the indian lady working told us they had no pizza but she had just made one for the people ahead of us and when she grabbed it from the fridge i clearly saw she had more…. she was just too lazy to make it for us. the meatball sandwich was cold and not even cooked all the way. the dine in was very dirty as well

I came in about 5 minutes ago and the only thing I asked for was a churro. The guy working hands it to me and I realize he didn’t put cinnamon sugar on it so I ask him to and he put salt?? Like I’m so confused all I wanted was a churro😭

Place is so dirty!! Table's are dirty and delaminating. Floors, walls, and windows are disgusting. Felt grossed out and uncomfortable sitting down. This place is falling apart. Hopefully things get worked out soon. It's embarrassing enough! Be thankful I didn't add any pictures.

Service today was by far the best service we have had in a long time from anywhere! These 2 went above and beyond to make sure we knew our options and understood them as we tried something new today. We sat in and ate because we needed to pick some things up at Walmart afterwards and their happy, friendly service continued throughout the steady stream of people they served!
You never know how you may impact someone’s life, but I guarantee these two have made several people smile today! Nice job guys! (Lake Delton Subway inside Walmart)

No masks. Very disappointed. I loved subway sandwiches until a couple of weeks ago when I went to a different location with an employee with no mask., even though it says on the door, you must wear a mask. Went into Walmart to get something and decided to go into subway to get some sandwiches. Still an employee didn't have a mask. Sandwiches were not good. Bread was old. Cookies were gross. Very disappointed. Will not be back. I lost all respect for subway.

You have to wear a mask to get in to Walmart, yet everyone behind the counter at this Subway refuses to wear a mask as they talk with you over the food containers - disgusting. Shame on Walmart as well.

I was there for lunch on Tuesday August 4th 2020 & was absolutely appalled with the fact that the subway employees didn’t have masks on while preparing subs. How can every customer who enters Walmart be required to wear a mask much less the state mandate to wear a mask. But the people making the food breathing on it do not have to? My wife and I turned right around and went somewhere else.

Most of the employees that work at the reedsburg Subway are polite, cortious, and great sandwich artists! But there are a couple that I always keep my fingers crossed, they aren't working when we go there. They are always rude and throw your sandwich together, sometimes so sloppily I don't even want the sandwich anymore but have to take it cuz I ordered it. It's not the cleanest subway but it's definitely not dirty. And always call if you go there after 9:30 at night, to make sure they haven't closed early because they were "dead", no customers.

The young man prepared my food like he was mad at the world slamming and throwing the food items on the bread...putting the bare minimum like 2-3 onions for example just watching him upset me if I was more familiar with the area I would have left his angry ass still making those sandwiches..no customer service having ass

Well this has to rank in as one of my new favorite subway restaurants, everything was fresh and tasted awesome. Most of all what really made this visit awsome is Mr. Roberson the sandwich artist who was extremely friendly. He made sure my sandwich was just as I ordered it, he had especially good gust service (very rarely seen these days), he was very attentive, and last but not least he truly cared about making my sandwich fantastic. I will certainly be back in the future especially when Mr. Roberson is available

Good food, great service! The gentleman serving us tonight, Robertson, was very friendly and made good conversation. Our subs were nicely presented and very yummy. Sarah the manager was very rude and unprofessional, we had asked for some jalapeño juice and She said no got super loud with a ton of attitude. I even said "can you please try", She grabbed the Container Slamming it around. I asked her why she had attitude and she said "you are making me waste product" But in Reality she just didn't want to get it at all! Very disappointed! I will never go back as long as she works there. Sad to say!

Overall I am very unhappy with service. They are out of veggies and will not have more for days. They did not inform me until my sub was half way done. They did not change gloves between customers. They got someone else's olives all over my sub.
