I just spent the last 25 minutes waiting in the drive through which is ridiculous. At the ordering station not like there was a line at all. Only for them to start taking our order and when asked a question IN THE MIDDLE OF ORDERING, they didn’t respond for another 5 minutes.
It seems things like this are a common occurrence at this subway and it’s ridiculous. The reason I go to it is because I don’t want to have to unload my kid from the car but having to deal with a screaming 2yr old on the backseat that doesn’t understand why we’re waiting so long kind of defeats the purpose.
I’d like to add, there was quite literally 2 people inside. Not a long line or anything, just 2 customers. Ridiculous.
I won’t be coming back.

Stopped at Midway road Subway I’m Menasha at 10:20 a.m. and got no service. The lady working walked to the back as soon as I came in and eventually came out and walked right by me. She looked at me and didn’t smile or say anything and began working on something with her back to me. I stood there for a minute and then just waked out.

I waited 45 minutes to be to have an order be ignored and not placed. After being greeted and told it would be awhile, respectfully I waited for another 20 minutes. When the car behind me pulled up, I pulled through the drive through to let them through. They greeted me once again and told me it would be a wait after they took that last guests order. When they helped the car before me I went up to the order screen again and I waited an extended amount of time after another phony greeting. I was treated with absolute disrespect and it was disgusting to be ignored for that long. Terrible service, and I waited 1 hour for absolutely nothing to become of it. I'm extremely disgusted by the amount of disrespect and lack of courtesy by your only member on duty last night. The employee should be terminated for not following basic courtesy and service of the community in an establishment such as food service. Helping serve your guests should be first and foremost priority.

Stood at the counter for almost 15 minutes while the only worker just took orders from drive thru. I get she was alone and that’s not her fault, but when no one else is in the dining room and I can’t even get served is ridiculous. I just turned and walked out. Didn’t have the time to wait.

It took 20 minutes for someone to help me. No one was even in the store ahead of me. By the time they helped, there were 4 ppl behind me. One worker told me someone would be right w me while she went to the back to me around w bread and didn't come back out for 30 minutes. This place wouldn't operate drive thru if they can't even take care of the store. The one worker seemed to be trying, but her focus was always on drive thru, no matter how long the store customers were waiting.

Poor service. Was informed after 10 minutes of arriving to pick up my online order that the store was not opening until 9:00. The app stated the store opened at 8:00, the door signs state they open at 8:00. After a look of confusion on my face the employee yelled that she has a 6 platter sandwich order and they have no bread. My order was then voided.

I stopped here on my lunch break since it was right across the street from my work. I went through the drive through, and the worker told me they would be with me in a minute. I waited for 15 minutes before they responded. When I gave the order they did not ask what kind of bread I wanted or if I wanted it toasted. When I got to the window it took another 10 minutes for someone to come to the window. I asked about the bread and having it toasted. I got Italian bread, which I was fine with, but when they toasted it they toasted the veggies with it. The whole sandwich was gross, and I already spent my entire 30 minute lunch break waiting in the drive thru. I will never be going here for lunch again.

I used to consider this Subway store the best in the area, with its reliable quality and friendly service making it a top choice. However, recent changes have led to a noticeable decline. The firing of the long-time staff who had built strong relationships with customers and maintained high standards seems to be a key factor. Their departure left a void that the new team has struggled to fill.
Additionally, the new owners' lack of support for the employees has been evident. There’s been a clear drop in morale and motivation, which reflects poorly in both the service and the overall dining experience. Without proper guidance and resources, the new staff can't seem to replicate the previous excellence.
It’s disappointing to see such a decline from what was once a favorite spot. For this Subway location to regain its former reputation, it will need to address these issues, support its employees effectively, and perhaps even consider reinstating some of the experienced staff who made it great.

