Huge improvement since the new owners and management took over. Subs are always fresh and delicious, polite and friendly service and the place is always clean! We order from here 2-3x/month now. I recommend giving them chance if you haven’t done so!

3 times I went here and they were closed when they are listed as open. Tonight went in at 9pm says open till 10pm on both google and their own website and was told they were closed when I walked in the shop. Lost a customer because you clearly cant even handle the simple task of keeping your hours updated. What a Joke

This store sucks and so does the food, the veggies look like they stole them out of a Aldi’s dumpster. The non-english speaking employee didn’t understand anything I said. As you can see from the picture I said no mayo or mustard. Next time I’ll just drive to the dumpster were they get there food from and eat out of there.

If certain workers are working, I refuse to go. My husband went and returned home with the sub on the right. Apparantly, they were out of lettuce, tuna, roast beef and the gentleman working stated the "quality cannot be guaranteed." Well, let me tell you, this has happened far too many times. I took my sub back to the store and he had shut the open sign off and locked the door. It was 8:24pm. They close at 9. I ended up going to another location for a replacement sub.

I went yesterday at 9:15 and all lights were off when it says they close at 10. So I was just like "fine whatever." So I went today instead and the two workers there were doing absolutely nothing. They had a slight attitude towards me when I ordered. I asked for pickles and they gave me 5 pickles on a 12" sub. Then I asked for extra mayo. They gave me barely any to the point where I couldn't taste it. Never going here again. They workers are just rude and don't care about costumer satisfaction. Don't recommend this location.

One of the two would-be diners in our party was served at this Subway. The second was in line, ignored in favor of the next person in line and then ignored in favor of online orders. After waiting about 5 minutes for her order to be taken, we walked out without any acknowledgement or any food. If you want to be ignored and to not be allowed to buy food, go here.

Tasty, but nowhere near as fresh as they say it is. That's why it's a 3 and not 5 stare rating. But never the less, I still go there all the time because they have wraps as an option instead of a sandwich and most places don't have that option. I LOVE WRAPS, but I still love sandwiches.

I do enjoy this location, the quality of the subs is to my standards. HOWEVER it was a Saturday, google said they were open until 9, I drove past at 8:30 and it was dark. IT WAS CLOSED. Every single time I go here the workers are rude, and have to repeat myself 3-4 times for them to even make my sub proper. And if you use your rewards card they will just tell you “they have no idea what tokens are” and you will not be able to use it. I’m done going here. Terrible service.

Meanwhile there was 3 employees laughing n joking around but did not care Jeff and zkia and not sure of other employees name but id get rid of them and get new staff they are worthless. When I got to Subway, I ordered a Pepperoni pizza with Olives, the cashier said they didn't have ANY pizza at the time, so I had to settle for a Flatizza, at the time, it seemed really good sounding, I paid (the Flatizza was 3.59 I believe). When I returned home (my mom drove me there and back since I'm 14). And when I got in my room, situated myself to be comfortable, and ate my Flatizza while I was waiting for my laptop to load up.

On one piece, most of it was burnt, so I ate around the burnt parts. The others, one had a big slice of Pepperoni on it, the cashier didn't even bother to cut some of it up like they do on the pizza! On the other two slices, the cheese came right off, leaving the sauce and the flat-bread. I had to eat the cheese with my fingers (which was totally fine).. The flat-bread was really hard, so I had to really bite down on it to eat it.

In conclusion, I prefer the pizza way better then the Flatizza. I sure won't get the Flatizza again, I'll just stick to the delicious pizza.
