There was a problem with two sandwiches My partner picked up and we could not reach anybody by phone. I came back in the next day still unable to reach anyone by phone however, Arrsun, The guy working there all by himself made me a new sandwich and it was so good when I brought it back I split it with my partner. In fact it was actually so good week We came back and got another sandwich and had another 6 in a piece. This place is way better than the one on Monona drive that's for darn sure. I want to thank the guy working for being so polite and taking care of me without hesitation.

He's all here by himself where Monona drive location has multiple people and they can't even make a sandwich right there or be polite he had this guy's working his butt off by himself and being very charming and polite at the same time. We need more of these guys working and I hope his regional manager knows this guy is definitely management material if he isn't already!

The sign isn't posted on the door, it's posted in the ordering area where you aren't likely to notice until after you've started ordering. Literally the only reason to go to subway, and this location apparently doesn't accept the coupons that they spam people's mailbox with. Greed-flation at work!

Come here almost every week. Be careful when picking up online orders, especially when ordering cookies. Last couple times I ordered chocolate chip and they replaced it with double chocolate without letting me know. I also had to ask for my drink when it wasn't in the bag at pickup.

Be careful when you order online here. I have been going there for 6 months ordering the same thing over and over. Today I placed the order online. Staff recognized me when I went into the store. Once I got back to work, I realized I only got a portion of what I normally order (say about 30%). I called.

To make a long story short, the person I spoke to said that she looked at the camera and the order was prepared as requested. She blamed the ordering system, that maybe I didn't click hard enough on the panes.

It is possible the problem was the online system, but as a repeat customer who goes there at least once a week and at most 3 times a week, she could have offered something KNOWING THE ORDER WAS WRONG. She herself has prepared my sandwich many times. She did apologize, though, but I did not feel (subjectively, of course), it was a sincere apology. It felt more like an apology you give to someone who you think is trying to cheat you out of money.

Stopped here for lunch, the food was good. I needed to use the restroom, the bathroom door was locked. I had to ask a sandwich artist for a key to the bathroom, the bathroom was inside the restaurant. The key was attached to a serving basket. I will not stop here again if I have to use the restroom to wash my hands before I eat, then return a germ-fill key and serving basket attached to the key. The use of the bathroom key is very unsanitary. I felt very uncomfortable eating at this location.

I came into pick up a sub for my family member so I have no comment on the food but what Caught my attention was the treatment of staff to other staff. A young man was trying to be helpful and no matter what he did his coworker would bark orders about how he was just always doing it wrong and make very condescending remarks to him. I want to say that he did a very good job keeping his professionalism in tact and was very polite. I understand that it was a busy time and it can be very frustrating however I also know that no person ever learns how to be effective at their job by getting talked down to and embarrassed. Hard workers are hard to come by and treating them like they are incompetent isnt going to help anyone.

Worst customer service. I did come in close to closing but that doesn’t give an excuse for the rude attitude and bad customer service. First there wasn’t the sandwich my husband wanted, the he said they were all out of the bread, then all out of the meat we wanted. Kid rang me up, gave a total and walked away. Didn’t say thank you, didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt or anything. It shouldn’t matter what time someone comes in, it’s called being prepared and having less attitude when dealing with a customer. The kid also stated well we got busy, ok prepare for that and don’t be rude.

The quality of Subway food is pretty consistent across all locations. It's really how well the each location managed, and how good the staff is, is what differentiates one location from the next. I can’t attest to the food quality as it was a pickup for a third-party delivery service, but the customer service left much to be desired. I’ve spent many years in the service industry waiting tables, bar tending, etc. but it’s usually customary to greet any patron when they enter your place of business. Two employees chatted without acknowledging my presence, and then one woman told me she put my order ready for pick up for fifteen minutes out. Confused as to why the delay, I waited patiently in my car and came back in about 12 minutes later. My diner’s delivery time was approaching, and I still didn’t have their food. I asked if the order was ready as the first woman I spoke with rushed out the door. The second employee asked the customers name again, in which the employee then started making the order. Really confused on why it wasn’t started while I was waiting - didn’t smell any bread baking, nothing complicated on the order - but the lack of communication and common courtesy was disappointing. I have a few speculations but will leave it at lack of positive attitude and good work ethic. The guy who made the sandwiches was apologetic about the delay, but again I have no idea why it took over 20 minutes to make two subs.

