I had contacted this Subway about a month or so ago about their stale bread and churros. Finally got an email from the owner the other day that basically said nothing about how he would remake my food or anything. Just saying that we hope to see you back.
I will NOT be back.
Ever since being under new ownership this Subway has been a dumpster fire.
I miss the cool, alternative young adults that used to work there. The food was way better then, too.

We used to really like this subway but we were really disappointed the last few times. I am not sure if it is a language barrier or they just give you what they want. I've come across several other people who said the same thing. Vegetables were poor quality and the tables were filthy. Updating bc last night was rough chills abdominal and tummy cramps sweating profusely. My son she my other half he was sick as well. My s/o was also sick about 15 -20 minutes after reading.

Ordered online. App said order was ready. Got to subway they hadn’t even started our order because they were too busy goofing around. Then once they got yelled at by a manager (20 minutes of us waiting for the order inside after waiting 20 minutes after placing the order) they made the incorrect sandwiches. Tried calling 4 times to get no answer. Worst subway I’ve ever been to.

Giving up on this location, it's trash. Ordered the #42 "Homestyle Chicken Salad" wrap advertised at $7.29 on the board. Charged $7.99 at checkout and when I pointed it out they basically had the attitude of "oh well." I believe that is called false advertising and illegal. Second, the person making the wrap immediately took the chicken and put into the microwave but I didn't ask for that. How many of you people microwave chicken salad with mayo in it? All the workers were confused on how to make it. Was then told they basically put the hot chicken and stir in mayo, but today there is no mayo and no "chicken salad" so just pick a sauce. Would have ordered something entirely different if I had known. All the chairs were put on top of the tables for cleaning at 6:30pm and a line of customers in the store. When the line of people was gone, workers started blasting music from the back. Not sure I can say a single positive thing about this visit other than I am not going back. Owners of this franchise should be ashamed.

I have stopped going to Subway over the course of the last couple years because they could never get my sandwich order right. My visit to this Subway changed my mind on this. I ALWAYS get a foot long steak and cheese with pepper jack on Italian bread. I always put extra green pepper and onion, and a small amount of Chipotle sauce and garlic aioli followed by Salt, pepper and oregano. This man that made my order today made my order PERFECTLY! No complaints here. I only wish I would have asked for his name so I could name him in my review. He did a great job and was very polite. He definitely deserves a raise.

Well my girlfriend and I ordered subs (inside) and our order came to almost $46 and we only got 2 footlongs. Turned out we paid for the gentleman's meal that was in line behind us because the man who took our order thought we were together. Although the issue was fixed it was still unexceptionable.... Highly suggest not going to this store. Especially if you order online. Poorly made, skimped on toppings and paid extra for more. Zero cheese added and asked for extra. Contacted them and was told I could bring the food back for a refund but by the time I got home they were already closed. If I could give zero stars I would.

Horrible experience. Kelly is the worst. Literally huffed and puffed everytime a customer walked threw the door. Threw the sandwich together. Attitude. Tried to not honor our coupon. Sign says no chicken bacon or rosti. We got chicken teriaki and was told at check out we can't use it. Manager abby was horrible, no help. Stuck up for her ghetto employee who was making faces at us and had an attitude. No customer service at all.

This was the worst sandwich I have ever had from any Subway. Service was only so-so. I asked for my bread and cheese to be toasted first and she left it in the toaster oven past the end timer, while she started preparing the other sandwich in my order. It was over toasted, chewy and hard to bite off. I couldn't even finish it. The other sandwich, the veggies were just plopped on each half versus being spread across the whole sandwich. I have given this location multiple tries with the last 2-3 being awful. I will not be back to this location.

I went 20 mins before closing on a Sat night and the nice young man behind the counter was still so patient with me as I had a couple questions. Working in fast food I know how it is and I really appreciated him treating me like it was any other time of the day.

