Had an online order and Asked for extra crispy bacon and my bacon was not even done, or cooked even a little bit! I called and told them, and they tell me to bring full sub back. But I am at work , I am hungry , I can’t just leave agian. I am very upset , not only was the bacon not crispy but I am missing black olives , salt and pepper. They pay no attention to specific requests for online orders! Will be the last time I order online unless I’m in the store making the sub with them. Do better subway, I rather do your job and get it right the first time for customers . .

I would give this place a negative 10 stars. I had to tell the lady to add more to my salad bowl. It was like my salad bowl was half full. Her attitude was horrible. And when I asked if they had guacamole she said "yes" with an attitude. Then last year it was a guy that seemed rude also. I get it that we all have bad days but this was the second time I've gotten rude customer service. And it was messy at the area where they pick your food.
I won't be coming back to this location no more. I'm going to the one I always go to where I get treated with respect, and they will put more on your bowl and/or subs.

Was just in to get a protein bowl. Have ordered this countless times. Other locations have told me that’s what I need to order. Not greeted when walking in not enough people to service customers they did not accept our coupons when the franchise print the coupons to be accepted. I live in the area. I will travel somewhere else to a different subway. I do not appreciate the disposition of the owners at this franchise, they should be more thoughtful of their customers me and my son love Subway. My family got sick after eating our subs which we assume because it wasn't cooked long enough or veggies were that old.
Used to be my favorite subway. The older lady who worked here a few years back always knew what I wanted . But the quality has died out horribly. Food was cold after leaving store which is insain because Bacon is in my food and need to be cooked and was raw. Veggies are very old and reused and against policy to not have fresh veggies each day. Onions were watered down and life less meat was very old and dry.
Sheld over meat and cheese should not be covering the meat and cheese due to the fact that customers should always be able to see quality before buying it literally purpose for glass windows . Needs better management and inspection needs to be called.

On Friday 8/6, I visited this subway restaurant on Appleton Ave. After getting my sub, and 2 bites into the sandwich, I noticed the bread was hard. I walked back into the restaurant to inform the young man and he said because I requested toasted. This is not my first subway sub nor my first time getting it toasted. I explained that and he continued to go against me. I asked for a remake. The younger man took my old sub I bit off of, grabbed new bread, and placed all the topping of my old sub on the new bread. —> ON THE PREPARATION COUNTER. He was well aware I bit into the sub and still took it behind the counter to the preparation area.

Oh and because I got it totasted, the new sub didn't have any cheese transfer over.

He was very nonchalant and zero concern for sanitary guidelines.

You don't take a sub a customer has eatern back to the prep area.

My husband asked for a cheese and veggie sub for me. He requested extra cheese and veggies since I was getting no meat. There are almost no ingredients on this sandwich, not even a normal amount of anything let alone extra. This has been a normal occurrence at this location, but this ridiculous sandwich was the last straw. I will not be back.

Definitely don’t recommend this subway ever again. Went in to get food for the family, asked if I could have fresher spinach on my sub the man refused to get fresher spinach out for me. My sub barely had anything on it because they were being stingy with everything too. Asked for extra chipotle sauce, rolled his eyes at the thought of that and didn’t give it to me. Didn’t put any pickles on my sub either. Any other subway I’ve gone to has never caused me to have such a headache. Find it fascinating that a place that is supposed to supply good, quality food can’t find the decency to do just that. Why bother staying open if that’s how you treat the people how are willing to spend their money there? Definitely won’t be spending my money at that establishment again.

Went in wife my wife and daughter for lunch. We ordered three footlong subs, and when it was time to pay for the order I pulled out my coupon for 3 footlongs for $17.99. The employee immediately stated they did not accept coupons. She was also very rude. I told her we no longer wanted the subs and that is was sad that the subs were going to go to waste. Without the coupons, the subs would have been $36. Without the coupons, those subs are definitely not worth it. Stay away from this place.

It's one thing to not honor coupons, I guess they can do that, but be nice about it. As others have said, they are just rude. After the last time, I said I wouldn't go back. I gave them another chance and now for sure I won't be going back. Rude and negative from the second you walk in.

