Pulled into the parking spot right outside the front door at 8:50, 10 min before close. Worker inside locked the door as I was parking, raised his hands in a shrug and walked away.

After a single visit, the people working remembered me and my order when I came in the next time. They seem really nice; I had a gift card which is why I came in for a few days and now I’m actually a little disappointed that I can’t afford to keep coming back. Best wishes to the staff :)

I’ve been to many Subways and nowhere tops this one! The staff is extremely friendly! They put good effort into making sure you are satisfied with your order. They always greet with a kind smile and ask how you are doing! Service is very efficiently done. I love coming here!

horrible there was only one person there he didn’t greet me when i came in.. he didn’t wash his hands change gloves to make my food then as he is makin my sandwich it was hair all in meet on the bread.. i said some to him he threw the bread out and grab another one and on top of
that his shirt was covered in hair.. i just walked out disgusted… do not recommend. this was about 10 mins ago horrible

Everyone complaining about not being able to use coupons--- clearly you dont think about the wellbeing of others. The pandemic made it so difficult for most businesses to stay open, and they are trying to get back on their feet. Spend 7 dollars on a sub and relax. The people here are very friendly and just trying g to do their job.

This is a great Subway. The subs are the great Subway standard and the staff and owner are really friendly neighborhood people. Never had a bad experience there and I get a sub there at least twice a month, maybe more. Over the years, that's over 100 subs and they have all been great!

Since the management has changed, this location has distanced itself from much of the other franchises in the Milwaukee area. The Subway app is useless here. They do not honor any online promotions nor does Scan And Pay work. The customer service is less than desirable and they have gotten my order wrong 2 out of the last two attempts.

Subway has slowed down over the years. Often one person making sandwiches during busy hours, at least during my visits, so minus 1 star. Overall, it is a good place to eat and grab a sandwich, but it isn't Jimmy John’s speed so it'll take much longer... Food is usually good and I have not yet had a bad experience at this location so we will continue to come here for a bite. Lastly, a young Asian gentleman who works here was very good. Hard-working and always encouraging to see young people working hard in the restaurant setting. Becoming rarer and rarer these days...especially in food chain places.

This subway is bomb! My food was perfect, they were 10 minutes early on delivery, and safety was a priority. Very professional, respectful, prompt, and careful. Kyle was my delivery driver and he was courteous, respectful, quick, and made the best no-contact handoff I've received since covid started. 5 stars- keep up the good work, yall.

Food was normal for a Subway. For some reason you can't dry your hands in the bathroom. No dryer, no paper towels. You have to ask the counter for something to dry your hands. Also, there are no napkins anywhere to be found, you also have to ask for those also.

On 2/18 at 11:40 classic club purchased using a never used gift card - was told it was declined only because the cashier swiped it as a credit card. Told her it couldn't be because it's a new gift card her response "oh it's a gift card" she preceded to reswipe the card as a gift card and then tells me I still owe $6 . The sub was $8.26 the gift card $10 how do I still owe $6 and change? I explained to her the first time she swiped it it took the sub total from the gift card. Her response was no it was declined. After which she reswiped it and it took the remaining $2 off. I told her again it was a $10 gift card. She again told me it was declined the first time and the second it only had close to $2 left. Longer story short I had to get out another gift card and ended up paying double. I called back twice and turns out it was the store manager that waited on me. How can one not understand her mistake and turn it into I have to prove she screwed up. Not happy! Yeah it's $8 but that's another meal and I didn't think I needed to prove she messed up. No comprehension. I want my $8

Where to start? Short story, last year when they were testing the rotisserie for their chicken subs I said that I don’t like it to this one guy (which happens to be the owners son) neglected my request to use a chicken breast after I’ve ordered it before. Then they screwed up on my order and the owner tries to put the blame on you and tries to justify of his employees actions or his product.
