I know this will sound strange, but I have yet to go to a subway located in a gas station and had a good experience. The food is not as fresh, the serving areas are not kept as clean and in general it's just not the same as a stand alone Subway. This station subway lives up to all of this. If I am wrong feel free to tell me but I recommend you get your gas and keep driving.

I first went in here after a horrible experience the other day with the 501 n interchange location.

I’ve been in there 3 days in a row now because they are AMAZING there. They are wonderful people, they’re all very friendly and helpful and by far make the best sandwiches! And even after one visit they remembered me and my son. I will drive the hour round trip to go there every single time from this point forward! Cannot recommend them enough!

Absolutely horrible service. I’m local and can 100% say I nor anyone in my family will order from here again. Today my family ordered 3 footlongs, 3 pizza dippers and a salad. The woman gave me such an attitude, didn’t even look at me and said next time order 24 hours in advance this is considered catering. If that’s the case then she could’ve offered that to me with more respect instead of trying to tell me off. Her only saving grace was the man helping her and he spoke much kinder so to be respectful to him I gave a tip. She did not deserve it and needs a lesson in speaking respectful to customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Everyone in there was BEYOND amazing!! I came in to pickup a doordash and the vibes were immaculate. I instantly knew I had to come back to get my dinner for the night! Not only was everyone SUPER kind, they were all extremely easy to talk to and the conversations were great. I hope all three people working on 1/17 around 6:30 should know how awesome they are! Would highly recommend :)

I ordered from the subway app. I went in a few minutes laterp to pick it up. Took it out side to eat it, and the bread was ROCK HARD, and almost burnt. I went in to get my money back, because I did not want them to remake it. I didn't trust them.
They told me that they would not do anything for me and that I had to make a compliant to corporate. One of the workers said that went and asked what to do, the manager was very short with her and was not very helpful to the employee. The manager Kat was trying to brush me off a quick as possible and was not very nice about helping me. I do not recommend this location, and will not be back.

Good Subway OPEN 24 HOURS (if I'm rating Orland Hills location). IMO, way better later evening choice than the usual suspects (Taco B, McD's etc). The "night guy" is very friendly. Food is always prepared correctly, on time when using the app... Yet again, 4 stars is really the highest I'll go for fast food, but 5 stars for service. Thanks! 🙂 (Side note, I tried a meatball sub. If you're used to places like Pop's, Sub City, or your local Italian joint for a meatball sandwich... Skip this one. Sorry Subway, if I gotta ding ya on points- the meatball sub was... Blech. Mystery meat. Try harder. Decent cold cuts for sandwiches... Good tuna... Awful meatballs. 😖

Twice I placed an order to be picked up to arrive and the employees claim they never received the order but the app shows it was picked up. They obviously hand out any order to any person and lie to cover up. I took the $10 loss the first time but this time I'm requesting a charge reversal through my credit union.

If I could I would give ZERO stars. Placed an order online and when the ready to pick up showed in the app we went to pick up when we got there they said we never placed an order. Well we showed online app, emails, and the fact the money was as subtracted from our account. We were told they could remake our subs. They took 6 people in front of us and then they said again they could remake them but would have to charge us AGAIN. They were so rude. We were told “we would have to take it up with online there is nothing they could do and their manager wasn’t there”. So after 25 mins waiting we left with zero subs and no money refund. When I found out how they treated my husband I tried calling and the phone number is disconnected there. It’s also not easy to try and find someone online to contact to try to get our money back. This is all absurd and beyond the worst customer service I have ever experienced especially because I still don’t have my money back

The man behind the counter with the beard and the long curly hair greeted me as I came in the door. I'm an older gentleman and I can't pump gas for myself, so I asked him if he'd pump my gas for me. I handed him my keys and he went out there and pumped the gas in the cold for me. I was so thankful. The young lady with the red hair and glasses helped me with the sandwiches for my children. They are very kind.

Went there on a Monday for lunch and there was a kid who was obviously new to the job making everything himself while the managers were talking in the corner by the register about their personal life and on their phones and watched him while he was struggling to make our food. The managers where talking loudly enough for everyone to hear and swore a couple of times. The kid still continued to make our order as best as he could to his knowledge. We waited about 15-20mins for our order. I do not blame the new employee for his managers lack of managing skills. Overall our visit wasn't the greatest....
