I went to pick up a door dash order and the person who was preparing the food had a really bad attitude. He did not care the order wasn’t ready on time and he was throwing the food in the bag when he was packing it.

I had a 4 person order online pickup, everything was perfectly made, the man at the counter was so very helpful and nice he had made sure I had everything I needed, and when I got back home to pass out food, I found a nice big bag of free cookies, I think I was one of the last orders of the night so they probably had to throw it away ultimately, but it was really thoughtful and a nice surprise, made my night, those little things in life are everything. Thank you to the employee working last night you are a kind person!

Worst subway in the city.....the owner talks crab about the franchise....staff don't know have to make sandwiches and don't listen to the costumers,didn't get close too how I ordered my sandwich, the veggies were ALL BAD lettuce brown, spinach bad, tomatos bad etc.... I screamed at the owner and left.....threw that food away and went to the Subway in 30th by speedway and got the services I deserved.....will NEVER go downtown again.... THIS SUBWAY IS ONE OF THE WORST I'VE BEEN TO, POOR SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM. THEY COME OFF AS RACIST, I WONT BE SPENDING MY HARD EARN MONEY WHERE IM NOT TREATED LIKE A PERSON. The guy who took my order said that they don’t accept coupons for buy one get one free after I had already made my order for it and showed him the coupon at the front of the store. He talked quieter than an ant and was very rude with how he was talking to me. I never want to hear “we don’t accept that” again from this guy. I haven't had such amazing customer service in a long time. It is the type of customer service like back in the day; everyone is welcoming giving small town vibes. I was in a few weeks ago with my husband and daughter. Sam was so sweet and fun. Then I came in today with my neice not expecting anything amd he remembered. I won't go to any other Subway. Truly, I can go anywhere for a sandwich. I can even stay home and make it myself. However, with Sam's customer service I will always be back.
Anyone who needs a fresh breath of good people, delicious sandwiches, and a good time; I highly recommend this specific Subway!

Absolutely no- DO NOT COME TO THIS SUBWAY LOCATION. The bread is extremely stale and old. It was so hard I had to take the sandwich apart to finish it. My server made comments about female customers once they left which was extremely inappropriate and was too distracted to effectively finish checking me out. This was by far the worst interaction I’ve had at subway in a very long time. But it was lack of manners, focus, and professionalism. My server was eric used way too much profanity while I was present. I couldn’t even get a sandwich in peace due to the service. It was disappointing and a waste of money by far. I would absolutely not recommend anyone coming here at all.

My daughter went to purchase a sandwich for herself and her sister with a BOGO footlong coupon. She was told at the store that they won't honor BOGO coupons. They will only accept the other coupons. Poor thing was in tears because she didn't have the extra $9 for the other sandwich. Picking and choosing which coupons to honor is a horrible way to run a business. Definitely not going back.

Had to wait almost 10 minutes before an employee ever walked out for in back, upon which she nor the other employee had on any kind of face coverings. White guy with tattoos was more concerned about flirting with the woman customer before me than making the sub.