I’m really sick of ordering ahead if I have to wait 10-15 minutes past my pickup time. There was NOBODY but me in the building. When I walked in nobody said anything to me. They didn’t ask if I needed to order or if I was picking up. They started on my order 10 minutes after my time of Pickup!!!! Get your team together subway I don’t have the time to wait. You know. That’s the point of a pick up time. Also. Your employees weren’t on the line at all and were just doing god knows what in the back room while I just stood in the lobby alone. No clue if my food was even in progress or not

If I could give a 0 I would. The last two times I’ve ordered using the app at this location, what’s happening seems like on purpose at this point.
I order my sub and remove the Tomato or no Onions depending on the sub that’s ordered. Doesn’t matter I guess, whoever is making the sub proceeds to OVER FILL the sub with onions or tomatoes… this time it’s onions.. just because the sub usually has it… if the customer orders it AND REMOVES THE ONIONS, do NOT add onions…. Or fill the entire sub with onions… Like the whole sub tastes like onions even after picking them off.

Ordered a chicken bacon on a footlong (grilled chicken) at the speaker. The girl that took my order was ok, she repeatedit back to me and said with the bacon heated before and with the sub so I corrected her and said the chicken as well. She snapped back that's ehat I just said. (Chicken wasnt mentioned so i wanted to make sure) for the meat to be heated before being put on the bread as well as with the bread. The bacon may have been but the chicken definitely was not. It was cold, and I live 2 minutes down the road. Quality seems to have gone down hill awhile ago and I stopped going but figured I'd give it another chance. Bad decision.

Come here often as it is one of the closer locations to my home. Downside of that convenience is rude staff that are short with customers especially in the drive thru. On multiple occasions my simple steak and cheese with two veggies ends up wrong or way out of proportion. To tie it all up it is almost 100% of the time sloppily wrapped and only cut halfway through. Overall not pleased

Manager is rude and sat there and gossiped the whole time. Her name is Jenny from what I gathered. We sat there having to listen to her tell her employees about her drunken evening, having subjected customers like myself to listen to it for the duration of our time there while dining in Inappropriate, unprofessional and unpleasant to listen to! My wife had the tuna/dolphin/chemical sub. She said it tasted great! I had the meatball-like sub. It used to come with 7 or 8 meatballs but the worker gave me 10! That paid for a lot of the 7 meatball sandwiches of the past. It was good for fast food; good old subway flavors of the past. Worth it.

Ordered a large Dr. Pepper with my lunch via drive thru and received a tiny amount of Coca Cola instead and a GIANT cup of ice! There was literally two swigs of soda in the cup. Not only was the soda type wrong for my "cup of ice" but my super simple sub was wrong. I ordered a footling ham with lettuce and tomato and asked for extra mayo - it came without any! The chili cup also had no spoon, crackers or napkins. I ended up walking in and asking to refill the soda and explained there was way too much ice. The girl didn't seem to care and disappeared before I could ask for a spoon, crackers or mayo. Waited five minutes and she didn't come back to the front. Won't go back here! Only ended up at this location because the Wisconsin Ave. locations' credit card machine was down.

It's never a great start when your trying to order and employees are discussing work drama....however the spinach and lettuce were really bad here. Slimy spinach . When I asked why I was told that they were both within the tolerance.
Decided against completing my order....since the complimentary bacteria I would have been served no longer interested me.
Qdoba was happy to serve me fresh food.
Not certain how this whole refresh campaign will go over if the fresh is missing.

Drive thru. They have taken a few sandwiches off the menu, you can no longer get a roast beef anything...I wasn't able to locate the seafood sandwich on the menu either. So I ordered the chicken bacon ranch, of course made to my specifications and sauced perfectly. The employees were kind and courteous. Overall they did a good job.

They did a horrible job at presenting the food. They also did a sloppy job, causing the sub to taste bad. They used to be a good place to eat. And now I don't see a visit to that Subway ever again. Also, for the wheat bun, there are seeds in them, they make the meal unenjoyable, a disgusting. I have gone to other Subways before, and the same wheat order, and they don't have the disgusting seeds. The employees need to do a WAY better job at providing for their customers. Thank you (for nothing Subway).
