Need to pay their employees more to get older more accountable staff. The kids that work the closing shift have the Kiel Subway as a personal hangout, sitting on counters and sweeping without washing hands to handle the food. Called the health department. Really need to skip eating here if you care about food being tampered with and just a bad atmosphere with all the loitering of the employees friends 2 hours before close. Gross. Save yourself the hassle and drive to Chilton or Plymouth and visit their subway instead.

This has to be the worst store I've visited. It was dirty and they didn't even have mayo. The workers deserted the counter for about 5 miniutes and were outside, while a customer waited. Never again will I visit

This subway IS ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL! As soon as we got there she gave us a disgusting look. me and my family went today to get a subway at like 2:21pm. We thought it was going to be a normal order. Untill we got this ABSOLUTELY RUDE employee! Her name is Crystal if I don’t get mistaken. We got there and I clearly told her in a nice way “we want 3 subs 2 in half and one 6 inches long” she continued to ask me what I wanted in a really loud and disrespectful way I. Then she made a whole mess on making the subways. So I told her if we could have 1 sub in half. She looked at me like she wanted to kill me, her face turn supper red and her voice became more aggressive and loud. And mind you my family is Hispanic, and idk if she is racist or something. but as soon as a white woman entered the store she immediately changed her mood to happy and welcomed she even slimed at her and apologized because she had to do our subways!. After that the other employee was a little more nicer and she finished our subs. I know we all can have our bad days and we just want to get home. But that’s no excuse to act this way towards people ESPECIALLY IF WE ARE THE COSTUMERS. This is your job, no one forced you to be there! So if you don’t want to be treated like that. I would suggest you to go to another subway.

This store needs to hire better employees there is one employee that is rude and acts like she owns the place. Not all the employees are bad just this one in particular "Andi". She refuses to give the customer what we ask for even if we pay extra for it. She does not know what customer sevice is I use to enjoy coming in on a weekend the employees were better, but the good ones must no longer be there because I haven't seen my favorites in awile.

Ordered on the app and went to pick it up no problems until I got to work and noticed there were 3 pickles on a footlong sub and NONE of the extra jalapeños that I asked for. I know subway is stingy on their jalapeños so I did ask for extra on the side. They gave me a container with 2 slices of jalapeños in it and absolutely none on the sub. The shredded cheese that was supposed to be on the sub was a mear 20 sprinkles on each half.

I did try calling 3 times but the phone just rings no one ever answered so I left work and walked back over there just to ask for some jalapeños. I got there and the young lady working gave me attitude the entire time saying she "put the jalapeños on the side like I asked" so I asked how many jalapeños are In an extra order which she told me was 8. So I asked for 6 more slices in a cup. She put 1 slice in the cup and put the lid on. Gave me attitude and rolled her eyes again when I said "I'll be needing at least 5 more now" the older lady working finally stepped in and told her to fill the cup up so she added 3 more to it and tossed it on top the counter. I thanked her and she turned and walked away. I wasn't asking for more than I paid for. I was just asking them to do their job. I will not be going there again.

I went in to order a simple pepperoni pizza. 8:30pm. Young lady stated she had no pizza boxes. She offered to wrap it in paper. When I said sure that will work, she then made another excuse that they had no cheese…I walked out. Clearly she didn’t want to make me a pizza as her friends were sitting in the corner giggling. I really hope they close this subway. Absolutely trash subs and trash customer service. We need something other then Subway or McDonald’s in this town!

We went to Subway today for lunch to go. They employees were good and the service. BUT one of young men working there, that tremendous amount of hair. He had a hat on but there's was tons of hair coming out of the hat and tons of facial hair. It's extremely unapatizing and gross. He needs a hair net and beard net. Thanks

I have tried calling multiple times the past several months to preorder food for pick up, multiple occasions...& no answer each time. I dont know who manages it now but they shouldn't ever manage a store ever. Every Sunday, nothing is prepped and by 5pm they're out of staple items like marinara, cold cuts, bread, etc. I can understand the bread, but as a store that's open 7 days week, that's not acceptable. Also witnessed employee touch the phone with his gloved hands, then continued making someone's sub without changing gloves. He did the same thing with the oven mitts. Not okay. Your store needs a big uplift.

On a plus side the red headed girl working tonight is your strongest employee this evening. She needs a raise dealing with mouth breather Patrick who doesn't understand food safety.

Three strikes and you're out I guess. My family has utilized the online ordering service multiple times when we're in a pinch. In two prior instances, most of our order was right, but they never read the "instructions" so some minor things were wrong. This time, the whole order was basically wrong - we ordered 2 subs, 1 pizza, 2 bags of chips and six cookies. Only one of the subs was correct - everything else was wrong. Sauces were not removed that we requested be removed, we got two bags of chips but they were the WRONG flavor and we got ZERO cookies - were told they had none and weren't refunded. We've had it and will no longer order from here. If local businesses want their towns to support them, they need to provide a level of service and standards of performance that warrant it. This business does not.

Giant sign outside shows $5.00 footlong and pics of many sandwiches. Turns out most of these sandwiches are only $5.00 if you get them with lettuce and tomato only. What? Italian bread was so stale (at 1:00 pm), I unwrapped a pile of crumbs with my meal. Last time, the server left me at the counter while fixing my sandwich, ran to the restroom, and loudly projectile vomited! I told my family to stop going there...

Bathrooms were disgusting. Toaster wasn't functional. Most of the fountain drinks were out. Customers talking poorly about customers and one was talking about an ex. It was all bad service wise. A new employee Dwayne working at the kiel location has been very polite and well mannered and always has a positive attitude from the times ive been there since he has started working even with many people in line struggling he kept a good attitude today. me and my girlfriend just visited 20 min ago and she has a food allergy and many places get inconvenienced by this or dont remember and get the order wrong but dwayne said he understood and offered to use fresh veggies that were not touched by other food and already knew to get new gloves and use different knives without us asking after stating the allegy. The other workers have been very understanding too when we come in amd use new supplies that have not be used already on our order when we ask. Many places give dirty looks for asking this or for vegans or food allergies but the new guy dwayne and the other wprkers have made us feel comfortable and have been nice about it i i wou have gave a tip tonight if i didnt just have my card on me. Also you guys should add the tip options on card receipts

I literally do not understand how this place can get 5 stars. Every single time I come here the wait is extremely long and there's hardly anybody in the place. Manager is so crotchety and one of the employees is just the same. Bread is best described as eating STYROFOAM. You would think that 12pm on a thurs they would have soft freah bread! More than once this has happened. The bread makea a sandwhich. Worst subway by far! Gotta go vacumn after eating due to dry bread everwhere!
