I had an annoying debate with the worker about how my sandwich was made. I wanted a foot long flatbread but they started making my sandwich the short way, giving me a 6 inch flatbread. They argued with me how that was the way they were meant to make them. They snapped a bit and then shifted the food to be an actual foot long sandwich. Is this the way its suppose to be? Is this how they make foot longs with regular bread too? not making it along the bread hinge but fold it the wrong way? I will not be coming back. i eat here out of convenience but no more. I cant come in during the day, the day time workers seem confused or impaired, and the night time workers always seem intoxicated or something else.

Ordered a Philly CHEESEsteak for pickup and they forgot to put the cheese on it. I was on my lunch break so I didn't have the time to drive back and have them remake the sandwich. Called them, and they refused the refund. Guess I'm just eating a steak sandwich then.

Went in today and the sandwich was fine. But what I'm more concerned about is where the hell is management here? There was only one employee taking care of the whole store, and while she was doing the best she could and she had a positive attitude, why is it that all responsibly falls on one employee working? From the sounds of other reviews, it's a common occurrence to be only one employee working. And the employee said she didn't have a time known for when someone else might be coming in. Shame on management, I'm not coming here again to support this location.

I ordered on line and my order was wrong. Like they gave me steak instead of chicken. I didnt find out my order was completely wrong until i got home and when i called I was told a manager would call me in the morning because I couldn't go back there and get my order fixed. No manager called. The sandwiches were so small and barely had any meat or cheese on them and I ordered extra meat! Won't be back to Subway. I don't recommend ordering online from this establishment.

This place should be shut down. Vegetables are half rotten. Cucumbers are mushy and translucent. Pickles aren't green, they're clear. No white bread, or cookies. Lady told person in front of me that Subway has cut back on "Build your own" sandwiches, but it is still advertised all over the store. Bathroom is dirty, as well as the outside of the store. And only one person working during lunch....?

Got 3 6inch subs to have lunch and was out and about eating them when a fly fell out of my sub. Took it back and was nice about it just to let them know and the lady behind the counter tried to just remake the sandwich when I told her I didn’t want it remade and would just like my money back she continued to show attitude and didn’t want to give us a refund we got it but not without the continuous attitude and dirty looks.

My mom and I went in today, with the intention of buying subs for our family. I had to use the restroom and saw the sign. We had to retrieve a key from the employee. My mom kindly asked for the key and the man insulted us and told us not to do drugs. At first we thought he was joking and brushed it off. Keep in mind, we are petite asian women, decently dressed and were very polite. There was no reason to be assumed of such a thing! But then he said it to us again! My mom is very generous and let it go; she was still going to purchase some sandwiches. So she was simply looking at the menu, and the man said, "STOP staring at me." All while I was trying to unlock the bathroom. I turned around and walked over to my mom. We were both in shock and didn't know what to say. I wish I would have spoken up for her. We decided to just give back the key but he said, "I'm not touching those," in a very disrespectful way. We decided to leave. I was unable to use the restroom and we did not get the sandwiches. Honestly, I am grateful we did not. Super disappointed and appalled by this worker's customer service. I am not sure if he was having a horrible day or what the circumstances were, but my mom and I definitely did not deserve to be treated like that. He should NOT be working in this industry. I witnessed tears in my moms eyes while walking out. She is such a sweetheart and NEVER deserves to be disrespected. She has experienced plenty of racism before and it has been awhile since she has been talked to in this manner. I am sorry if this man has issues but he should not be taking it out on innocent people. This is not the job for him.

I went to this subway and had some of the absolute worst customer service ever by “Mel.” She had an attitude the whole time she helped me with my 2 subs and was annoyed that I came in to order subs at a sub shop! I even was trying to be very nice and say thank you many times and said it probably 5 times with her ignoring me and never saying anything back.

Young man his name was Reis. Always has a good additude, works hard and is extremelynice. I travel for work and stay at the Holiday Inn next door. I always go to this subway for its convince and cleanliness. I work in customer service and know how rare it is to find someone with work ethic and a good attitude. Hopefully this gets back to him to know that people still care when you do a good job and doesn't go unnoticed.

Terrible service, went with 3 other people and it took nearly 30 minutes for all of our food to be made. When the worker went to put my topping on my wrap half the cheese fell off onto the floor and he acted like I didnt see it and never put new cheese on it. Never going to this location again. If I could give no stars I would. We rushed in for sandwiches before heading home just to be greeted by a short rude lady. Who first point out how I rushed in to beat a group in, and not helping my husband in who ordered me to get in. I then asked for extra pickles and yellow peppers to then look at my sandwich and find 5 pickles. I asked again for extra just to have her snap back "that's not extra to you?" I said no. She then proceeded to grab a whole hand full and slam it onto the middle of my sandwich "there how is that is that enough". So I turned and told my husband to lets go. As I waited for him to join me the girl made a very vulgar comment about "guess our food is not good enough for her" we will not return!

I feel like I always get more toppings on my sandwich here to really justify the value. I don't know if other locations skimp out sometimes or if they give a bit extra here (please don't punish them for being generous!!) but this location is the reason I will always return to Subway.
