Employees there are fine. The manager however needs to be checked. My little cousin went in and was flattening out the air bubbles on the window signs that are so horribly placed. No, she shouldn’t have been doing it, would have been understandable to ask her to stop. Instead manager Pam proceeds to ban her and said something along the lines of “you people always ruin things” you people implying to my Native American cousin. Although her statement doesn’t make very much sense it’s obvious on what she’s trying to imply. A person who can’t handle a simply situation without saying foul things should not be able to help run a business.

I thought the boy who took my order was not nice. My foot long had not much meat on it I asked him to put more meat on it and I would pay for more and he took two fingers and moved the meat that was on it already. I had no meat on either end of the bread. He also counted each vegetable he put on and I asked him about that because there was only a few pieces on it. Put it this way I have never been treated that bad from this place before and never had such a terrible sandwich as I did tonight. Was not worth the money I paid for it.

Ordered two subs online and both were made wrong. The bread was wrong for both subs and some toppings were forgotten. Called right away about it and they were not willing to re make the sandwiches the correct way. They said they would send coupons but never asked for an address or anything. Pretty awful way to run a business or pretty awful employees.

I get steak n cheese everytime I go to subway n just to go get normal meat I had to pay for extra in mayville I was in around 5pm Saturday Dec 16th I even said something to the server that that's not the right amout but he agreed I worked at subway in Horicon so I know he was wrong. My advice go to Horicon Juneau or anyway else

Worst experience from a subway ever. First, I ordered through DoorDash. DoorDash and their dasher were amazing and did what they had to on their end. However, when I received my meal, it had no protein on it even when I ordered DOUBLE. Okay cool, it happens. Give a quick call. Well I called, the first employee was very short with me and seemed to have no idea what was going on. He gave the phone to someone else. The next employee on the phone was EXTREMELY rude. That being said, I asked if I could speak to Desi, as that is the listed GM on the receipt. I was then told she is no longer employed there. Which okay fine, that also happens. I get it. So I then ask for the MOD…..just to be told there was NO MOD!! That’s where I lost patience. Kid on the phone told me he’d take down my name and number and that Mike the manager would give me a call back. Fine there. It’s settled. Or so I thought. Few days went by and still no call, so I give them another call. Mike proceeded to hang up on me before hearing my complaint in full. Was not professional in anyway, shape, or form. Have since called back just to continue to be hung up on. Most unprofessional service I have ever received. If I could give no stars I would.

I go to subway pretty regularly. Don't EVER buy the chicken, though! It's not real! It's processed garbage!!! The meatball sub is reasonably priced, but adding extra cheese or extra meat can get expensive & of course, that's what they skimp on.
UPDATE: My family & I are vegans now & we get veggie subs, which are good. Just would like some veggie-meat to make it even better. The main gripe i have with this place are the prices. They charge RIDICULOUS amounts for extra anything. And they DEFINITELY don't have $5 foot longs anymore. Everything is much more costly than buying veggies at the store & making it yourself at home. If you want something quick or in a pinch, subway works.
UPDATE 9-15-23: Still vegans, but hardly eat here anymore. It takes 3-5 subs for my husband to get close to full. I have a hard time justifying paying more than $20 for 1 person, who doesn't even fill up. The subway we live by, however, does accept coupons, even many years expired! Awesome!!!

Usually no issues but the young kid tonight was absolutely rude, uninterested and overall gave very bad customer service. I realize I came in at 815 when you guys close at 9, but you are still open until 9. I should get the same / close to the service you'd get during the day.

Well.... normally I have a very sweet lady that makes the sub but when I stopped on 11-30-21 there were 2 new people with as much enthusiasm as a rock. She asked what veggies I wanted and I told her, when we got to the lettuce it was brown and nasty I nicely said I don't want that on my sub, she just looked at me and said well what other veggies 🙄 I said I would like lettuce but not that.... she got upset and went and grabbed a fresh bag. I said I'm sorry but would you eat that..... she tells me I was going to throw it out.... WTH. The sub bun must have been old it's was hard and falling apart.. 😡

This store is great with a couple of concerning issues though. They don’t have wet floor signs and the floor is quite slick when wet.( raining day of visit) Im not that old but I almost fell coming in the store and the floor mats don’t resolve this issue for safety. Also I placed my order using the app and they finished 7 people’s food before starting my order causing them to finally finish my order over 10 minutes later then when the app said it was complete. They also need to work on order accuracy as well do to another error made from another customer I saw before us who also placed their order on the app for pick up. Other then that the employees show potential but I believe need direction on how to be more accurate and have a safer restaurant.

On Sept 18th at approximately 7pm, I visited the store in Mayville. I'm typically a Juneau store person, which, I love. I asked Devin for a ham and provolone sub with double meat. Jean puts it together so awesome in Juneau. He sloppily put on pieces, some were stuck together and some single. Nothing like I'm used to. I asked Devin if that was double meat, he picks up 1 PC of ham, literally tosses it on my sub and goes, "it is now." This is exactly why I don't eat at franchises that aren't my home store.

I personally love subway and used to work at one myself but I doubt I will ever go back to the one in mayville wi my bread was cut all the way through making it almost impossible to eat without everything falling out. The customer service was extreamly unprofessional. The worst subway experience ever!

Our company ordered out at the Mayville, Wisconsin Subway and we find those people working there to be rude and not very understanding or helpful. I talked with a Mary and she seemed like a person that didn't belong in that line of work. We are hopefully, for future ordering at Subway to try the Horicon, Wisconsin one. Plus, a few of us got old bread that was all dried out. We call a day early so, we get fresh bread so, was upset with this order. Thanks!
