The people that were working and serving us that night were nice and friendly, the restaurant was clean which I very much appreciated.
Unfortunately this Subway in particular has not been the cleanest the last time I went there but it looks a lot nicer now since the remodel and it seems that whoever is in charge now is actually making sure it looks presentable for customers.

Went in at 7:30 on a Sunday...they close at 9. I was not greeted and told that they had no bread and wouldn't turn on the toasters even though they did not close for another hour and a half. I was treated with extreme disrespect when asking questions. Joe was extremely unfriendly and is giving this location an extremely poor reputation. He needs to be taught customer service.

Went to the la crosse location today and had the worst experience ever. Immediately when my friend walked in a customer already seated said “be careful the lady at the front has an attitude”. When my frroend approached the counter for our door dash order, the order didnt have the chips and drinks with it, it was also not on the reciept; but we showed both staff members the doordash orders where we had order two subs as meals and added chips and drinks. Immediately the employee on staff (I believe her name was Michelle) started to yell and say “you get what you pay for you cant come here and try to get free things”. She was very cold and dismissive; rolling her eyes and walking away. I took a step back to re-check my door dash order; the coworker with her even said, “it doesnt look like the two subs would total to $52.00 even with double meat on one of them” she continued to be dismissive to hom as well as us and proceded to call her manager. She brought the phone back shortly and let me speak to the manager whos main concern was my friend (a black man) supposedly said he would shoot the place up. Now this threw me for a loop because me not him not once had we escalated and said anything like that.

The whole experience took about 45 mins, after a long day of advocating in or communit at work this experience greatly overstimulated me and also caused my friend anxiety because he is never the type to harm anyone or anything.

When striving fot good customer service, things like “you get what you pay for” “ if you cant afford things you cant get them” I cant help you” shkuld never be said. I am a past employee at Subway and I know this is not what Subway wants to be viewed as somewhere that offers this type of customer service.

Skipped on the meat typically would get 4 full slices and this time was half or partial slices also skimmed on veggies. Donot like the fact employees have to be told to help instead of just jumping in when busy.

My roommates and I go to this subway quiet frequently about every other day. I understand that every sub is different and the quality of them will vary, but Dakota needs to be retaught how to make them. He has made multiple subs for us, all being terrible quality. We will ask for extra of toppings and he will put 3 of that said thing on. If I go and look at the rules you are allowed to put as much of a topping on your sub that you ask for. Along with this he does not fold the sub properly so that all the contents of the sub are falling out and making a mess. If he is new I understand that, but where is the quality of work. The other workers are phenomenal and make amazing subs, why is he not trained the same?

Ordered at 6:20 for a 7:05 order and when I got there I waited and even let a doordash delivery driver jump in front of making my sub. It is 7:35 now subs still aren’t ready and good ol subway employee Emory or Emolly (Couldn’t read the name on the hat) from Subway said “That app lies” It is now 7:40 I waited for over a half an hour and if I didn’t pre pay I would have just left. I ordered it later for a reason so I could be here in a timely manner, but waited for a good half an hour to hear “The app lies” when it said it was ready for pick up at 7:05. I didn’t get even an apology just “The app lies”

Been here multiple times, I stopped ordering the meatball sub because the last two times, the meatballs were not ready, had to wait for them to be heated. Every time I eat here all the tables are dirty. I’m usually there between 11:00-11:30. I might need to find a different location, just because there are no Covid restrictions anymore doesn’t mean you don’t have to wipe off your tables.

Good customer service. They made my sandwich perfectly, CBR. I was impressed, but also disappointed at the same time. The worker seemed to be training a new employee and was completely disrespecting him and ignoring the customers the entire time. This dude was training the new guy, filling online orders, and in-store orders simultaneously. Awesome effort from his end, but I am disappointed because the way he was being treated by his trainee. Good Subway though, I think it does better than the one that just reopened down the street. They made my CBR melt and forgot ranch, and added pulled chicken instead which tasted so bad. This shop? Perfect sub thanks guys. It's unfortunate that you guys are undermanned.

In front of me there was a woman who had ordered 3 subs, she had a coupon, but did not have enough to cover it. The worker, her name was Megan, paid for it out of her own money. Most times I have come to this Subway, they have not been as prepared as they should be especially during lunch time. They were out of most of the breads only one type of bread was ready. Only one person was working and i am sure she could have used some help. I think it is important to be efficient especially during lunch time. Hopefully they are more prepared the next time.

I really like this Subway location, it is super clean and our Subs are always perfect. Some Subways we've gone to we werent sure if the meats were fresh or if their utensils were clean but we never worry about that at this location. Everything is perfect to the very last crumb. I usually order either a Tuna or Meatball and add American cheese on both. I toast the Meatball but not the tuna because yuck and the cheese there is just so fresh. Also they are up for whatever you want, even if you want alot on your sub they never act annoyed. Believe it or not at the Onalaska Braund St. Location I did have a person get angry with me over my add ons like seriously? Not with this location though everything is wonderful. I recommend!

I get my dinner here a few nights per week so I already knew going in tonight that the service would be rather slow as usual. I was in for a big shock as I enter the store and there is only one family and one other individual in front of me and it took 17 minutes from when I entered to when I left with my sub. The male worker who was assembling the sandwiches was rather friendly and looked like he genuinely cared about his work. However the female worker who was on the register looked almost sedated, almost drugged. She wasn't into her work, was really slow and making tons of mistakes. The family in front of me was given the person in front of me's sub sandwich by mistake, and she had to go chase them down before they left with it. On top of that she gave the poor girl the wrong change after all of that was done. Typical subway food, it's cheap but it's pretty decent, although the service this time was very poor compared to the usual sub par levels we all know and love when it comes to subway.
