Me and my sister went to the subway after a hard workout, The service that we received was almost unreal After we pay for our food, we went to find a seat in every large table was dirty, so we politely asked if they can wipe off the table and was blatantly ignored, and then when we pushed, the issue We were told that we can find a seat at a clean table when majority of the tables was dirty. This upset us so much that we had to leave the restaurant because the atmosphere was so unwelcoming. It was obvious that he was denying a service. I don’t know fully if it was discrimination, but if you if you’ve ever been discriminated against, then you understand the emotions behind a simple trip to grab a bite to eat that’s healthy after a hard workout we should remember to be kind to one another regardless of our Background and where we come from, we are all human peace, love and happiness

After many years of loving Subway we moved to Mt Horeb Wi with the intention of continuing our habit. Had an awful experience and stopped going for several years. Spur of moment decision to go to Subway when in Madison near Whitney Way location. We are hooked on Subway after having a wonderful experience. The restaurant was so clean and nice. Workers were pleasant and helpful and the salads were amazingly good. Subways back on our list of Go To restaurants

Avoid this location. If you want subway sandwich go to differebt location!!!! . for a roast beef footlong I only get 3 pieces of meat ... i ask sauce to be on the side they only gave one portion (that only enough for one sandwich) I ask if they can give extra... and they still want to charge me 2$ for extra sauce!! 🙄... avoid avoid don't waste your money ther3!! I'm not sure what happened to this store or when they came under new management but I can attest that the workers do give you the least amount of meat and vegetables.. I found out that a standard Subway footlong is to have 6 slices of tomatoes, they give me 4.. when I ask for extra (because I only do lettuce and tomatoes on my BLT) they only add 2 more, AND then if you ask for more then they say "no more". All the other Subways give you a decent amount to begin with so you don’t have to continuously ask for “more”. As a result I don’t go here because you should get what you pay for.

Of all of the Subways I frequent this store gives the least amount of meat and vegetables. They give you premeasured rotisserie chicken, which is less than other stores, and less lettuce, tomatoes, etc. All the other Subways give you a decent amount to begin with so you don’t have to continuously ask for “more”. As a result I don’t go here. Get more for your money elsewhere. Customer service is not the friendliest. On a positive note it is a very clean, and newer, store.

I like the Subway franchise. Lots of menu options to choose from. They offer subs, wraps, pizza, salads, and even breakfast. You can build meals anyway you like them. And it's fairly low cost too. Great place to bring kids! This location is o.k. I felt like they were a little short with toppings and they only let me have 1 napkin. Food was good but naturally can be messy. Be nice if they didn't keep napkins behind the counter. I don't like having to ask for them.