Today I completed a online order for pick up for the first time. I ordered 2 subway melt footlong subs. In the instruction area on the order page, I clearly requested to only have my pepper Jack cheese toasted on top of the bacon and meat. My daughter ordered a pepperoni and cheese only sub. We indicated no marinara sauce because my daughter is allergic to tomatoes. My husband drove up to subway to pick up our order. He indicated there was only one person working and no manager or supervisor. When my husband arrived she was already done making 3 sandwiches, 2 of which were footlongs. The girl was in the office area and did not come to the front after realizing someone came into the place. We paid online before picking it up. After my husband arrived at home with the food, I noticed the sandwiches were drenched in mayo, mustard and oil. In addition, the bacon and meat was raw. The cheese was extremely cold. My daughter's sub had marinara sauce on it, although we removed because it could kill her. I was extremely upset and disappointed in the service. I chose this location because I've had great experiences there in the past. However, this time was so disappointing. I called the girl working there and told her that my sandwiches were horrible with raw meat. She made every excuse as to why my food was sloppy and didn't offer a way to rectify the situation. I asked to speak with a manager and she hung up the phone. I chose to drive back up there to speak to her directly and show her the mess of a sandwiches she made. Once again, she didn't even know I was in the place because she was in the office again. Anyone could've came into that place and stolen anything if they wanted to because she didn't care about monitoring the lobby or counter. I had to knock on the table in order to get her attention. I asked her why she felt the need to hang up on me and be so rude. I showed her sandwiches she made and the reason I was upset and she didn't care. I requested my money back and she refused and decided to call the police. I was extremely upset at this point. Two officers arrived and asked me to explain what happened. I expressed how disappointed I was to the bum officers, who decided to be rude and told me I have to file a small claims suite to get a refund. They then requested me to leave without my food and without my money. I have pictures of the sandwiches she made, which I will upload on social media and my Google review which I have over 10,000 views. I will try to get in touch with the manager tomorrow.

I came here after losing the fight to a serious hankering for a Spicy Italian sub. I wouldn't say I'm picky, but when you want something just so, you gotta have it, right? Well Angel and Matthew hooked me up. They even went into the back to find some Salt and Vinegar chips since I didn't see any on the rack. Those guys made me the Ultimate Sub. Like, it was seriously perfect. Kudos to Matthew (I think) who really sold me on the Pesto and aioli. It was delicious. In case you're wondering, I got my Spicy Italian on wheat with provolone, spinach, lettuce, onion, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, black olives, honey mustard, aioli, AND pesto with a side of Salt and vinegar chips. It was glorious.

Go here if you like bread, because that's all your going to get. This is my vegetarian sub after repeatedly asking for more lettuce, more black olives, more cucumber. I even ordered spinach (which I didn't really want) just so I could have a sub with something in it. This has happened repeatedly and I'm over always asking for more, just to get a normal amount of lettuce. Go elsewhere, I sure am.

You have to get a filthy key from them to use the bathroom to wash your hands. The bathroom had NO soap! How are the employees washing their hands!!!!!! I'm never coming to this location again! I hope everyone reads this!!!!!!!

Come here a lot for lunch - Much like any other Subway. Consistent. The staff is fun - manager is kind of annoying, nosy, overenthusiastic about everything - kind of like you would expect a fast food chain manager to be. I enjoy the times it's just the younger staff there, they seem to relax a bit more, joke around more, etc., and I enjoy that energy.

Presumably you already know what Subway is about, but this is one of the nicer Subways in the area, it was clean, there was plenty of seating, and the employees were polite.
