for 4 sliders and she stated they only had 2 left when I know they can thaw out slider rolls quickly. As I was telling her what I would like on them and she proceeded to ignore me and then turn around and rudely said she heard me. As she was ringing me up I told her to relax and just make one sandwich at a time and she then told me the other customers are going to have to wait and she took her kids to the bathroom. Greatly disappointed. Ordered through DoorDash, selected my options and left instructions of what to do when making the sandwich-mind you they were not difficult, "add extra pickles," "remove pepperoni," and such.
Well, they didn't even follow the options that I selected, which are "standard" when walking into the store even. My sandwich was missing quite a bit and when I went to eat it I was irritated, to say the least.
Also, I know that the DoorDash driver didn't mess with my sandwich because it was wrapped up and stapled in a bag that I've seen Subway send out the door before, and it wasn't tampered with.
Any other Subway is MUCH BETTER than this one.

This is overall experience. I used to go here a lot. But the quality has fallen over the years. It used to be people who smiled and seemed to enjoy their jobs, now people look dead inside and just slap the food items onto the bread, no care for presentation or if all the cheese sits in one spot. I have had them take and toast my bread without asking, then get mad when i tell them i did not want it toasted. The quailty of the food is not great. Please do not eat the tuna salad. Twice it was sour, i would not risk it a third time. The only safe thing i feel is still okay is the meatballs. I cannot tell anyone to go here, its horrible atmosphere and terrible food make me want to give it less than 1 star.

Sign says the open at 7am. I went in to get breakfast on a Tuesday and I saw an employee inside just walking around with the door locked. I normally go to Subway to get there breakfast flatbread and For the past week they have been out of yellow egg but they have it in the freezer. Usually when you are out of something and you have it in the freezer you take it out so it could-be used for the customers that come in. Not sure if I will be going to this Subway anymore

Worst experience I have had a subway. Went in to order roasted chicken breast sandwhiches, four foot longs to be precise. After picking the bread out they then informed me they were out of chicken breasts. They didnt bother checking the fridge or freezer, opened the container that had them and said she was out. I left and went to another subway. If they don't want to check their stock that is on them but I don't like being lied to. I will not be coming back to this store.
