Placed an order over an hour in advance and it wasn’t on time and the only thing right about my sandwich was the chicken onion and lettuce. Wrong bread wrong sauce missing and added veggies. Also didn’t get the special cup I paid for. Annoying. Incredibly. So much mustard I don’t even like mustard.

Worst Subway I've been to in a long long time. They serve old stale bread, lettuce is wilted and edges brown, don't honor national promotions, and the place smelled funky. On top of it the service was slow and worked has an attitude.

For starters google said they where open tell 10pm I was there at 815pm the door was locked lights on a women standing behind the counter and when I tugged on the door to open it she looks at me and positions her arms in a x like where closed so ur telling me there hiring people that don’t want to deal with customers but still want a paycheck what is wrong with this world wish I could give this location a 0 that’s what it deserves only cause rude employees

Came here at 9:15pm and this is what we saw. The worker was sitting in there on her phone with her shoes off and feet I'm the chair. They were completely closed. The website and google maps AND their own door says they don't close until 10pm. Very disappointing.

This is the only subway you should go to in MF/B-field. They actually accept coupons. The employee who took my order was VERY friendly and helpful. I won’t go to any other subways in the area because this location is 10/10 the best subway experience I have ever had.

Ordered two subs for pickup from this location and both were wrong.
Paid extra for avocado spread and there was none on the sandwich. Also ordered a Bella Mozza and there was just shredded mozzarella cheese, not actually fresh mozzarella.

I was charged twice for a subway sandwich due to the incompetence of the employee in his knowledge of using a card reader. When I brought this to the managers attention that I was charged twice. He completely blew me off. Stay away unless you want to get double charged and not refunded…

I ordered a sub today, Thursday December 10, 2020. Got my sub 30 minutes late, and to my absolute disgust I was almost at the end of my sub when I felt an unwanted crunch and a terrible taste. I spit it out and there was a bug the size of a stink bug in my sub. Immediately threw up and I don’t think I can ever have a sub again after that. Disgusting, dirty place, never go here.

The guy who made my sub was very nice and respectful but the lady who I take it was the boss was very disrespectful toward her employee. This lady was yelling at him to do things while she is on the cellphone and there was one other customer besides me waiting to make the sub because she was yelling at him in front of us. I love this place but the boss needs to respect her employees and be a little more nicer.

Where do I begin. I ordered a drink and the guy failed to tell me the ice machine didn't work for the soda machine. He then went in back and brought out a bag of ice from a gas station and had me reach in with my bare hands to get ice for my drink. To make it worse, the dr pepper tasted very old and uncarbonated. The bred for my sub was rubbery and stale. In the bathroom, the tolet seat was loose, the toilet handle was broken, the sink faucet sprayed water wildy and i had to use toilet paper to dry my hands because the paper towel machine light was on that tells u the battery is dead so it wouldnt dispense paper towels. In additon, there were two dead bugs in the corner on the bathroom! I will never step foot in this location again.

First off, im not one to complain about my food.

This was a horrible experience, went in with my girlfriend who used to work there so she knows exactly how things are supposed to go.
The girl working acted as if she didnt need the job, we were the only ones in the restaurant and she was very rushed, the quantities she gave us were whacked to the point the bread knife almost became part of the sandwich because she had to stuff the thing so tight just to close it!
The lines of sauce were applied as if she was emptying the bottles just for us, how thoughtful thinking were definiteley getting our moneys worth...
The major mistake was when my girlfriend asked for a "few" jalepenos and she got a heaping handful but instead of throwing away excess the employee threw the peppers back into the containers even with sauce on them, I should have left at that moment.

I filed a complaint on the subway website asking for a refund and promptly got an email response by the manager who offered a coupon for 4 free 6" subs even after hearing how disgusted I was by my experience.
I came back to find a solution and the manager was very very nice and responsive but her supervisor was very reluctant to give me a refund but finally agreed, only after trying to make a point by telling me he watched the cameras and saw nothing wrong besides the jalapeno error and refusing to hear my opinion.

Im not bitter but extremely disappointed, I went there to "eat fresh" I got home and lost my appetite almost immediately after opening the sub wrapping to find a soggy sub that could not even stay together

This is not acceptable in any restaurant setting I will never eat at this location again and anyone should be cautious to see how there food is prepared.
