There was a small blotch of mold in my ham which set me off to write this review in the first place but also the main lady who is always there with the crooked teeth is extremely rude and rolls her eyes when anyone walks in to that subway acts very annoyed to do her job. When I came here before and got the sub of the day, she charged the regular price for the sandwich because the cheese was different than what was on the featured sub but asked me what kind of cheese I wanted on it in the beginning without telling me it won’t qualify as the sub of the day if you change the cheese.

Lady wrapped my footling flatbread like a burrito? Put it in the bag and I came up and looked in the bag and it was significantly shorter than my boyfriend’s footlong. Confused I said that I had gotten a footlong flatbread. She looked at the receipt and told me that’s just how the wrap comes. I said I didn’t get a wrap. She then stated well it’s got the same amount of ingredients. Soooo was it correct or not? Not that it matters too much but if you are going to advertise a footlong at least try to make it look a little longer lol. Basically I got a 6” with double bread. Also no hello when I walked in and stood there for 15 minutes for my pickup..

Whoever the lady was in the drive thru on 08/20 at 11:30am was terrible. She talks to you like you are stupid. One example is I asked what cookies they had right now bc I know they change and she replied “all of them” sarcastically. Her whole attitude was just sarcastic and rude the whole time. I was about to leave and go somewhere else but bit my tongue and said thank you and left. She needs to learn how to talk to people.

Was way too cold in sit-down restaurant. Did not like at all that stainless steel hood hiding the food 2 thumbs down on that. My husband could not understand or see what he would like. Especially when his hearing aids are being repaired by the V.A. The whole point of standing at counter is to see the food being made in front of you. The employees were most kind. But freezing the costumers out from sitting down to eat is ridiculous. And hiding food behind a stainless steel hood is stupid and redundant. There is a plexiglass one there already. Please change it back or you will loose two costumers.

Last two times I've been in there the people were cool it smells amazing like usual.. i got two of the bacon ranch chicken footlongs and the subs were made correctly they weren't stingy with the toppings anyways but they still checked with me to make sure it was to my liking throughout the process and didn't get frustrated if i asked for a little more of one or two things.. double chocolate cookies were soft and fresh as well.. no complaints here🤷‍♀️🙃

I never leave reviews on places, especially as somebody who worked in food service for years knowing how hard it can be. Got my sandwich tonight on the way home, and while I was eating it, there was a long dark hair stuck to the bottom of the bread, (my hair is blonde/red and is shorter) so I knew it was not mine. Needless to say, gross. I give two stars because the workers got me in and out and that was great, but hair wasn't requested in my create your own.

Order online and vecome the second class customer. They will wait until you get there 20min after you order just to start your order, but not until everyone who just git there has their order. You will wait 45min for an order at this place if the wrong people are working. They are trained like garbage. AVOID if you want to watch your children grow.

Well when going to pick up the order they took the card to process & we talked about the code and they said no worries we know the code. Our orders from the drive thru have been wrong the last three times I've stopped here. I have to repeat myself 3 times before my request sinks in. If you order a foot long steak and cheese on Italian bread. They ask "how long?" I'll understand if you missed one thing, but then they'll ask what kind of bread. Which kind of sub. So basically, they can only understand one word at a time I guess. I hate to be a Karen, but using their drive thru already takes about 20 minutes. I don't have time for that $hit.

Online ordering makes things great! The only thing I came across is that turkey sandwich doesn't come with cheese standard. Which, I actually enjoyed the sandwich no cheese. As blasphemous as it seems. Really brought out the spinach cucumber and onion flavors.

Drive-thru wait time was excruciating. I was the third car in line. In total, it took about 20 minutes to get my sub and drink. The car behind me left after about 10 minutes because the line was not moving. I would have left too, but I wanted to see just how bad the problem was.

It was so good I nearly cried. I'm not one to be emotional but When I bit into my Steak and Cheese Sub........ All of a sudden I was transported from my living room chair to Heaven!!!!! I know this because I saw my Grandparents there and talked with them. They wished me well and asked me to quit playing with myself as it's embarrassing them and they don't want to disown me but will if I keep it up. Turns out your loved ones can see what you're doing down here. After swallowing my pride and the bite of my Sub I was back my living room chair. The rest of the Sub was just as good as the first bite. I highly recommend Subway!!!!!

Going through the drive through takes awhile, but I figured out the trick: order in mobile! They’ll have it ready for you in 15-minutes, without a wait. The app is great, too... otherwise, the process is real-time just like in the store, and takes awhile to work through all the sandwich stages. If you have more than one sandwich, definitely just go inside—for the sake of your time, and the people waiting behind you in the drive.

Was not a friendly environment. Our person ignored us and when I went to pay she didn't say how much it cost and didn't ask about cookies( my brother and I wanted a cookie). She didn't hand over the bag or receipt when she was done, she just walked off. My brother and I were left standing there trying to decide if we were good to go or not.

$2.49 for garlic butter??? That's what you're paying for with the BS "ultimate cheesy bread" considering you already get cheese on a sub. So the only difference from a regular sub is a few scoops of what amounts to about 25¢ worth of garlic butter.