The food was good when I got it home. My problem was they do not require wearing a mask for the public. A woman was in there with a 10? year old boy, may be her son? He had his elbow up to his mouth and she was super loud and talking without a mask! Looking around at everybody else like we were wrong for wearing a mask! I think they should have on their door mask required or no service! I felt sorry for the little boy who was covering his mouth and nose with his elbow the whole time he was there. I wish I had took a picture of the little boy. Break my heart!!!

6/19/2020. Came in to order to-go. Store and prep area were extremely clean. Ciko assisted me with an Italian BMT with double meat, and I'm not kidding when I say it was the most beautiful sub I've watched be prepared. The bread was cut perfectly in half, meat was layered perfectly and on both sides of the sub instead of just on the one side (this definitely matters), cheese and onions were evenly distributed across the sub as well. He popped it in the toaster then started assisting the customer behind me, but paused to pull my order out of the toaster when it was done and let me know he'd be right back with me after he finished adding the meat/cheese to the other 2 subs he was working on (totally okay with me, but that small gesture of words is something that unfortunately has been lost in today's society). Another associate came out of the kitchen to help him and ended up putting the rest of the toppings on my sub and finished the transaction. I called the store after leaving to get his name to post a review and inform the manager of the wonderful experience with him, but ended up getting him on the phone so I got to tell him directly how pleased I was. Hoping the manager sees this as well! Definitely recommend this location!

Went in here with duaghter to get sandwich.
We were rushed to say what to put on sandwich and guy at register is ringing up bill before my sandwiches are complete. Then the guy at register would not honor free drink coupon with meal. So, I ended up not getting the meal. Interesting thing they honored it just recently at this store. The team working at this location is not trained well and show poor customer service. They actually tried to hold my wallet with rubber gloves they just used to make a sandwich. (Great display of hygiene). For a price of a soft drink a dollar and some change. UNBELIEVABLE.
Also the place has dirty tables.... I am surprised there is no owner or manager at this place just millenials!
Just went to Cousin's Sub's across town. Received a quality, fresh sandwich with either fresh hot fries or chips. They also honor coupons including competitors. Great friendly service as well!

They do sandwiches which are a little healthier than the usual burger and fries. You can get any type of meat you like, served hot or cold (for hot they run it through a toaster oven) topped with dressing and veggies of your choice. 6 or 12" sizes. Went to this store on Sunday June 30th about 830pm. The young girl that works there was very rude and was talking at me and was being very sarcastic. I ordered 3 sandwiches she put the wrong meat on the ciabatta bread when I told her she took the same meat and put it on the right bread then used the same ciabatta bun to make the other sandwich. That is when the attitude really started. We did go to this subway 3 to 4 times a month but will be looking to go to a different sandwich shop.

We normally have fast and friendly service at this location. Today we used our same online order system and didn't get the same service as normal. Understanding that it was a busy time of the day but that is why we utilize the online order and pay. One of the subs came on flatbread which is mandatory to be toasted for use. The flatbread was not toasted, it was missing the cheese and the sauces where wrong on the sub. On top of that the online order system failed on the stores end because we waited longer then the time for expected pick up. The service is normally way better then this and makes me shy from using online ordering anymore because we have to verify things are being made correctly.

Subway is a chain sandwich shop this is a locally- owned and operated Subway. At Subway you can order the type of bread you want and pick out the kind of toppings like vegetable, olives peppers and condiments this store is always clean. The employees are always nice

The staff were awesome!! I gave those gentlemen a $5 tip each, this is how much they impressed me!! They were getting ready to close and didn't rush me and made me definitely want to come back again!!

I ordered a 6” tuna and tub of tuna was almost empty. Young lady spread hardly any tuna on the bread. I said that’s not very much could you add a little. She said I would have to pay extra. I wasn’t asking for more than a normal sandwich. She just ignored me. Also cutting board area is filthy. I like Subway and frequent various stores and this one is the worst. Subway corporate needs to visit this store.
