The worker Max ignored me when I said Hello, and didn’t ask what I wanted just opened the bread door and looked at me. I stared at him in silence for a moment until I realized he wasn’t going to say anything and told him my order. The pepper jack cheese was, for the first time I every saw it, yellow.

Somewhere between Ham and Cheese the guy making my sandwich heard Turkey and I was so tired from work that I didn't notice, even though the result was extra cash for a worse sandwich. If you want to correct order after repeating yourself 3 times try a different location.

We placed an order for pickup, and they didn’t get our order but did not want to give us a refund/make the order. They eventually gave us the managers phone number, but the whole thing was not accommodating whatsoever. I understand mistakes happen, or systems glitch, but then you have to do something to remedy the situation!

Good service, I am FAR from cheap. I blow money daily. This is a little lame tho, $13.50 for a footlong. All I had was turkey and bacon. It's 98% bread. Ever since subway started being shady by hiding half their prep table, I've slowly started to not like it

Well I never thought I would have to walk out of a subway when they wouldn't give me extra pickles. Hard cut off at 20 pickles per foot long. AND DON'T think you can pay extra for those 10 extra pickle slices you want. NOPE THAT'S THE HARD MAX, NO EXCEPTIONS. Worker says that's the franchisees rules!
I'm paying 15 dollars for a 5 dollar sandwich and the 10 cents of bulk pickles is where you decide the hard limit is? THROW THE SANDWICH IN THE TRASH THEN. Your going to have to skimp on pickles for the next 100 sandwiches to make up for this idiocy. What an insane way to do business... Will never be back to this location...

I ordered pickup order on subway App and it showed ready for pickup. When I arrived, the store staff refused to give me food saying they cannot find it in the system. I showed them the App confirmation and confirmed it is the correct store, but they still refused to do anything to accommodate. So I ended up paying for the food but didn't get the food. What else can I say about the experience!

Might be one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Subway location. It is clean and tidy. The owner was working and was super personable and nice. He talked to everyone and really seemed to know his customers well. We enjoyed a great conversation and I will absolutely be back!

I think when different staff are working you get a different experience. I ordered the pizza. The manager was training a young staff. She was Middle Eastern/Asian descent I didn't care for her approach. I have ordered the pizza several times she was extremely skimpy with the toppings, then wanted to charge me extra for cheese. Then on top of that crust still white at the bottom and I asked for Baja chipotle sauce she squeezed the smallest amount she could in the cup. $6 can't beat it but I won't be back when she is present her energy wasn't very good. Bad attitude and she should wear a hair net next time. Skimping people out of their money isn't good. I was tempted to refuse the order which I should have done.

I would not recommend any POC coming to this location. The experience me and my friend experienced at this location was terrible. I could not even enjoy the food I paid for because they kept watching over us making sure we didn’t take any soda.They accused us of stealing soda and actually called the police and lied and said we threw soda at them but refused to pull up any cameras for proof. One of the staff then started recording us and taking our pictures. They started mocking us and speaking loudly over us. Definitely will not be coming back.

This is my favorite subway! It's conveniently located in this little mini mall so after shopping at dollar tree next door I stop here to get my son and I a sandwich. My son is a super picky eater so everything has to be just rite lol the workers here are so sweet and interact with their customers so well! This is a subway I will continue to frequent often (my 11 year Olds favorite fast food place) 😆 🤣

Sanitation is poor. The counter person actually brushed debris away from the counter while making the sandwich. At lunchtime, there were very few customers -- apparently, most people have already figured out that this is a way-below average Subway.

I had to repeat myself several times when telling the guys what sandwiches I wanted. Then when it came time to pay he said I couldn't use my coupon because the sandwich was a special for a footlong Italian BMT chips and a soda. I was also getting 2 kids meals. Came out to $26.00. I had asked the guy to confirm that the footlong chips and soda was only $6.00 the kids meals were also $6.00. The guy right away became argumentative and threatened to call the cops and write my license plate down because I didn't want to pay for the food. As I continue to question him he walked away. He could not explain to me how I was wrong. He told me to look at the sign. So instead of just satisfying the customer he threatened to call the cops. Worst service ever!! Not the first time I've had a problems at a subway.

Pervasive overcharging! I clearly said chips and a drink with my sandwich order. After a charge of $6.01 I took my cup to the station and the counter worker said he hadn't charged me for it. (FOR $6.01 for a six inch sub + chips?!?) I was surprised he wanted to CHARGE (after the cup was filled) instead of getting on with couple people waiting to order. if I could do it over I'd walk out but I was in a hurry on lunch and handed my card over. Today I look at my bank account and I was CHARGED TWICE! They did not refund a thing or charge for the cup. Instead I have a charge of $6.01 AND a charge of $6.33. For 32 CENTS you could not give the drink? How do they explain charging for avocado and bacon on turkey avocado club sandwiches last year? Persistent scheme here. I have two Subways within a 2 minute walk of my house, across the street from each other, but from here forward I will drive the 2 minutes it takes to reach TWO MORE Subways that don't over and double charge. They do not answer the phone at this location either, hence this review since I paid $12.34 for a six inch sub, chips, 21 oz. drink, and was treated rudely.