I went in to get a sub to this morning around 8:40 AM. The lady was very rude. I asked for a little bit extra lettuce and she was like no !! And was very rude saying she was in a hurry and saying I don’t have time for this right now. There was no one else there. Exact same experience as most of the more recent reviews! They don't honor the coupons that you get in the mail from the subway company direct! The coupons do not say that they only apply to certain subs. In fact they list in the fine print that only like one or two subs are excluded and none of those are the ones that the Subway does not accept the coupons for. Absolutely unacceptable way to do business and way to treat the customer. The owner should be ashamed. Will most likely never come back.

Not the worst store ever. My biggest gripe is that this store never honors any coupons or any of Subway's deals that are going on. If you go to the Subway website and look at any of the deals happening on any given day and click Participating Locations, this location will never ever be one of them.

My first experience walking in the door was the woman behind the counter not accepting my, valid, just clipped from that weeks sheet of Subway coupons, buy one get one free coupon. She actually pointed to some scribbles on a sheet of paper stating that they do not honor those coupons due to rising food cost. I asked if there were any other coupons or discounts that she could offer to me and said "no."

Her favorite word seemed to be "no". Any other discounts or coupons? "No".

I stated that this it a val8d Subway coupon and she has to honor it. She said, "no".

How can a franchisee or their employees deny a coupon with their name on it that is put out to the general public and not expired?

Sure, costs are going up everywhere but, so did Subway's prices!! So, honor your coupons.

If you're store is doing so badly that you can't honor a coupon for a couple of dollars (or less) worth of cold cuts, for maybe 20 to 25% of your customer base, maybe it's time to sell out or close down.

Other that, Subway as a whole has decent food at good prices. When the customer service and management decisions favor that specific store versus the customer, it's time to buy your food at another location.

Put in an order on the subway app that was accepted and charged to my card at 1:00 in the afternoon for 6:20 pick up. I leave at 6:00 to pick up my order and when I get there, they told me they canceled my order because they did not want to honor the deal it said they were participating in on the app. I check my phone and they waited until 6:05 to cancel my order 5 hours after they accepted it and refused to honor it. Will never order from this location again.

I rarely get a craving for subway but when I do it’s a very simple Italian BMT with fixing. These “sandwich artists” gave me more olives than lettuce. Nothing about the build of my sandwich was comparable to other locations and being a brick and mortar location and not a Walmart or gas station extension it kinda sad they don’t put more dedication into it. Just throw it together and get you out asap. Mentioning the location. Check out the handicap parking spot while you’re there. Idk that I’ll return for another sub anytime soon.

If you want your sandwich to look and taste like they do onTV, this is the Subway shop for you. Would be giving this place a zero if I could went there and asked how much for there new bowls and they told me 2 dollars extra if you get a drink with it so I said sure why not we got to the register and they told me $18 was what I owed. Terrible place. Employee was sitting in a car. Got out and went in the backdoor after spitting on the ground. Then met me inside. He washed his hands. But then they did not have tuna and he proceeded to make an excuse why he didnt. My thoughts are it should be premade in the back. But nope, I walked out and he went back to the car and got it.

Never going to Subway again!!!! Card machine hasn’t worked for months, and I think that Subway should shut down for good seeing they can’t fix anything, and can’t hire decent employees!

Very good service - there were two really nice guys working there. They were having a bit of a crazy day because their credit card machine was acting wacky - chip cards were making the machine crash. Kind of frustrating for me as I didn’t have cash. But they weren’t frazzled about it, and with patience we got the card to work without making it play Global Thermonuclear War.

The prep area was clean, the small seating area itself was clean, everything looked clean. The sandwiches, which I’d gotten to go, were very good.

One starring due to the fact that for months, and I mean months, the system has been down to accept card payments. Don't have cash on you? Go somewhere else. What a waste of travel to Subway to be routed elsewhere three separate times because I didn't have cash. How can an establishment have this issue for months? I get a day or two for machine issues but this is a huge business loss. No longer heading here any further as I imagine the issue will persist for another year or so.
