Very disappointed in the quality of bread from Subway. I dont go there often but yet every time I do, the bread is hard. The prices are so high & then they ask you to tip. I'm done with them.

The Subway app offered a deal, then failed to apply it. When I checked the receipt at the store for my pickup, no deal was there.
I asked the staff about it, and they said they were unable to do anything. It wasn't some one-time code, limited use thing. It was just a deal any Rewards member could use. And they refused to help at all.
They offered no resolution, so I walked out without my food.
I work in food service. I would have fixed it and then e-mailed our corporate office about the tech issue. They did nothing.

My sandwich was pretty good. The meat was lighter than i was used to at my regular subway but the chef was friendly and engaged us in the movie memorabilia and the package options so it was a good visit. We were the only ones there so the atmosphere was incredible.

As long as I have been a patron here now all of a sudden the coupons I get in the mail only apply to select sandwiches? Funny, there is nothing stating this policy on the coupon. I'm thinking if I am going to spend that kind of money on a sandwich it will be one from Jersy Mike's or Lindy's which are worth the cost. At least they will listen when I request no onions. Instead, I have more onions on my sub than I do meat. Keep your coupons Subway, I'm good.

Do not order off the app here. Use Mourmon Coulee for the app instead. Why? Order extra meat and pay for it, nope you don't get it. Oh your salad nope they "forget the dressing".. call to complain ha they hang up on you...

Do not order from this one at 2000 State rd. I ordered 2 Stake subs "with cheese " i will put a pic of the order up, let's play find the cheese, to make it worse I tried to call the store and it seems Noone works there the phone just rings and rings, I work 3rd shift and just wanted dinner... I think I will order from someone else that wants to do there job, and as you can see it's sloped together and can't say it was do to a rush it's 8:19 am

Bathrooms are not accessible for people with disabilities The entrance to the restaurant is not accessible for people with disabilities You need a power door on there for people in wheelchairs or people with walkers or a lighter door because it's not easy to open when you have to deal with medical equipment.

Good sandwich, good customer service. The gal working was on her own, it was busy and she did great!! I also tried the foot long pretzel - do not recommend it's too tough to chew after 1 minutes of her heating it up. Can't chew it to eat it.

I want to start off with what a dumb decision it is to only have a new employee work the dinner shift on a Sunday night. There was only one worker working tonight and no manager. Tonight I ordered online and the app showed that my order was done after 10 minutes. When I walked into the store, nobody was inside. A worker walks in from around the corner after waiting a couple of minutes. I tell the worker that I have an online order and the worker pulls the recipt out from the garbage (why is my order in the garbage?) and the worker tells me to take a seat and she will get to my order. A new customer walked in right after she told me to sit down, and she started to make the new customer's food. While she helps the new customer, 7 new customers walk in, and the worker helps all of them before working on my order. What I thought was going to be a quick pickup order took an hour! I have had issues with this location before ranging from hygiene of the employees to orders not being fulfilled, but this is the one that broke the camels back. I will not be coming back.

Went here as thought I mobile ordered here~later figured out it was state road 16. Employee was extremely rude and not helpful. The app took me to a trailer park when I said get directions so I tried my best without fully looking as I was hungry. But employee was rude and let people budge in front of as well with no regard.

I was almost late to work. It took 20 minutes to get my sandwich. It was not even busy. I was the 2nd person in line. And she had the odacity to charge me full price for a small drink when it was just water. I was so mad. I thought it was the stupidest thing.

If I could give no stars I would!!! I ordered online Sunday evening at 7pm but when I went to pick up CONFIRMED order the lights were on but both doors locked!! I tried to call no answer. Called the store on Mormon Coulee rd and the nice worker Burce helped by trying to call the district manager for that store (Jennifer Chapman) but no answer. He apologized and said that the store is supposed to be open till 9pm. Well now I paid for a sandwich but got nothing!!! This isn't the only problem with this store on State rd. There is one crabby lady who works there she makes you feel like you a imposition. Like really why are you bothering me by coming in here to get a sandwich!! This had happened at least 3 times so now I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! I WOULD RATHER STARVE TO DEATH!!!

Ordered a wrap and small drink. Avacado was placed in a ball in the middle... not spread out, meaning I got just a few bites with avocado. Soda machine spit all over me. Had to wait to get napkins and no apology. Staff was, in a word, rude. Guy comes in after me, he is the only customer in line. He starts to place his order, and she tells him he has to move down the counter for him to start his order. Charges him extra for extra black olives. Speaking of charges, my wrap and beverage came to almost $12.00. Around here that is a lot. Note: I'm not against Subway. Had fantastic service at one in Grand Marais. This was poor execution on my wrap, and poor service.

Basically $5 worth of extras I added to my sandwich weren’t put on, the Ham was supposed to be double (I’ve seen double, this was not even close to deluxe which is less than double) and my bacon was not included on my salad. Delivery and speed was great but sad the extras I paid for weren’t included.

The woman at the State Road Subway in La Crosse is a bit unhinged. I walked up to the express with 2 subs that were sitting on the counter already paid for, and she motioned me to get to the back of the line while she treated two other customers VERY rudely. By the time I saw the way she was treating those customers, I told her to keep those subs and she had better not charge my credit card. She seems like she may have been mad her unemployment ran out. And by the looks of her, probably never eaten a piece of lettuce in her life. Maybe a job at Mc Donald's would help her better relate to the industry she is used to.

Staff are some real treats. Facemasks dangling under their noses the whole time they made the food. You had 8 months of covid to figure out how to wear a damn mask. Maybe next year the staff will figure out how to wear a face mask while preparing food. Also kinda rude. Strong "why did you come here" vibe.

I got a meatball sub from the State Road location today. One of the meatballs was charred through to the core and tasted like a ball of charred ash. I had to immediately spit it out and pledge to myself never to get a meatball sub from there ever again. I know it might just be a rare occurrence, but still it was gross.

Every single time I go this location (which I've tried to limit to few), the staff are always unfriendly, sloppy put the food together, act as if anything you aks them is an inconvenience, and rush you along out of the store even when there is no one in there, and its the middle of the day...the only reason I even still go to this location is purely because it's very close to my house.

Sandwich was not great. Servers were not friendly . Has the bread been changed? Lettuce looked wilty, just not a great experience. Alot of turkey in my sandwich but not enough cheese and even the cheese looked like it had been sitting out awhile. Would be nice too if the staff looked happy. They didn't seem like they really enjoyed their jobs.

Food is great but service leaves something to be desired at this location:
1. No list of available breads
2. Only a thin spread of tuna
3. Customer behind me had to tell the server to finish our order first
4. Handed the receipt at checkout but our sandwiches were not bagged. I had to reach behind the counter to get them.
This surprised me because the subway next to our home has excellent service. The State Road location must be where they send all the rejects

Went about 1:30pm on a Saturday. Didn't have to wait at all. The employees here were quick and helpful. All of the ingredients looked fresh and tasty. The fresh baked bread smell really good as well. I was able to get 5 footlong subs for about $28. I think that's a pretty good deal. Will go back the next time I have a hankering for some subs.

I normally would have good things to say about this location, but I find it extremely disappointing to come to any establishment that closes before its posted hours of operation. I normally wouldn't make an issue of it, but this is the third time in as many weeks I've tried to get a meal around 930 to find the doors are locked despite the "open" sign lit up in neon. Please do something to either communicate an early closing or keep the hours posted online.
