Terrible. Incredinly rude service in picking up our order that was incorrectly made. After we pointed that out she got defensive saying that we ordered it that way. We referred to the receipt showing that it said it right there. She insisted it was different instructions on the screen that she follows instead. Right. Never going back to this subway to be treated so poorly and have things incorrect. All would have been completely fine if there was just a "sorry about that, I can fix that" instead of rude comments.

I have never been to the Subway in Menomonie (the one on HWY 25) until yesterday and I WILL NEVER GO BACK. The employee that helped me (she didn't have a name tag on) was so rude and was about to not serve me all because I asked if I could get extra chicken in my chicken and cheese dipper and she told me no they aren't customizable and I said oh really? I live about an hour from here and they let me do it there that's weird. She freaked out on me for simply telling her that. Will never go back to that subway again.

Bethany was the best person I’ve ever come across at a Subway. She was working alone and kept calm. Making me feel like I was the only one there. Even though there were many people there. She was so pleasant so kind. She definitely deserves recognition. You won’t find many like her. If you’re smart you’ll keep her no matter what the cost.

To whomever runs this store the guy working tonight closing needs a huge raise. Internet orders and a store full of people. The poor kid is by himself. He is smiling and courteous the whole time while extremely outgoing.

This is the cleanest Subway I have ever gone to. The employees are top notch! I hadn't been in for a while. Quincy remembered that I get a bacon salad. He is so nice!

We stopped in on our way through town with our children. The food looked fresh, clean atmosphere and beyond friendly and helpful staff.
They were very patient with our children who were there for the first time. They explained how it worked and their options.

the subway across from walmart was awesome!! the food was amazing and the employees were even better the girl with the colorful tattoos was extremely kind and welcoming. and the older lady ALWAYS has a smile on her face. and the boy that has tattoos was just as great. wonderful staff i will definitely be comming back soon!!

Whoever opened today was amazing. She had a smile from the moment we walked in. It was about 10a. I haven't been to a subway for over 8 years cause the last employes ruined it for me. Again not at this location. But she gives me hope in humanity again. She had a very upbeat attitude. Smiled and thanked us for coming in. Told us to have a wonderful day. Made me want to come back there. Sandwiches were made perfectly and delicious.

We are from out of town were hosting an event and the staff was fabulous helping us put together just what we needed for a large group. Everything was ready when we arrived for pick up. Nicely packaged with all the super needed. Staff was so friendly and helpful.

Came to pick up my online order and this is what it looked like.. this place is so awful now. Closes at random times. The woman working 1/5/23 closing was so nasty and passive aggressive to the customers. They asked why there was nothing but lettuce pickles and olives on the line and she snapped “we close in an hour why would I prep anything.” ..um because it’s your job? Hello???? I eaves dropped a bit longer because she was so rude. Worst customer service everrrr.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. On multiple occasions this place has given me subs with almost nothing on it. I ordered mobile pick up today and my sub is 90% jalapeños with almost no lettuce and no spinach at all.

Driving through trying to grab an early lunch. Google says they open at 9am and their window says 10am. It’s almost 10:30am, the open sign is on, doors are locked, and no one is inside.

I’ve watched several potential customers attempt to enter and are locked out. I did see an employee but all potential customers have been ignored. (Shrug)

Update: the employee saw me standing outside. Shook her head and went to the back. Whoever the franchisee is should be ashamed. :(

I have been in this subway twice now and have gotten poor service both times. The first time there were three employees behind the counter helping someone in the drive thru because they didn’t see the drive thru wasn’t open. I stood there for while and no one said anything to me, no one even looked at me! One of the three left since her shift was over and the man of the group comes over to me with the receipt from the drive thru I’m assuming and starts taking some bread out... I would’ve waited if someone would’ve greeted me or said SOMETHING! The second time was just no greeting and again they had no positive attitude! Seriously, the customer service at this subway needs some real work.

Friendly service, food quality is on par with other locations. It didn't take a particularly long time for our food, but we were first in line and I can see how the line would back up pretty quickly. However, I'd rather have slow food made well than quick food made wrong or sloppy.
