Best place to visit if you want to receive insults, hate, abuse and threats by employees just because they are too lazy to call you clearly and loud enough so you can hear your name for an online order, when you haven't violate any rules or laws and was acting nicely and peacefully, instead they will went off on you, call you in many bad names and even threatening you they they will assault and hit you if you ever showed up to there again, I'm talking about one particular tall African-american employee who mostly works afternoon shifts, who can't even follow a proper dresscode, I'm not planning to abandon visit the place just because of one employee, and if he ever touch me, threat me, destroying my food - police will be involved.

I grabbed a 6 inch club for breakfast before work. The bread tasted old. The lettuce was brown and old.. The woman who made my sandwich was acting like she didn't wanna add more mayo when I kept asking more mayo" The place looked like a pig stye... Dirty.. Bathroom looks like a portor potty that was bought into the restaurant. Tables and floor was jus all disgusting.. Won't be back.

Why can't 0 stars be a rating?? The 2 guys behind the counter couldn't find 2 brain cells between 'em to make a spark! I wanted a simple steak and provolone sub like I've ordered for the past 35yrs. and was told, "you can't order that." My only choices are the 3 steak sandwiches from the menu. So I said fine I want one of those but I want provolone cheese, and not 2x cheese and none of the extra toppings listed. And why does everything on your menu have to have 2x cheese?! I mean, with 2x cheese, Jared woulda never lost all that weight and never woulda scored all those underaged chicks - is that why you do it??? But I digress . . . The genius behind the counter says, I gotta charge you for one of the ones on the menu. I said that's fine just give me a steak and provolone please, toasted. He just stared at me, mouth hanging open. So I said again steak and provolone, toasted. He says, "well you gotta tell me which one you want from the menu" ALL 3 ARE THE SAME PRICE - EINSTEIN!!!!! What does it matter when I'm not actually ordering any of those sandwiches anyways?!?!
I've never seen something so stupid and if that's how all Subways are gonna operate moving forward you'll never see me in one again!!

Melissa at the park street location is awesome! Very patient, I brought my daughter in to get a sub and she was very patient and interacted very well! Fast and friendly she was! The staff was EXCELLENT! Greg is ALWAYS NICE and he makes an excellent sub. They're always made nice and NEVER sloppy. And the same goes for Melissa. But Greg is the employee that waits on me the most. Melissa is not always there when I go there. That are my favorite employees and they always do a great job and are very nice and friendly.

The owner of this Subway is very giving to the community and just so happens to have the best subways locations in town. Fast service and excellent customer service from staff. 10/10 recommend if you are looking for a quick lunch run!

I came into this establishment on Monday April 1st during lunch time. There were two Latina women at the counter. One was preparing sandwiches the other was not. The one who was not had a horrible attitude. I was not acknowledged and then asked what I was there for? I stated for a sandwich! I told her what kind and to give me a second as I was attempting to make a sandwich I saw virally on Tiktok and wanted to ensure I was getting all the right items. No one was in line she kept rushing me. I told her give me a second. She huffed and puffed, and rolled her eyes. Due to her attitude I refused service, and went to another location and was treated appropriate. Heavyset short Latina woman in her mid 40-50's id say. I will not return. Will be reaching out to corporate as well.

Their service is excellent. I ordered two footlong subways on the app and someone by mistake messed up my order by switching the breads and when called and raised a complain about it, they were kind enough to quickly place a new order and get it delivered within 10 mins. This location is very hit and miss. Which is why we don't go to this one anymore. I'm curious to know if the owner of this location knows how it's being run. My poor husband went in to get subs and asked for the spicy Italian and whatever it comes with. We get home and all that's in there is a few slices of meat... It's also unprofessional to tell a customer multiple times, "That's going to cost extra".. Not to mention, it appears there are people that are not employees, hanging around the restaurant. 🧐😬

I ordered online for pickup so we could eat on the road while driving for Christmas. Didn't open the subs until we were well on our way and realized the subs were made incorrectly. I think they had all the ingredients on them, but the bread got mixed up between the two subs so I got whole grain instead of Italian herb and cheese and vise versa. Came in 4/25/23. Called around 9 to confirm they were open until 10pm. Person on phone confirmed they were. Arrived 9:39pm. Two staff, the girl walks in the back right away and the guy stares for a moment or two “you the one who called?” He asks. Then says “I was just about to close it up cause no one was coming in tonight” followed by the most silent and passive aggressive two sandwiches I ever ordered. Then on my way out more people were coming in to order. Don’t worry, there are plenty of other places to get food nearby I won’t bother you again park street subway!

We stopped in for a late dinner. We had the best customer service we’ve ever had. Myself and my partner were both super impressed and while walking out the door looked at each other and said that’s the best service we’ve ever gotten at any subway! I had to turn around and ask their name so I could write this. Ya-ya needs a raise ;) incredible service. Instead of giving me frozen cucumbers went and retrieved knew ones without me even asking. Recommended a few different things with out subs and super friendly! Def went above and beyond!

Sadly I can’t rate this as a zero.My husband & I came in 12 minutes before they closed. You would think since all the food is in containers ready to go in fridges it wouldn’t be such a problem but as soon as walking in the women with her hair in a bun rudly asked us “how many sandwiches are you getting, since we’re about to close” I’ve worked in the restaurant customer service industry for a long time to know even 10 minutes before closing you make sure you take care of the customers that they leave on a good note. Not like this young lady who made us feel a burden to her so and ended up leaving and taking our bussines elsewhere. Would not be coming back.
